Abstract

Abstract: Management of educational institutions requires human resources who have adequate work quality both in terms of competence and skills, and the measure of the level of qualification of human resources is shown by the resulting performance. Quality human resources can produce optimal performance. This research aims to analyze: 1) Does leadership have a partial effect on the performance of educational staff at Sari Mutiara University Indonesia. 2) Does work motivation partially influence the performance of educational staff at Sari Mutiara University Indonesia. 3) Do incentives partially influence the performance of educational staff at Sari Mutiara University Indonesia. 4) Does the work environment have a partial effect on the performance of educational staff at Sari Mutiara University Indonesia. 5) Do leadership, work motivation, incentives and work environment simultaneously influence the performance of educational staff at Sari Mutiara University Indonesia. The sampling method used was the saturated sampling method or census, where a total of 90 administrative employees at Sari Mutiara University Indonesia were sampled in this research. The research results show that the leadership variable has no effect on the performance of Sari Mutiara Indonesia University education staff, the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of education staff, the incentive and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Sari Mutiara Indonesia University education staff. The variables of leadership, motivation, incentives and work environment together have a significant effect simultaneously on the performance of educational staff at Sari Mutiara Indonesia University, Medan Keywords: Incentives, Leadership, Employee Performance, Work Environment,                 Motivation, Leadership Energy. Abstrak: Pengelolaan terhadap lembaga pendidikan membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kualitas kerja yang memadai baik dari kompetensinya maupun keterampilannya, dan ukuran dari tingkat kualifikasi sumber daya manusia ditunjukkan oleh kinerja yang dihasilkan. Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) Apakah kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai tenaga kependidikan  pada Universitas Sari Mutiara Indonesia. 2) Apakah motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai tenaga kependidikan  pada Universitas Sari Mutiara Indonesia. 3) Apakah insentif secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai tenaga kependidikan  pada Universitas Sari Mutiara Indonesia. 4) Apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai tenaga kependidikan  pada Universitas Sari Mutiara Indonesia. 5) Apakah kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, insentif dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai tenaga kependidikan  Universitas Sari Mutiara Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampling jenuh atau sensus, dimana keseluruhan 90 pegawai administrasi yang ada di Universitas Sari Mutiara Indonesia dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai tenaga kependidikan Universitas Sari Mutiara Indonesia, variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai tenaga kependidikan, variabel insentif dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan Universitas Sari Mutiara Indonesia. Variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi, insentif, dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai tenaga kependidikan Universitas Sari Mutiara Indonesia Medan. Kata kunci: Insentif, Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Pegawai, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi, Tenaga Kepemimpinan.

Abstract

Rendahnya literasi kewirausahaan dan pemasaran produk digital serta digital printing pada peserta Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) di PT. Kreasindo Media Pratama Malang menjadi masalah mendesak, mengingat ketidaksiapan mereka dalam mengembangkan potensi wirausaha atau berkontribusi optimal di dunia kerja. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan digital melalui pelatihan integratif berbasis praktik guna menumbuhkan digitalpreneur muda. Metode yang digunakan adalah Experiential Learning melalui workshop partisipatif dengan tahapan: (1) penyuluhan konsep kewirausahaan dan pemasaran digital, (2) diskusi interaktif studi kasus, (3) praktik pembuatan produk (digital content dan digital printing), serta (4) simulasi pemasaran. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui survei pre-test/post-test dan penilaian keterampilan praktik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: pengetahuan kewirausahaan (25% → 90%), kemampuan produksi digital (15% → 95%), strategi pemasaran (30% → 90%), serta 95% peserta berhasil membuat produk dan mempresentasikan strategi pemasaran. Implikasi kegiatan mencakup: (1) peningkatan kompetensi teknis dan wirausaha peserta PKL yang siap diterapkan di pasar kerja, (2) kontribusi positif bagi perusahaan mitra melalui ketersediaan tenaga PKL terlatih, serta (3) terbentuknya model pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis praktik bagi pendidikan vokasi.

