Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan: (1) Peran guru dalam perencananaan penggunaan media pembelajaran untuk memotivasi belajar peserta didik; (2) Peran guru dalam perencananaan penggunaan media pembelajaran untuk memotivasi belajar peserta didik; (3) Peran guru dalam pengawasan penggunaan media pembelajaran untuk memotivasi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Baptis Palembang dengan partisipan Kepala Sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Manajemen penggunaan media pembelajaran (1) Perencanaan, guru membuat perangkat pembelajaran seperti RPP dan mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran, guru menentukan media pembelajaran sesuai RPP dan materi; (2) Pelaksanaan, guru mempersiapkan pemilihan media pembelajaran seperti alat peraga, media visual dan audio visual, guru memotivasi belajar peserta didik dengan penggunaan media dan memperhatikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat; (3) Pengawasan, dilakukan pengawasan secara internal dan ekternal.

Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja guru IPA merupakan salah satu upaya yang harus dilakukan oleh sekolah sebagai bentuk respon terhadap perkembangan IPTEK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepala sekolah meningkatkan kinerja guru IPA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualittaif deskriptif. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan dokumentasi, wawancara, observasi dan kajian pustaka. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan tehnik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa peran kepala sekolah meningkatkan kinerja guru IPA dengan merancang program, merumuskan program berdasarkan visi misi serta melakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan program agar dapat efektif terhadap upaya peningkatan kinerja guru IPA. Terdapat beberpa hambatan anatara lain efektivitas instrumen yang dipakai sebagai alat evaluasi, kemudian faktor internal guru itu sendiri seperti keterbatasan finansial guru dan sekolah dalam melaksanakan pelatihan yang bersifat kontinu. Solusi yang diambil adalah dengan membangun komunikasi, membangun forum diskusi, mendorong kolaborasi antar guru IPA, menyusun keuangan yang efektif dan melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi kinerja guru IPA secara berkala.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Kepala Sekolah Untuk Meningkatkan Profesional Guru Di SMK PGRI 3 Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian pengumpulan data meliputi seluruh guru dan wakil kepala sekolah dengan melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningakatkan profesional guru memberikan motivasi, peningkatan disiplin. Kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan profesional guru adalah kurangnya guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi dan informasi, Sarana dan Prasarana yang belum memadai dan kurangnya kedisiplinan, kesadaran guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan guru di dalam pembelajaran dan peluang guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi, dengan prinsip keprofesionalannya sudah teruji ketika Pandemic-!9 dan di era pasca pandemic- 19, peran guru sebagai garda terdepan dalam pembelajaran memberikan perencanaan terhadap peran yang akan dilaksanakan dalam pembelajaran. Tantangan dan hambatan yang di alami semasa Pandemic- 19 telah melahirkan peluang-peluang yang telah meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan dapat diterapkan sesuai kondisi kekinian. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah studi kasus melalui pendekatan kualitatif, di SMKN 1 Kandis Kabupaten Ogan Ilir pada bulan Juli 2022. Ada keunikan peran guru dalam pembelajaran pasca pandemic-19 yakni mengejar ketinggalan dengan project based learning dan peluang guru menjadi pandai menggunakan aplikasi/platform pembelajaran, focus penelitianadalah: Peran dan Peluang Guru dalamPembelajaranPasca Pandemic-19 (Studi Kasus di SMKN Kandis Kabupaten Ogan Ilir). Sub focus dari penelitian ini, ialah; peran guru (perencanaan,fasilitator, motivator serta evaluator), dan peluang pada pembelajaran di SMKN 1 Kandis Pasca Pandemic-19. Adapun novelty penelitian ini adalah peluang guru pasca pandemic yang terbit dari tantangan dan hambatan di masa pandemic-19 di SMKN 1 Kandis Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Kata kunci: Peran, peluang, pasca pandemic-19, PBL ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the teacher's role in learning and the teacher's opportunities in increasing competence, with professional principles that have been tested during the Pandemic-19 and in the post-pandemic era-19, the role of the teacher as the front guard in learning provides planning for the role that will be carried out in learning . The challenges and obstacles experienced during the Pandemic-19 have given birth to opportunities that have increased teacher competence and can be applied according to current conditions. The research was carried out using a qualitative approach using the case study method at SMKN 1 Kandis Ogan Ilir Regency in July 2022. There is a uniqueness in the teacher's role in post-pandemic learning, namely catching up with project-based learning and opportunities for teachers to become good at using learning applications/platforms, focus research is: Teacher Roles and Opportunities in Post-Pandemic-19 Learning (Case Study at SMKN Kandis, Ogan Ilir District). The sub focus of this research is; the role of the teacher (planner, facilitator, motivator and evaluator), and opportunities for learning at SMKN 1 Kandis Post-Pandemic-19. The novelty of this research is post-pandemic teacher opportunities arising from challenges and obstacles during the 19th pandemic at SMKN 1 Kandis, Ogan Ilir Regency. Abstract

