Abstract

This study aims to analysis the profit received by CV. Indospice in one month production process. The study was conducted in January to March 2017. Located at CV. Indospice in Tuminting, Manado City. This research uses primary data and secondary data. The data used in this study using tables that are then described and analysis using profit analysis. The profit was obtained by the difference between revenue and cost incurred. The results showed that CV. Indospice in Tuminting, Manado City get a profit of Rp. 153,618,396 per month at a cost of Rp. 748.381.604 and the value of R / C cost revenue of 1.29 which means CV. Indospice gained profit.*jnkd*.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to analyze the industry prospect of processing fried banana in Manado City by taking samples in the research region : Klabat Stadium and Malalayang Beach. Forty respondents were interviewed as representatives to the amount of consumer in Manado.This research was carried out at Klabat Stadium and Malalayang Beach from each location, two sellers were taken as samples start from September to October 2012. This research used primary and secondary data. Primary data were through directly interviewed with the owner and the employees of the sampel location and the forty respondents as the population of fried banana lovers. Secondary data taken through the literatures and institutions related with this reacerch. Analyzes data was showed in tables form.This research result showed that industry of processing fried banana in Manado City has a good prospect because it gained profit. Revenue Cost Ratio that obtained from each location is bigger than others. In condition like this business of fried banana deserves is feasible. Besides the profit sellers would obtain the opportunity doing this business is high because there are many consumers of this product in Manado City. Through this research we can see that there 234 sellers have the opportunity to start open business of fried banana.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPutra Pratama Koagouw. The Profile of “Bepang Cookies” Agroindustry Enterprise inRemboken Sub Distrik”. Under the Guidance of Prof.Dr.Ir. Ventje V. Rantung, MA. asChairman, Dr.Ir. O. Esry H. Laoh, MS. and Ir. Ribka M. Kumaat, MS. as Members.The object of this reaserch is to determine the profile of enterprise “Bepang Cookies”where its manufacturing process is simple. The location was taken by using purposivesampling method. Three families businesses as respondents scattered in three villages in thisdistrict. All three businesses have been observed from routine production activities on aweekly basis. The business were selected to represent the three villages. The primary datawere obtained from the interviews with the owners. The data collected were in the form ofcharacteristic entrepreneurs / manufacturers, raw materials, cost of production, marketing,capital, technology, management and profits.The results showed that enterprises was started by the family since the 70s with rawrice, sugar, cooking oil and plastics auxiliary materials, candles, kerosene and firewood. Theprocess was very simple with tools homemade production, performed by skilled workersaround 3-5 persons. The cost of equity capital was an average of Rp. 6.289.011,77. millionper month. By using a simple management system in which the supply of equipment andmaterials to distribution was controlled by the family, though marketing has reached fivecounties in the province. From this effort the entrepreneur gained about Rp. 5.610.988,23.million per month.It is better for the product pack to put the mark, the time limit consumption ofproducts, compositions and information without preservatives and weight (g) of the product,in order to be recognized by the consumers (market). Product marketing area can beexpanded to reach all levels of society, as well as the needed to increase or improve the shapeand variation in order to be more appealing tastes and interests of consumers. Also it canraise the volume of production that gets bigger profit.

Abstract

AbstractThe objective of this research is to calculate cost, revenue and profit and to know thedevelopment strategy of UD Murni candied nutmeg agroindustry. This study is conductedfrom to May-September 2013, the source of the data in this study were obtained from primarydata through observation and interviews taken directly to the business owner and head of theDepartment of Industry and Trade Industrial North Minahasa Regency. Methods of dataanalysis in this study is adescriptive analysis using SWOT analysis.The research result showed that UD Murni Fixed Cost was Rp. 26 043 while thevariable cost of Rp. 2.31765. UD Murni revenue was Rp. 11.975.000. Therefore profits forproducers of candied nutmeg was Rp. 9,631,307 week or one-time production. The candiednutmeg development strategies through SWOT matrix were: maintaining and expandingmarketing strategies by using technological developments, cooperating with businesspartnerships, improve the quality of products according to consumer tastes, promoting the useof technology as a medium, using technology to get information, and packaging products thatmore attractive than similar products.To develop the business it was needed a quality improvement both in quality productsand services so that consumers are satisfied with the products offered, establish cooperativepartnerships with suppliers nutmeg and the need for financial aid from the government as theadditional capital for the business men to develop their business