Abstract

Abstract: Education is the most important thing in human life where the present and future concern character and future prosperity. This research will analyze the influence of curriculum, word of mouth (WOM), and social media on parents' decisions in enrolling their children at Bukit Sion Middle School, Jakarta. The curriculum, as a key factor, combines national and international standards to provide a global quality academic foundation. WOM, both traditional and electronic (eWOM), influences parental decisions through direct experience and recommendations from relatives. Social media has become a strategic mean for conveying interactive information about school achievements, activities and excellence. The research used quantitative methods with a survey of parents of students who enrolled their children in the 2024/2025 school year. The sample population in this study was 124 parents of students of grade 7 at Bukit Sion Middle School. This research uses a purposive sampling technique because this method allows researchers to select respondents who are most relevant and in accordance with research needs. A field survey was carried out by researchers to collect data involving 124 parents of grade 7 students at Bukit Sion Middle School. The results of this research show that: (1) The curriculum has a positive and partially significant effect on parents' decisions to enroll their children at Bukit Sion Middle School; (2) Word of mouth has a positive and partially significant effect on parents' decisions to enroll their children at Bukit Sion Middle School; (3) Social media has a positive and partially significant effect on parents' decisions to enroll their children in Bukit Sion Middle School; (4) Curriculum, word of mouth and social media simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on parents' decisions to enroll their children at Bukit Sion Middle School Keyword: Parental Decisions, Curriculum, Social Media, Word of Mounth. Abstrak: Pendidikan merupakan hal terpenting dalam kehidupan manusia dimana masa sekarang dan masa depan yang menyangkut karakter dan kesejahteraan di masa depan. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis pengaruh kurikulum, word of mouth (WOM), dan media sosial terhadap keputusan orang tua dalam mendaftarkan anaknya di SMP Bukit Sion Jakarta. Kurikulum, sebagai faktor utama, menggabungkan standar nasional dan internasional untuk menyediakan landasan akademik berkualitas global. WOM, baik tradisional maupun elektronik (eWOM), memengaruhi keputusan orang tua melalui pengalaman langsung dan rekomendasi dari kerabat. Media sosial menjadi sarana strategis untuk menyampaikan informasi interaktif mengenai prestasi, aktivitas, dan keunggulan sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan survei pada orang tua siswa yang mendaftarkan anak mereka di tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Populasi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 124 orang tua siswa dari kelas 7 di SMP Bukit Sion. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling karena metode ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk memilih responden yang paling relevan dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Survei lapangan dilakukan peneliti dalam pengumpulan data yang melibatkan 124 orang tua siswa kelas 7 di SMP Bukit Sion. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kurikulum berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan orang tua untuk mendaftarkan anaknya ke SMP Bukit Sion; (2) Word of mouth berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan orang tua untuk mendaftarkan anaknya ke SMP Bukit Sion; (3) Media sosial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan orang tua untuk mendaftarkan anaknya ke SMP Bukit Sion; (4) Kurikulum, Word of mouth dan media sosial secara simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan orang tua untuk mendaftarkan anaknya ke SMP Bukit Sion. Kata kunci: Keputusan kedua Orang Tua, Kurikulum, Media Sosial, Word of Mounth

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Kidsstar Makassar untuk mengetahui 1) apakah Brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan orang tua menyekolahkan anak di SD Kidsstar Makassar. 2) apakah fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap keputusan orang tua menyekolahkan anak di SD Kidsstar Makassar. 3) apakah kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan orang tua menyekolahkan anak di SD Kidsstar Makassar. Data dikumpulkan dari survei lapangan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagi ke seluruh orang tua siswa kelas 1 SD Kidsstar Makassar dengan jumlah 50 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode puposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui aplikasi Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Brand image, fasilitas dan kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan orang tua menyekolahkan anak di SD Kidsstar Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital leadership, technological literacy, and digital facilities on teaching performance of teachers at Rabbaanii Islamic Elementary School. The research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research sample consisted of 40 teachers using saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using SPSS. The results show that simultaneously, digital leadership, technological literacy, and digital facilities have a significant effect on teacher teaching performance with a contribution of 51.7%. Partially, only technological literacy proved to have a significant effect on teacher teaching performance (sig. 0.000 < 0.05), while digital leadership (sig. 0.214 > 0.05) and digital facilities (sig. 0.088 > 0.05) did not have a significant effect. These findings indicate that teachers' readiness and ability to use technology plays an important role in improving the quality of teaching processes. The research provides implications for school administrators to strengthen digital literacy programs for teachers and improve more participatory digital leadership strategies as well as optimize the utilization of digital facilities.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of work discipline, motivation, and work environment on the performance of mining supervisors at PT. Cristian Eka Pratama, East Kalimantan. The mining industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth, especially in Kalimantan, which is rich in coal reserves. Given the important role of mining supervisors, this study aims to analyze how work discipline, motivation, and work environment affect supervisor performance. This research is crucial as mining supervisors face high-risk work environments and must adhere to safety standards while managing daily operations. The study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis to explore how these factors—work discipline, motivation, and work environment—contribute to performance. Data were collected through surveys and analyzed to determine the impact of these factors on performance. The results of the study show that work discipline, work motivation, and work environment have a significant impact on supervisor performance. It is expected that these results will provide valuable insights into improving human resource management in the mining sector, particularly in enhancing supervisor performance.

