Abstract

ABSTRACT          The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the addition of papain enzymes to sensory values, testing the pH of shrimp head shrimp paste and the proximate value of vaname shrimp head shrimp paste.The study design used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The addition of papain enzymewere 0%, 4%, 6% and 8%. sensory analysis value showed that the highest addition of 4% papain enzyme. Chemical analysis of the highest water content at 0% is 39.37%, the highest ash content at 8% is 23.36, the highest protein content at 0% is 28.89% and the highest total fat content at 0% is 2.52%. Keywords: papain enzyme, shrimp head, shrimp pasteABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan enzim papainterhadap nilai sensori, pengujian pH terasi kepala udang dannilai proksimat terasi kepala udang vaname.Rancangan penelitianmengunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 pelakuan dan3 kali ulangan.Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah 0%, 4%, 6%  enzim papain dan 8%. Berdasarkan nilai analisis sensori (kenampakan, bau, rasa, tekstur) menunjukan bahwa penambahan enzim papain 4% yang tertinggi. Analisis kimia kadar air tertinggi pada 0% yaitu 39,37%, kadar abu tertinggi pada 8% yaitu 23,36, kadar protein tertinggi pada  0% yaitu 28,89% dan kadar lemak total tertinggi pada 0% yaitu 2,52%.Kata kunci: enzim papain, kepala udang, terasi

Abstract

The increase in coal waste (fly ash and bottom ash) will have a negative impact on the environment if it is not managed or utilized. One of the uses of coal waste can be used as a mixture for making refractory bricks. Refractory bricks are made with a variety of materials with the fixed variable composition being 30% clay and 10% alumina and the independent variables FA and Kaolin waste with variations of 20%:40%, 30%:30%, 40%:20%. Samples of refractory bricks that has been made is tested by Density & Porosity Test, Compressive Strength Test, and Heat Conductivity Test. The results were obtained in the density and porosity tests on the 30% fly ash variation with sequential values of 1.782 gr/cm3 and 42.419%, as well as compressive strength of 7.24 N/mm2 and the highest thermal conductivity on the 20% fly ash variation with a value of 1.773 W/m.oK

Abstract

The acrylic bending machine used in this study is a development of a machine that has been circulating in the market and also a development of the previous acrylic bending machine which aims to optimize the acrylic bending tool in order to produce an acrylic bending machine that is more precise in temperature regulation and bending results, this test is carried out by means of experimental data collection or direct testing and data analysis methods used is a Taguchi method with an orthogonic array L16 which is assisted by Minitab software and the results are obtained that the temperature, time and angle settings are quite influential on the bending results in each thickness, and the variation of each combination is not too significant and it can be concluded that the acrylic bending machine in this study can work more optimally because of the stable temperature setting and also good bending results, especially in acrylic 1.5 mm to 3 mm and also this machine can also bend 5 mm thick acrylic but requires a longer heating time

