Abstract

The implementation of e-learning helps students facilitate the learning process if they cannot attend class. STBA Technocrat has not yet utilized e-learning technology for learning media. Many lecturers and students at STBA Technocrat are private employees. Therefore, creating an e-learning platform for learning media is essential. To achieve these objectives, the author uses a research method approach that includes field studies, literature reviews, and system development and design using the waterfall and UML models, with PHP and MySQL programming languages. In conclusion, e-learning can significantly aid lecturers and students in delivering and receiving material, allowing the teaching and learning process to proceed efficiently without being affected by location and time.

Abstract

Every year, during the sacrificial animal slaughter on Eid al-Adha, there is often an imbalance in the distribution of qurban meat between different regions. Additionally, the lack of coordination among qurban animal committees can result in either an excess or shortage of qurban meat in specific locations. Therefore, the implementation of a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) for the distribution of qurban meat is an effort to manage this distribution effectively. The information system used in this study is a GIS-based application for qurban meat distribution, utilizing the Google Maps API. This application is designed to distribute qurban meat to the nearest locations. Furthermore, the application includes features such as displaying location information, visualizing maps integrated with Google Maps, and providing directions to locations. This web-based application is accessible only through a web browser and is developed using PHP and MySQL for database management. The goal of this system is to facilitate the even distribution of qurban meat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang sistem informasi yang dapat memudahkan pelanggan dalam melakukan reservasi, yaitu dengan memanfaatkan web browser sebagai media untuk melakukan reservasi meja. Dengan demikian, pelanggan tidak harus datang langsung ke restoran hanya untuk memesan meja yang diinginkan; cukup dengan membuka website yang disediakan, pelanggan dapat langsung melakukan reservasi. Pembuatan sistem ini juga bertujuan untuk memudahkan dalam penyajian laporan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodologi berorientasi objek, dengan tools pemodelan untuk perancangan menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall, yang menggambarkan proses sistematis dan berurutan pada pengembangan perangkat lunak. Metode ini dimulai dari menganalisis kebutuhan sistem, yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara dan survei terhadap objek. Kemudian, mendesain sistem sesuai dengan analisis yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Setelah selesai melakukan analisis dan desain, tahap selanjutnya adalah implementasi sistem yang sudah dibuat, diakhiri dengan menguji fungsi-fungsi yang terdapat di dalam sistem tersebut. Reservasi pemesanan meja yang dilakukan sebelumnya masih menggunakan sistem konvensional, di mana pelanggan harus menelepon atau datang langsung ke restoran saat akan melakukan reservasi. Hal ini membuat pelanggan harus mengeluarkan biaya dan waktu ketika melakukan reservasi, baik secara langsung maupun melalui telepon. Data reservasi yang tidak terpusat juga berdampak pada penyajian laporan, di mana, saat pelanggan melakukan reservasi, resepsionis mencatat data reservasi di selembar kertas, sehingga untuk menyajikan laporan data reservasi, data tersebut perlu disalin terlebih dahulu. Hasil dari pembuatan sistem informasi reservasi restoran ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja restoran dalam pelayanan kepada pelanggannya, terutama dalam kegiatan reservasi yang dilakukan oleh pelanggan. Selain mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan reservasi, dengan adanya sistem ini, pelanggan juga dapat menghemat biaya serta tenaga dengan tidak perlu datang langsung atau melakukan telepon ke restoran. Sistem ini juga diharapkan dapat membantu restoran dalam menyimpan data reservasi secara terpusat, serta mempermudah pengelolaan data reservasi agar menjadi informasi yang tepat dan akurat.

Abstract

Salah satu program di SMK Padakembang yang membantu menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas adalah program beasiswa. Agar dana beasiswa yang disalurkan dapat berjalan lancar, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi untuk kelanjutan penerimaan beasiswa, sehingga beasiswa dapat diberikan kepada yang benar-benar memenuhi kriteria tanpa merugikan salah satu pihak. Untuk membantu penentuan hasil evaluasi kelanjutan penerimaan beasiswa, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Metode yang dapat digunakan untuk sistem pendukung keputusan adalah Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode ini dipilih karena merupakan suatu bentuk model pendukung keputusan di mana peralatan utamanya adalah sebuah hierarki fungsional dengan input utamanya adalah persepsi manusia, yaitu orang yang ahli dalam masalah beasiswa atau yang mengerti permasalahan beasiswa.

Abstract

Today, the development of technology and information is rapidly advancing in various aspects of life, one of which is in the academic field, from elementary schools to universities. Nowadays, schools are increasingly using information technology in their academic management, making it easier to handle related data. Vocational schools, or SMKs, provide secondary education with the role of preparing students to enter the workforce. SMKs have an institution called the Special Labor Exchange (BKK), which serves as a placement service for workers in both secondary and higher education units. The Special Labor Exchange acts as a bridge between SMKs and the industrial world. SMK Nurul Islam Cianjur is a private school in the form of a foundation. This school also offers a Special Labor Exchange (BKK) program primarily for its alumni but is also available to students from other schools.

Abstract

With the marketplace, buying and selling activities are easier to do, buyers do not need to come to the store, only with a smartphone. In this study, there is a problem where consumers have received unsatisfactory service when shopping at the marketplace and also there is no system that can determine the best marketplace in terms of service. In addition, service providers also need to know consumer ratings of their marketplace in order to improve services in the future. Therefore, a decision support system is built that can determine the best marketplace in terms of service. The criteria used in this study are overpayment or underpayment (transfer), order cancellation, chat response, return of goods or funds and tracking of orders obtained through distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents who have shopped in the marketplace. The approach used in this research is to use the MOORA method (Multi-objective optimization on the basis of ratio analysis). The system built with the Laravel Framework and using the MySQL database expected to be considered or a tool for prospective consumers to making decisions, as input to the marketplace to be able to improve its services and as information to the public, especially consumers regarding the ranking of the marketplace with the best service

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a Point of Sale (POS) system tailored to the operational needs of Purna Sembako, a micro retail business located in a rural area. The main issue addressed is the store’s continued use of manual transaction recording, which causes inefficiency, data entry errors, and delays in reporting. The research follows a Research and Development (R&D) approach using software engineering methods. The development process includes needs analysis, web-based system design, implementation of transaction recording, inventory management, and sales reporting features. Black box testing was employed to validate system functionality, while user evaluation was conducted using a Likert-scale questionnaire involving the store owner and staff to assess usability, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The testing results indicate that the system operates as intended, and user evaluations rated the system as “Good” to “Very Good” across all aspects. The developed POS system proved effective in improving operational efficiency and data accuracy, while also contributing to digital transformation in small-scale retail enterprises.