Abstract

Teacher performance plays an important role in the success of inclusive education, especially in the implementation of the Multi-Tier System of Support (MTSS). MTSSis an approach that aims to provide academic, social-emotional, and behavioral support through tiered interventions. This study examines the effect of transformational leadership style on work motivation and its implications for teacher performance at Lazuardi Global Compassionate School (GCS) Depok. The research approach used is quantitative, with Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) analysis. Data were collected from 35 teachers through a structured questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that: (1) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation, (2) transformational leadership style has a positive but insignificant effect on teacher performance, (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and (4) transformational leadership style has a significant effect on teacher performance when mediated by work motivation. Considering that the direct effect of transformational leadership style on teacher performance is not significant, these results confirm the complete mediation of motivation on teacher performance. The results of this study recommend that school leaders provide professional development programs, as well as implement transparent performance evaluations to improve teacher effectiveness in inclusive education. Future research could explore additional variables, such as job satisfaction, school environment, and parental support, to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence teacher performance in inclusive educational environments.

Abstract

Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu sumber belajar yang mampu menyediakan bahan pustaka untuk mendukung materi belajar, sehingga memungkinkan bagi para pengajar (tutor) dan peserta didik sebuah institusi pendidikan memanfaatkannya sebagai sumber informasi, sarana sekaligus media pendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar. Tanpa adanya perpustakaan, pengajar dan peserta didik akan kesulitan dalam mencari sumber literasi kegiatan belajar-mengajar. Namun perpustakaan masih punya beberapa permasalahan, seperti mitra dari pengabdian ini adalah perpustakaan Lembaga Pendidikan Wearnes yang mengalami kendala ketidakefisiennya waktu yang  dibutuhkan petugas perpustakaan dalam penataan buku koleksi yang menghabiskan waktu yang lama, kurangnya perawatan sehingga buku koleksi mudah rusak, jam operasional dan stok buku yang terbatas karena menunggu bergantian dengan peminjam yang lain. Dengan menggunakan metode survey dan observasi, tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan peningkatan manajemen perpustakaan berbasis software pada Lembaga Pendidikan tersebut dan program ini telah berhasil menciptakan aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat digunakan untuk memperoleh akses fasilitas ebook koleksi perpustakaan mitra pengabdian sehingga anggota perpustakaan mitra kegiatan pengabdian merasa puas

Abstract

Education in schools cannot be separated from learning. Learning is designed in such a way that the material provided by the teacher reaches the students. In its application, some teachers have shown a lot of good performance, developing their skills to carry out their duties and functions as educators. However, at SDN 138 Pekanbaru Riau, the performance of teachers has not had optimal performance. This study aims to examine the influence of work culture, leadership style and work motivation on the performance of SDN 138 Pekanbaru teachers. This study used quantitative methods. Sampling using the nonprobability sampling method, with a saturated sensus, where all members of the population are sampled. The sample or respondents in this study amounted to 31 teachers. Data collection method using questionnaire. Data analysis uses data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing, namely coefficients of determination, t tests, and f test. The results of the research partially and simultaneously concluded that work culture, leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study explores the importance of human resource dynamic capabilities to create product innovation through the mediating role of green creativity in handicraft organizations in Malang-East Java by utilizing natural resources and local wisdom. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of green dynamic capabilities in creating long-term environmentally friendly creativity that will improve the performance of green product innovation. This research method uses a quantitative approach, namely testing the influence of green dynamic capability variables in creating environmentally friendly creativity so that they can create green product innovation performance. The research sample consisted of 96 respondents who met the criteria for creative industry entrepreneurs, then the data analysis stage used PLS-SEM. The results of the study indicate that green dynamic capabilities have a significant effect on environmentally friendly creativity and green product performance, while environmentally friendly creativity also has a significant effect on product performance and is able to mediate the relationship between green dynamic capabilities and product innovation performance.