Abstract

Innovation in learning program management is a key element in improving educational effectiveness. Innovation is defined as a new idea or practice that is accepted by an individual or group, while management is described as the art and science of organizing resources to achieve goals. Learning is understood as a process of interaction between teachers and students that results in behavioral changes. In the context of learning program management, the principal acts as an effective manager, ensuring that resources are managed optimally in accordance with the principles of effectiveness, efficiency, and economy. The definition of school-based management emphasizes greater autonomy for schools to innovate in resource management, with community participation as a determining factor for success. Management functions, including planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising, must be applied carefully to achieve the educational goals that have been set.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah signifikan yang biasa muncul dan berpotensi mempengaruhi kualitas hasil pengeboran adalah perubahan kekasaran permukaan material. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, kami melakukan analisis statistik terhadap data pengujian dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak ahli desain, untuk memastikan penyajian temuan analitis yang cermat. Pemrosesan data statistik ini melibatkan penggunaan analisis varians (ANOVA) untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari beberapa iterasi pengeboran terhadap kekasaran permukaan lubang bor. Hasil yang paling baik dalam hal kekasaran permukaan diamati pada sampel 16 mm, yang menunjukkan nilai kekasaran rata-rata 0,518 meter. Ketika dibor sekali pada kedalaman pemakanan 50 mm, spesimen 16 mm menunjukkan nilai kekasaran terendah yaitu 1,358 meter. Sebaliknya, spesimen 14 mm, ketika mengalami dua kali pengulangan pengeboran, menghasilkan nilai kekasaran permukaan tertinggi sebesar 0,738 meter. Selanjutnya, pada kedalaman pemakanan 50 mm, spesimen 12 mm, ketika dibor satu kali, menghasilkan nilai kekasaran dasar tertinggi sebesar 2,255 meter. Temuan kami menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pengulangan pengeboran memang memiliki dampak yang nyata, meskipun masih dalam kisaran nilai rata-rata untuk proses pembuatan sampel material baja AISI 1045. Analisis kontribusi persentase menggarisbawahi bahwa proses pengeboran dengan pengaruh paling besar terhadap tingkat kekasaran adalah proses pengeboran yang melibatkan dua kali pengulangan, dengan kontribusi 94,68%, dan tiga kali pengulangan, dengan kontribusi 87,57%, sedangkan satu kali pengulangan memberikan kontribusi 53,42%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hasil perbandingan nilai kekerasan impact pengecoran Aluminium limbah piston dengan footstep. Media pendingin yang digunakan yaitu air mineral, minyak sayur, oli. Dari hasil hasil perbandingan pengujian komposisi limbah piston utuh dan peleburan limbah piston bahwa pengujian komposisi kimia limbah piston utuh lebih tinggi sebesar 0,36%. Sedangkan hasil pengujian komposisi kimia footstep utuh dan footstep hasil peleburan bahwa hasil pengujian komposisi kimia peleburan footstep lebih tinggi sebesar 10,55%. Hasil uji statistik, nilai F hitung (1,131967002) lebih rendah dibandingkan nilai kritis F tabel. Selain itu, nilai signifikansi (P) lebih besar dari tingkat signifikansi yang telah ditentukan (0,05). Berdasarkan hasil ini, hipotesis nol (H₀) diterima, yang berarti tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik antara rata-rata nilai impact dari sampel dengan proses pendinginan yang berbeda.

Abstract

This study examines (1) the strategic management of digital literacy for educators at SMP Negeri 3 Lempuing, (2) the process of teacher digital literacy development in the digital era, and (3) the influence of digital literacy on pedagogical competence enhancement. A qualitative case study approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, supplemented by secondary data. Data analysis followed an interactive model, with validity ensured via triangulation (source, theory, method) and referential adequacy. Findings indicate that digital literacy strategy management adheres to the POAC framework (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). Planning involves objective-setting, resource allocation, and success metrics; organizing focuses on HR management and government collaboration; implementation includes digital platform training, online safety education, and positive content creation; and control is maintained through monitoring and evaluation. Pedagogical competence improvement follows the I-P-O model (Input-Process-Output), where inputs (student characteristics, funding) and processes (ed-tech design, strategic management) yield outputs (student achievement, institutional recognition). The study also identifies internal impacts (family influence, school infrastructure) and external impacts (internet access, cyber risks like fraud and bullying). This research is among the first to integrate POAC strategic management and I-P-O frameworks in analyzing digital literacy’s role in pedagogical development, offering a structured approach for educational institutions navigating digital transformation. Schools should adopt structured digital literacy programs, foster government partnerships, and implement continuous monitoring to mitigate cyber risks while enhancing teacher competence. The study provides a model for digital literacy strategy management in education, highlighting its critical role in improving teaching quality and institutional readiness for digital-era challenges.

Abstract

Sudah menjadi pengetahuan umum bahwa industri manufaktur perkembangannya semakin meningkat dari waktu ke waktu sehingga para pelaku industripun harus selalu siap berkompetisi. Masalah dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan peningkatan produktifitas tetap perlu dan layak untuk diteliti agar tercipta peningkatan produktivitas yang sesuai dengan harapan dari para pelaku industri. PT. XY   merupakan salah satu perusahaan mainan anak yang ingin melakukan perbaikan metode kerja dan waktu kerja dalam usaha meningkatkan produktivitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Micromotion Study dan Kaizen yang kemudian dituangkan dalam peta tangan kiri dan tangan kanan. Pengolahan data dan pembahasan dilakukan dengan membuat data pengukuran yang terdiri dari waktu perakitan   sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan analisis Micromotion Study dan Kaizen, data pengamatan tersebut kemudian dituangkan dalam peta tangan kanan dan tangan kiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan perbaikan rancangan kerja (redesign) dan pengurangan waktu pekerjaan di bagian perakitan balok dan pengemasan. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan penurunan waktu kerja sebesar 144 detik dimana waktu sebelum perbaikan sebesar 424 detik, setelah perbaikan sebesar 280 detik, dan hasil dari kaizen berupa perbaikan lay out kerja di lokasi perakitan dan pengemasan balok kayu di PT. XY.