The strategic management of Educational Operational Grants (Indonesia: Bantuan Operasional Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan - Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar BOP-PKBM) at PKBM Melati in Ogan Ilir plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of non-formal education. This study aimed to explore the effectiveness of strategic management practices in optimizing the use of BOP funds to improve educational outcomes. Using a qualitative research approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving key stakeholders such as the school principal, treasurer, tutors, and local education authorities. The findings reveal that the management at PKBM Melati prioritizes efficient allocation of funds towards critical areas like teacher training, curriculum development, and facility maintenance. Transparency is maintained through clear reporting mechanisms, ensuring all stakeholders are informed about fund utilization. Additionally, community involvement in the management and oversight of BOP funds fosters a shared responsibility for educational quality. Regular evaluations are conducted to assess the effectiveness of fund usage, with adjustments made as necessary to maximize impact. The study concludes that strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, continuous evaluation, and rigorous oversight are essential components for achieving sustainable improvements in educational quality at PKBM Melati. The research contributes valuable insights into the strategic management of educational grants in non-formal settings, emphasizing the need for comprehensive planning and accountability to meet the educational needs of underserved communities.

Abstract

This study investigated the effect of learning motivation on the results of volleyball smashes in SMPN 1 Buay Madang students. Due to the lack of enthusiasm to move, the child needs to be more inspired. This, of course, weakens the physical condition that is less supportive, plus the student’s learning motivation is still deficient when doing volleyball smashes. One type of research is literature research, often called literature research. The descriptive analysis of the study is such that the reader will understand it well. The data used in this study is additional information obtained from the results of research conducted by previous researchers. The data collection method used in this study is the recording or documentation method. The data analysis used in this article is an annotated bibliographic analysis. Based on the literature review, learning motivation affects volleyball learning outcomes. Supporting factors include the role of parents, teachers, and the environment and appropriate opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of school principals in improving the performance of PAUD Posyandu teachers in Kec. Penukal Kab. Pali. The research was carried out at the integrated Kec. Penukal Early Childhood Health Center with the address of PU Village, Babat Dusun II Village, Penukal District, Penukal District, Abab Lematang Ilir. The research was carried out from February to April 2023. Data and information were collected by researchers while in the field by obtaining direct surveys. The documentation from primary and secondary sources and used to fulfill research requirements regarding the benefits and objectives of the research. The results of the research show that the results of the survey and documents that were carried out at the time of the research were quality improvement, guidance for school principals and supporting facilities and infrastructure in improving teacher performance in PAUD Posyandu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was the effect of the game hadang and Tempurung Bakiak on the physical fitness of students in learning physical education, sports, and health at SMP Negeri 27 Palembang. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 27 Palembang which is located on Jl. Rejung No. 198, Sako Baru, Kec. Sako, Palembang City, South Sumatra 30961. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test one group design. The data collection technique used the bleed test technique or a 20-meter back-and-forth test. The population of this study were all students of class VIII at SMP Negeri 27 Palembang, while there were students in class VIII.2 and VIII.3 with a total of 65 people. The data analysis technique used is the inferential data analysis technique with the help of the t test SPSS version 23.00 for windows. Based on the discussion that has been stated above, it can be concluded that: (1) there is an effect of obstacle games on students’ physical fitness in learning physical education, sports, and health; (2) The Effect of Playing Coconut Shell Clogs on Students’ Physical Fitness in Learning Physical Education, Sports, and Health.

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether there is a difference in the effect between standing board jump training and jump rope training on the results of long jump squatting style in class VI students of SD Negeri 12 Palembang. This study aims to determine the difference in the effect of standing board jump training and jump rope training on the results of long jump squatting style in grade VI students of SD Negeri 12 Palembang. This type of research is experimental research, using the M-S Pattern method. The population in this study were 6th grade students of SD Negeri 12 Palembang with a total of 30 people. The sampling technique in this study used total sampling technique. The variables of this study consisted of independent variables, namely standing board jump and jump rope training, as well as the dependent variable of squatting style long jump ability. Data collection using the squatting style long jump test method. The data analysis technique uses the t-test formula. Based on the results of research that has been conducted on grade VI students of SD Negeri 12 Palembang, about the effect of standing board jump training and jumping rope on the learning outcomes of long jump squatting style as many as 30 students (sample). The results showed that t value 4.42 > t critical 2.66 at a significant level with db58 means that there is a difference in influence between Standing board jump and jump rope training on the ability of grade VI students of SD Negeri 12 Palembang. From the calculation of the mean, it shows that the mean of experimental group 1 is greater than group 2 (3.63 < 3.53). Thus, it can be concluded that jump rope training has more effect than standing board jump training.

Abstract

Ball Handling is an important technique for achieving increasing basketball dribbling technique training. One of the things that must be done by every athlete in developing and improving sports performance optimally is by diligently practicing, with exercises that must be developed and improved to master basic techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine ball handling exercises on basketball dribbling abilities. This study uses a literature review research method using 16 literature sources, 12 of which are used as data reviewed and taken from nine databases (Google Scholar, UNP Journal, Research Article, Garda Portal, Sinta ristekbrin, JOSSAE) which demonstrate ball handling exercises. The conclusion in ball handling exercises is that there is a need for each according to the sample level examined by previous relevant studies with ball handling exercises that can improve basketball dribbling skills. In designing the training program must be structured.
