Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah growth opportunity, intellectual capital, return saham dan profitabilitas mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan nilai perusahaan sebagai variabel dependen sedangkan variabel independen yang digunakan adalah growth opportunity, intellectual capital, return saham dan profitabilitas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif kausal, dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Dalam penelitian menggunakan populasi perusahaan sektor infrastruktur, utilitas dan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2021-2023. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Total data yang digunakan sebanyak 126 data. Uji analisis regresi linier menggunakan software SPSS 26 yang digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data dalam penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa growth opportunity, return saham dan profitabilitas mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Semakin tinggi nilai growth opportunity, return saham dan profitabilitas akan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Sementara itu, intellectual capital tidak mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan bisnis peserta didik di Lembaga Pendidikan Wearnes Malang melalui pengenalan Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan penghitungan Break Even Point (BEP). Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan mendesak untuk membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan praktis mengenai perencanaan bisnis yang efektif dan analisis keuangan dasar yang diperlukan dalam dunia usaha. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, dan peserta langsung mempraktekkan saat penyusunan BMC di kertas canvas dan perhitungan BEP. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik memiliki peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan terhadap konsep dan aplikasi BMC serta BEP dalam konteks bisnis. Sebelum mengikuti kegiatan, mayoritas peserta memiliki pemahaman yang terbatas mengenai struktur bisnis yang efektif dan cara menganalisis titik impas. Setelah kegiatan, peserta tidak hanya mampu menyusun BMC yang komprehensif tetapi juga dapat menghitung BEP dengan tepat, yang merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai kelayakan bisnis. Dampak dari kegiatan ini selain bisa menambah keterampilan teknis peserta didik, tetapi juga berhasil memotivasi mereka untuk berpikir kritis, berinovasi dan kreatif dalam merencanakan bisnis.

Abstract

Toko ggg_tanamanbuah merupakan sebuah toko online yang berjualan di e-commerce Shopee sejak tahun 2021. Ide berjualan tanaman buah secara offline bermula pada saat musim covid 2020 yang penjual-penjual tanaman banyak yang terjebak di daerah2 tertentu karena tidak bisa pulang akibat covid 19. Dengan adanya hal itu maka toko online Ggg_tanamanbuah mulai branding memperkenalkan produk-produk dari petani nganjuk dan kediri untuk di pasaran menyeluruh ke seluruh indonesia dengan memanfaatkan jasa kirim expedisi hingga awal nya ber omset 30.000 rupiah sampai 150.000.000 rupiah setiap bulan nya. Keputusan pembelian adalah suatu proses pengambilan keputusan konsumen akan pembelian yang mengkombinasikan pengetahuan untuk memilih dua atau lebih alternatif produk yang tersedia dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain kualitas, harga, lokasi, iklan, kemudahan, pelayanan, variasi produk dan lain-lain.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis 1. Pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian di toko ggg 2. Pengaruh variasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian di toko ggg 3. Pengaruh iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian di toko ggg 4. Pengaruh harga, variasi produk dan iklan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian di toko ggg_tanamanbuah pada e-commerce Shopee. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksplanatory research dengan pendekatan survey. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada customer ggg_tanamanbuah pada e-commerce Shopee pada bulan April-Mei 2023 dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden dengan metode non-probality sampling dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan1.Harga berpengaruh sighnifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian 2.Variasi Produk berpengaruh sighnifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian 3. Iklan berpengaruh sighnifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian 4.Harga, Variasi Produk dan Iklan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian di toko ggg_tanamanbuah pada E-commerce Shopee.

Abstract

The development of Batik SMEs in East Java shows a sector that is highly affected by the pandemic due to the unpreparedness of SMEs to face the pandemic conditions. The need for encouragement from the government and strengthening this sector so that it can develop again and make a positive contribution to the regional and national economy. Managerial aspects and personal values owned by Batik SMEs in East Java are expected to be a reinforcing factor for SMEs in facing a very dynamic environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between personal values and management skills on the performance of Batik SMEs during the new normal era in East Java, Indonesia. The data used were obtained through a survey using a questionnaire, which was then analyzed by factor analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression. The results of the study stated that there was no relationship between personal values and performance, and there was no relationship between management skills and the performance of Batik SMEs in East Java, Indonesia. This research does not include external factors of the research variables, namely government policies that can be measured by inflation rates and tax policies, as well as Bank Indonesia credit interest rates. This study uses the variable management skills, personal values, and performance of Batik SMEs in East Java during the normal era, which are products with local cultural features.

