Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship of 4P’s marketing mix which consists of Product, Price, Place, and Promotion as independent variables to the satisfaction of Baturraden local tourists as dependent variable. The quantitative method approach is implemented in this study which focused on Banyumas local tourists who have visited Lokawisata Baturraden. The sample size was calculated using Taro Yamane formula with the population based on the BPS data of Baturraden visitors in 2018, and the results obtained was 100 respondents. Five Likert Scale questioners were distributed to collect the data and Multiple Linier Regressions was employed for the analysis. The result showed that the variable Place has a significant effect to the Baturraden local tourists’ satisfaction with coefficient regression around 0.281 (28.1 percent), follows by Product with coefficient regression around 0.185 (18.5 percent). Meanwhile, other two variables such as price and promotion have no effects to the Baturraden local tourists’ satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa berdasarkan self-concept pada materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel (SPLDV). Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan menggunakan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 5 orang dari 21 siswa kelas VIII SMP Telekomunikasi Pekanbaru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket self-concept, tes kemampuan literasi matematis, dan wawancara. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket self-concept, soal tes kemampuan literasi dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis data melalui 3 tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) siswa self-concept tinggi menggunakan metode eliminasi-eliminasi dalam menyelesaikan soal kemampuan literasi matematis; dan (2) siswa self-concept sedang dan rendah menggunakan metode eliminasi-eliminasi dan eliminasi-substitusi menyelesaikan soal kemampuan literasi matematis.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to investigate mistakes in phonology. Phonology is the aspect of language concerned with the sound system that is produced by human speech organs. Mistakes in phonology take place when words spoken by the speaking tools do not correspond to their intended pronunciation, thus affecting the diversity of oral and written forms of a language. Specific errors encompass phoneme deletion and addition. Therefore, there is a necessity for error analysis in language so as to recognize and assess them for useful teaching and learning techniques in schools. The data used in this research consists of errors made at the phonological level which were observed among fruit buyers at Karangpucung market while source data refers to utterances made by these participants in this market. Consequently, this study employs a qualitative descriptive design, listening to conversations containing phonological errors using note-taking to record these language errors at the said level.Keywords: Language, Phonology, Error Analysis

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the impact of the university's promotional strategy on the enrollment of potential students. The study utilized one-on-one semi-structured interviews with current university students in the Purbalingga area as participants. The number of participants was determined by saturation, and the collected data were transcribed verbatim. The interviews were then analyzed using ATLAS.ti to identify emerging themes. The findings revealed that the most effective promotional strategies for attracting students included printed brochures and Instagram pages, coupled with personal messaging via WhatsApp and direct messages on Instagram. The study suggests that today's university target consumers, Generation Z, appreciate both digital and traditional advertising, as long as it provides clear information, has an aesthetically pleasing design, and offers personal interaction, creating a sense of real engagement without the need to visit the campus.

Abstract

The interest of the Indonesian people to save gold digitally is getting higher, amid the rise of illegal digital financial institutions. PT PG Berjangka sells Digital Gold Savings products through the Pluang, while PT Indogold Solusi Gadai through the Indogold. PT PG Futures has been registered with CoFTRA and the Futures Clearing House, but PT Indogold Solusi Gadai has not been registered with CoFTRA and also with the Futures Clearing House, even its registered status with the OJK is no longer valid and it is recommended to apply for a permit to the OJK under another work unit. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting research on legal protection in digital gold savings transactions. This study uses an empirical juridical approach. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the laws and regulations in Indonesia had preventively provided legal protection in Pluang and Indogold digital gold saving transactions. However, Indogold consumers do not get the protection as referred to in the CoFTRA Regulation concerning Technical Provisions for the Implementation of the Digital Gold Physical Market on the Futures Exchange.

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat dilakukan dengan tujuan memberikan pengenalan manajemen usaha bagi pengurus dan karyawan koperasi simpan pinjam. Pengenalan manajemen usaha diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kompetensi pengurus dan karyawan terutama dalam menjalankanfungsi-fungsi manajemen usaha baik dari pemasaran, keuangan maupun sumber daya manusia. Metode kegiatan ini berupa pengenalan konsep manajemen usaha dan peranannya dalam membangun keunggulan bersaing. Pengurus dan karyawan diberi pemahaman tentang fungsi-fungsi manajemen usaha baik dari pemasaran, keuangan maupun sumber daya manusia dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus dan karyawan dalam manajemen koperasi. Kegiatan Pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan metode tatap muka. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakandengan cara ceramah konsep-konsep fungsi-fungsi manajemen usaha dan aplikasinya dalam koperasi. Kegiatan Pengabdian terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar. Peserta antusias mendiskusikan permasalahan manajemen yang dihadapi di koperasi simpan pinjam.

Abstract

Bagi pebisnis dan pelaku usaha, iklan adalah salah satu jenis investasi berharga. Pasca pandemi covid-19 membuat ekonomi dunia dalam masa kritis menyebabkan banyak bidang usaha terkena dampak bisnis yang luar biasa seperti penurunan omset, pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) dan penutupan bisnis yang konvensional. Pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini terdapat dua bidang permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha di desa Jompo yaitu bidang mikro. . Permasalahan mikro yang dihadapi pelaku usaha kecil di desa Jompo yaitu media promosi seperti spanduk rusak dan tidak terawat, kurangnya media atau saran promosi seperti media cetak ataupun online. Maka solusi yang ditawarkan adalah melakukan sosialisasi kepada pelaku usaha kecil mengenai bahasa-bahasa iklan yang bersifat persuasif sebagai medianya sekaligus perbaikan spanduk, mendesain, serta membuat beberapa media promosi seperti spanduk, logo, brosur, kartu nama, maupun media sosial seperti Whatsapp, Facebook, dan Instagram.

Abstract

The Role of UNPERBA’s Social Media As A Digital Marketing Strategy on The Interest Of Students’ Enrollment. The aim of this study is to examine the role of Universitas Perwira Purbalingga’s social media as a digital marketing strategy on the interest of students’ enrollment at Universitas Perwira Purbalingga (UNPERBA). The qualitative method approach was implemented in this study by appliying one on one interview with UNPERBA current students as the participants. The data was collected and interpreted verbatim with the number of participants was determined by the saturation. The result showed that UNPERBA’s social media is playing an important role for the potential students to seek detail information about UNPERBA before choosing to enroll. Thus, the participants give recommendation that UNPERBA need to post more about the students’ activities and Study Program activities to increase the interest of students’ enrollment.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the marketing performance of MSMEs in Purbalingga Regency through the use of digital marketing strategies. The background to this activity is based on the low level of understanding and ability of business actors in using digital media as a means of promotion and business communication. The implementation method is carried out through training, mentoring, and evaluation of the practice of using social media as a marketing tool. The results of the activity show a significant increase in the ability of participants to manage digital promotional content, interact with consumers, and optimize market reach. MSMEs also began to show changes in marketing behavior that are more adaptive to technological developments and modern consumer behavior. These findings confirm that digital transformation is a strategic factor in strengthening the competitiveness and sustainability of small businesses in the digital economy era. The activity's limitations lie in the relatively short duration of mentoring and the limited technological resources owned by the participants. Nevertheless, this activity provides theoretical and practical contributions to the development of a community-based training model relevant to strengthening the digital capacity of MSMEs in semi-urban areas such as Purbalingga.