Abstract

ABSRACTAgustinus Kaliele. The Income Analysist of the Government Subsidary Rice Farmingand Non-Subsidary Rice Farming in Passo Village Kakas Barat Subdistrict MinahasaRegency. Under guidance of Ribka M. Kumaat as chairman, with Esry H. Laoh and E.Ruauw as members.The objective of this research is to calculate the des race farming income,bothsubsidy raice farming,and to calculate the difference of income, between them.Samplingmethod used in this research is simple by random sampling. This research used primary andsecondary date. Primary date were obtained from interviewet with raice farmer waithquestioner to collect data. Secondary data were obtained from villagegovernment/administration office. The data analysis was qualitative, presented in narrativedescriptive from.This research shows that in average subsidier farmer’s income is more than nonsubsidaryfarmer’s income. Subsidary farmer’s rate income is Rp. 11.510.594,4, otherwisenon-subsidier farmer’s rate income is Rp. 8.191.950,4. R/ C analysis done in this researchshowed that R/C ratio for subsidary farmer’s is 3,012, while R/C ratio for non-subsidaryfarmer’s is 2,543. This different income rate caused by subsidary farmer’s got insentive forsupply fertilizer and pesticide, so that the used of it can raised the productivity and income ofsubsidary farmers.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this study is to determine the raw materials inventory analysis of agro-industrial products soy milk and tofu chinese in Taas banjer (case study UD Kembang Tahu).Data collection was conducted for two months, from February to March, 2014. Data obtained ware primary and secondary data. The primary data obtained through the survey directly to the owner of the company UD. Kembang Tahu in Taas Banjer. Secondary data was obtained through company data, previous literature-literature and through the internet. Data analysis method used was the method of "Economic Order Quantity" to know and determine the order quantity of inventory that can minimize inventory storage costs and expenses directly opposite (inversecost) ordering supplies.The results showed that the company still can minimize inventory costs contained in UD. Kembang Tahu because the company had not yet knowing better inventory control management.

Abstract

ABSTRACTJessie Tilung. Rural Agribusiness Enterprise Development Program Evaluation In Warukapas Village, Dimembe Sub District. Under the guidance of Joachim. N. K. Dumais, as a chairman, B. C. D. Pakasi, and R. M. Kumaat as member’s.The objective of this research in to describe the evaluation of rural agribusiness enterprise development programs, based on outputs, outcomes, benefits, impact. This research was conducted in Warukapas Village, Dimembe Sub District North Minahasa Regency, lasted from June 2013 to March 2014. Data collected in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires that have been presented to farmers PUAP funds and in-depth interviews (Indepth Interviews) to parties involved in the implementation of the program include administrators Gapoktan PUAP Esa Toroan and accompanying companion extension Gapoktan, while secondary data was obtained from agencies involved in this study that the data related to the program PUAP, Warukapas Village Office, Gapoktan Secretariat and the Central Bureau of Statistics.Sampling was done intentionally using simple random sampling and samples taken as many as 15 farmers who were PUAP’s receiver Gapoktan members of Warukapas Village, Dimembe Sub District North Minahasa Regency.The research result showed that PUAP programs provided by the government at the Warukapas Village especially Gapoktan Toroan Esa has gone well by lookingat funds that have been distributed to the who need, the increase of agribusiness activity, increased revenue from Rp. 15,446,403, after receiving PUAP, the increased of an average value of Rp. 20,927,239, PUAP programs provided by the government gave a positive impact for the community, therefore the active role of the community is expected to support government programs that would be useful for the community itself.

Abstract

ABSTRACTLeydia Esther Rauw. Comparative Advantage of Rice Farming with Moved Planting Techniques And Direct Seed Planting Techniques in North Dumoga Bolaang Mongondow Regency (under guidance of Charles R. Ngangi, as Chairman, Eyverson Ruauw and Ribka M. Kumaat as Members).The objective of this research is to determine the difference advantage with moved planting technique and direct seed planting technique in North Dumoga Bolaang Mongondow Regency.Methods of data collection was the survey method. The data collected consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from direct observation and interviews with the respondents based on a list of questions (koesioner), while the secondary data obtained from the relevant agencies and district offices in North Dumoga Farmer Water User Association. The population is all rice farmers consisting of 40 percent of the farmers who use the moved planting system and 60 percent of farmers using direct seed planting then randomly drawn sample (simple random sampling). For farmers with moved planting system was 15 responden and farmers with direct seed plants system was 15 responden.The results showed that there is a difference between the profit of moved planting technique and direct seed planting technique. Advantages of direct seed planting technique is greater than moved planting techniques although the cost of productivity and input factor of both planting techniques were not significantly different. Furthermore the largest cost used on rice paddy farming was labor costs.

Abstract

ABSTRACTMotoling regionis was an area with a lot of natural resources that can be processed to improve the usability and open jobs for the community. One of the natural resources that can be processed was palm trees that can be processed into Nira products such as alcoholic palm wine and palm sugar. More specifically in the village of the Tokin District of East Motoling it can be said that the treatment of alcoholic palm wine and palm sugar which has good potential for production and consumption habits of local communities to alcoholicpalm wine and palm sugar was exceptionally high.Collecting data of this study was obtained from the product processor farmers as many as 30 people consisted of 22 people from alcoholic palm wine and 8 people from palm sugar, by using a list of questions (questionnaire) as a tool, and secondary data of government agent related with this research.The research result showed that the difference between the revenue of alcoholic palm wine and palm sugar based on data from the real data without calculating the cost of labor and raw materials, was total ratio for alcoholic palm wine farmer acquired the R/C ratio of 21,36 and palm sugar with R/C ratio of 20,89. And the total profit for collecting trader alcoholic palm wine was Rp 10.298.805/month and for the palm sugaris was Rp 5.890.752/month. As for the alcoholic palm wine retailers was Rp1.380.000/month and for palm sugar retailer was Rp 990,000/month. It can be concluded that the business of processing and marketing of alcoholic palm wine collecting trader palm sugar.
