Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of internal audit, internal control, and good corporate governance on fraud prevention at Commercial Banks in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were employees at commercial banks in Pekanbaru City. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique for this research uses purposive sampling, by distributing questionnaires as many as 100 people to bank employees who have positions as Branch Heads, Tellers, Customer Service, Marketing, and Surveyors and have work experience in positions of at least 1 year. Data processing uses quantitative methods using the SmartPLS 4 application as an analysis tool. The results in the study show that internal audit, internal control, and good corporate governance have a positive effect on fraud prevention.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Desa Senon Kecamatan Kemangkon Kabupaten Purbalingga. Jika dilihat berdasarkan letak geografis posisi Desa Senon sangat strategis sebab dilalui sungai Klawing dan jalan raya sehingga perekonomian mengembang pesat. Selain itu desa ini memepunyai potensi untuk dikembangkan, salah satunya dengan penanaman jumlah tanaman yang dapat digunakan sebagai obat keluarga sebagaimana hal ini menjadi penting mengingat ancaman covid-19 dan perubahan iklim yang membuat masyarakat menjadi lebih mudah terserang penyakit. Metode Pelaksanaan yang dilakukan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah dalam bentuk penyuluhan menggunakan alat bantu media Audio Visual kepada masyarakat di desa Senon. Hasilnya adalah masyarakat Desa Senon memperoleh pemahaman dan wawasan tentang manfaat tanaman seperti jahe dan kunyit untuk dijadikan sebagai obat keluarga serta dapat mempraktekannya di lahan masing – masing.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas pemasaran digital dan pengelolaan keuangan pelaku UMKM melalui pelatihan terpadu dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Program dilaksanakan selama November–Desember 2025 dengan pendekatan partisipatif berbasis praktik langsung sesuai kebutuhan peserta. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi identifikasi masalah, pelatihan pemasaran digital, pelatihan pencatatan keuangan sederhana, pendampingan implementasi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, simulasi kasus usaha, dan praktik pembuatan konten promosi serta laporan keuangan sederhana. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai strategi branding, komunikasi pemasaran, serta kemampuan menyusun laporan arus kas dan laba rugi sederhana. Peserta juga menunjukkan perubahan perilaku usaha melalui peningkatan aktivitas promosi digital dan pencatatan transaksi yang lebih teratur. Pendampingan lanjutan membantu peserta mengatasi kendala implementasi dan meningkatkan konsistensi penerapan materi pelatihan. Kegiatan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi peningkatan daya saing usaha serta penguatan komunitas UMKM melalui jejaring kolaboratif. Secara keseluruhan, program memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme pengelolaan usaha dan keberlanjutan ekonomi lokal berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat. Program ini juga mendorong peningkatan kepercayaan diri pelaku usaha dalam mengambil keputusan strategis, memperluas jaringan pemasaran, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pelanggan, serta memperkuat kesiapan menghadapi persaingan pasar digital yang dinamis terkini.

Abstract

Mocaf crackers are a processed product derived primarily from Mocaf flour. Mocaf flour is produced from cassava through a fermentation process involving microorganisms such as Rhizopus oryzae and yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). The Women Farmers Group (Kelompok Wanita Tani, KWT) ERQU oversees the entire production chain of Mocaf crackers, ranging from raw material procurement to product marketing. This study aims to analyze the application of the marketing mix on Mocaf cracker products produced by KWT ERQU in Tumanggal Village, Pengadegan Subdistrict, Purbalingga Regency. The research was conducted in August 2024, employing a case study approach. Descriptive analysis was utilized to address the research objectives, based on the 8Ps marketing mix framework, which encompasses product, price, place, promotion, people, process, programs, and performance. The findings of the study reveal that the implementation of the 8P marketing mix in relation to Mocaf crackers produced by KWT ERQU requires further enhancement. In particular, improvements are needed in strengthening the product’s brand image, diversifying distribution channels, expanding promotional efforts—especially through digital media—establishing consistent marketing programs, conducting performance evaluations, and providing comprehensive training and guidance to KWT ERQU members. Such training should focus on hygienic production processes, product diversification, digital marketing strategies, packaging design quality enhancement, and customer service improvement. Abstract

Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning Job Creation plays a pivotal role in promoting the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through simplified licensing and business facilitation schemes. Despite these regulatory reforms, the implementation process continues to encounter significant challenges, particularly in ensuring MSME compliance with business legality requirements. In Central Java, a substantial number of MSMEs remain non-compliant due to limited legal literacy and low awareness among business actors. Such conditions undermine MSME resilience due to national economic fluctuations and external shocks, including the COVID-19 pandemic. This study investigates the impact of the Job Creation Law on the fulfillment of business legality requirements and its implications for MSME resilience in Central Java. Employing a qualitative normative-empirical approach, this research integrates primary data obtained through observations and interviews with secondary data derived from legal documents and supporting literature. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Job Creation Law has contributed to a measurable improvement in MSME legal compliance. A policy implementation strategy involving collaboration between MSME Facilitators and Halal Product Processing (PPH) Facilitators has proven effective in improving legal literacy and encouraging business legality management. Strengthened business legality compliance further contributes to MSME resilience by fostering legal certainty, minimizing legal risks, and reinforcing the institutional MSME ecosystem. Consequently, the implementation of the Job Creation Law demonstrates a direct and positive influence on the sustainability and resilience of MSMEs in the region.
