Abstract

The Community Diversity Program implemented at SMAN 1 Polewali Mandar aims to address the issue of disparities and boredom in students' learning that often occur in school. Through this program, students will be given the opportunity to play simple, innovative, and challenging traditional games. This is expected to revive their interest in learning and make them more ready and motivated to continue their studies after a break. The program will last for 240 minutes and will use a hands-on approach and lecture method. In the hands-on session, students will play traditional sports games and are expected to be physically active, thus improving their gross motor development. This program will also enhance students' understanding of conventional sports games and provide them with the opportunity to create traditional games as creative and enjoyable learning materials. This community literacy program is very important for students' development as the physical activities performed during the program will help improve their physical condition, making them fresher and more enthusiastic to continue their studies. It is hoped that this will motivate them to be more active and enthusiastic in learning and participating in other school activities

Abstract

This study aims to find out how good the cardiorespiratory endurance level of the SMA Negeri 22 Makassar futsal team is. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, the test technique used to collect data is the Multistage Fitness Test. The population in this study was 25 futsal team players at SMA Negeri 22 Makassar, the sample to determine the population used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics in the form of percentages. The prevalence of "fair" (moderate) fitness levels among players under the age of 18 in the futsal team of SMA Negeri 22 Makassar indicates the need for a targeted training program to improve their cardiorespiratory endurance. With 62.5% of respondents falling into this category, this shows the potential to increase their fitness levels to achieve better performance on the field. Identifying factors contributing to lower fitness levels among the 37.5% of players categorized as “poor” (poor) may provide valuable insight for developing personalized training interventions and plans to meet their specific needs. By addressing these fitness gaps, teams can potentially improve their overall performance and competitiveness in futsal tournaments. A sufficient level of cardiorespiratory endurance is important in the sport of futsal, which involves fast movements, sudden changes in direction, and high intensity. By having a sufficient level of cardiorespiratory endurance, SMA Negeri 22 Makassar futsal players can maintain their performance during matches, reduce fatigue and minimize the risk of injury.

Abstract

Conventional collegiate soccer instruction often overemphasizes the mastery of isolated technical skills, thereby neglecting students' tactical understanding of gameplay and social domain development. This quasi-experimental study aims to examine the effect of the Sport Education Model (SEM) on students' soccer gameplay proficiency and interpersonal competence. The study employed a Pretest-Posttest Non-Equivalent Control Group Design involving college students divided into an experimental group (SEM-based instruction with a 16-session intervention phase) and a control group (conventional instruction). Soccer gameplay proficiency was measured using the Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) observation sheet, while interpersonal competence was evaluated through a validated questionnaire scale. Inferential analysis results indicate that students who participated in SEM-based instruction experienced a significant increase in gameplay proficiency particularly in decision-making and skill execution within authentic game situations while simultaneously demonstrating superior development in interpersonal competence regarding team communication, conflict resolution, and social responsibility compared to the control group. The implications of this study confirm that restructuring sports pedagogy through the authentic competitive climate and stable team affiliation inherent in SEM can effectively bridge the fulfillment of both motor and psychosocial learning outcomes in higher education.

Abstract

This community service initiative aims to enhance safe and effective fundamental heading skills among FIKK UNM students, serving as a cornerstone for individual soccer proficiency. The program addresses the critical need for technical mastery to mitigate the risk of repetitive subconcussive head injuries by integrating biomechanical principles and neck muscle strengthening protocols. The training is delivered through a systematic progression, transitioning from sensory adaptation to structured and directed static and dynamic techniques. The anticipated outcomes include the attainment of superior technical competence and a comprehensive understanding of FIFA safety protocols (SCAT6/CRT6) as a benchmark for professional conduct on the field. Accurate worthless, easy to read, and concise, followed by up to 5 keywords, separated by semicolons.