Abstract

The persistent health problems in Indonesia have forced the government to act so that the public can still feel justice and obtain their rights. Since the government regulation regarding the tiered referral system was implemented, there has been an increase in referrals to D-type and C-type hospitals because of their position as the first-level referral facility in the BPJS health service program. In the healthcare industry, nurses play a crucial role as essential human resources in hospitals, responsible for monitoring patient health and providing care. However, hospitals continue to grapple with the serious issue of employees intending to leave their jobs. The data collection technique in this study was to use questionnaires distributed directly and randomly through Google Forms to 100 respondents from C-type hospital nurses in Malang City. The data collected was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The research findings conclude that turnover intention is directly influenced by job stress, burnout, and job satisfaction, and that the job stress variable has a positive effect on burnout and job satisfaction. Additionally, Burnout and Job Satisfaction mediate the influence of Job Stress on turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE) on profit growth in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. This type of research is classified as causal associative, a study that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. All of the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020 and selected as the research population were 194. A purposive sampling method adapted to the purpose was used in the selection of samples so that 16 companies were obtained as samples.This study uses quantitative data types, while the analytical techniques used are classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, R2 coefficient of determination test and t test. Based on the results of the analysis, it is stated that profit growth in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020 is not significantly affected by the NPM, ROA and ROE variables..

Abstract

PLN (Persero) Pusat Manajemen Proyek (PLN PUSMANPRO) di Semarang adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manajemen konstruksi, manajemen proyek, dan Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Proses bisnis ini tentunya menuntut kompetensi, khusunya kompetensi teknik yang tinggi, sehingga enjinir PLN PUSMANPRO merupakan sumber daya manusia yang penting. Digitalisasi merupakan praktek yang saat ini makin diandalkan karena dinilai mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan digitalisasi terhadap kinerja enjinir, dimediasi oleh budaya perusahaan. Data diolah dengan analisa jalur dengan bantuan software SmartPLS Versi 4. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah metode sampling jenuh atau sensus, dimana keseluruhan 42 orang enjinir PLN PUSMANPRO dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk pengaruh langsung terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kompetensi terhadap budaya perusahaan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari digitalisasi terhadap budaya perusahaan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kompetensi terhadap kinerja enjinir, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari digitalisasi terhadap kinerja enjinir, serta terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari budaya perusahaan terhadap kinerja enjinir. Selanjutnya, untuk pengaruh tidak langsung terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi terhadap kinerja enjinir setelah dimediasi budaya perusahaan, serta terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari digitalisasi terhadap kinerja enjinir setelah dimediasi budaya perusahaan.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operate in increasingly competitive environments that require sustained creativity and innovation to achieve superior performance. This study examined the mediating role of competitive advantage in the relationship between creativity, innovation culture, and business performance of MSMEs in Malang City. A mixed-method explanatory design was employed to provide both contextual depth and empirical validation. The qualitative phase involved semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders, including government representatives, MSME community leaders, and business owners, to explore ecosystem-based innovation dynamics. The quantitative phase collected survey data from 120 MSME actors selected through purposive sampling, using structured questionnaires adapted from validated measurement scales. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results demonstrated that creativity and innovation culture did not directly influence business performance; however, both variables significantly affected performance indirectly through competitive advantage. These findings indicate a full mediation effect, suggesting that internal creative and innovative capacities translate into superior performance only when transformed into strategic competitive positioning. The study extends the Resource-Based View and Schumpeterian innovation perspective by empirically validating the mediating mechanism within a local MSME ecosystem context. Practically, the results highlight the importance of strengthening innovation culture and strategic differentiation to enhance MSME competitiveness.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has driven the manufacturing industry, including the agrochemical sector, to optimize employee performance through digital training and the reinforcement of organizational culture. PT. CBA Chemical Industry has implemented e-learning-based training and developed internal corporate values; however, the performance of production operators has yet to show consistent improvement. This indicates a potential issue in the effectiveness of the training and cultural strategies implemented. This study aims to examine the influence of e-learning-based training and organizational culture on employee performance, with work motivation as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed, using survey methods with questionnaires distributed to 81 production operators. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that e-learning-based training does not have a significant direct effect on performance or work motivation, while organizational culture significantly influences both. Work motivation also has a significant direct effect on performance but does not mediate the relationship between training or culture and performance. These results indicate that direct influences are more dominant than indirect effects through motivation. The study draws on motivational theories from Maslow, Herzberg, McClelland, and McGregor, which explain that training and organizational values can shape employee behavior, although their effectiveness is largely determined by how individuals perceive organizational stimuli.

Abstract

The management of regional property is a crucial aspect of good governance, requiring competent human resources. The quality of human resources is measured by the performance produced, where quality HR has the potential to achieve optimal performance. This study aims to analyze the extent of the influence of training, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of property management staff in the government of Sabang City. The population of this study consists of all property management staff in the government of Sabang City in May 2025, with a sample of 34 respondents using a saturated sampling technique, and data collection was conducted using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. This study also employed multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results indicate that: 1) Training does not significantly influence the performance of property management staff at local government agencies of Sabang, 2) Work environment does not significantly influence the performance of property management staff at the City Government of Sabang, 3) Work motivation significantly influences the performance of property management staff at the City Government of Sabang.
