Abstract

ABSTRACTAlvonda Agustiani Kaunang. Comparison of Farmers' Income On Various Marketing Channels in Kauditan Sub District North Minahasa regency. Under guidance of Dr. Caroline Pakasi BD, SP, MSi as chairman, Ir. Jenny Baroleh, MSi and Ir. Joachim N. K. Dumais, ME as members.The objective of this research is to determine the comparison of farmer’s income on varions marketing channel of nutmeg seed in Kauditan Sub District North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted in Kauditan Sub District North Minahasa Regency from February 2014 to May 2014. Data collected in this study is primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from 40 respondents nutmeg farmers, and secondary data obtained from institution associated with the research namely Department of Agriculture North Minahasa regency and office of Kauditan Sub District. Data were collected by system kuota.The results showed the greatest farmers Income is marketing channel 4, because the at marketing channel 4, as well as collecting large farmers. The farmer receives sales nutmeg from other farmers so that the amount of nutmeg production owned by the farmers to increase. At 4 marketing channels, farmers selling nutmeg inthe form of dried nutmeg because nutmeg dried selling price is greater than theselling price of crude nutmeg therefore the revenue received on marketing channel 4 was the greatest compared to the other marketing channel.

AbstractI Putu Anantawijaya. Strategy Development of ''kacang goyang'' agroindustry, Case Study of ''UD Berusaha'' in the Motoboi Kecil Village, South Kotamobagu Sub District under guidance of of A. E Loho as a Chairman, C. B. D. Pakasi dan L.W. Th. Sondakh as members.Agriculture sector have important roles in Indonesian economy. Agro industry is a strategic to increasing the value added of the agriculture yield through the technology, to expand the job field and also to increase the society income. The objective of this research is to know the development strategy of ''kacang goyang'' agroindustry in ''Motoboi Kecil'' Village, South Kotamobagu Sub District, Kotamobagu City.The collecting data conducted in 3 months from November, 2013 until February, 2014 in ''Motoboi Kecil'' Village, South Kotamobagu SubDistrict, Kotamabagu City. The source of data used were a primary data and secondary data. This analyzes used descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis.The results showed that Gross Profit Margin (GPM) of this company is 13,6%, Net Profit Margin (NPM) is 12,5% , Return On Investment is 1,1% and the profitability is Rp.4.876.115. The results of SWOT analysis showed that development direction of this industry can be handle the quality production through the raising of the level of employment technical skills, the raising of the level of production facility quality, optimizing production, the increasing of innovative product packaging, and increasing the promotion.

Abstract

The strategy of furniture industry development CV “Rumambun Indah” in Touliang Oki village Eris district Of Minahasa (regency under the supervision of Celsius Talumingan, as a chairman, Caroline B. D. Pakasi and Jenny Baroleh as the members).The objective of this research is to find out the potency and the the strategy of furniture industry development in Touliang Oki village Eris district of Minahasa. This research is worthwhile since furniture industries have contributed to the regional income of the district of MinahasaPrimary data were collected by interview during april, 2014 to August, 2014 by interview to respondent. SWOT analysis is3applied to analysis of furniture industry development strategy CV “Rumambun Indah”.The results of this study indicated that the furniture industry CV “Rumambun Indah” has a potential to grow as indicated by analysis position which show that CV Rumambun Indah was in quadrant one that meant CV Rumambun Indah is in favorable situation to grow.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to identify the coconut plantation commodity logistics system in Sangihe Islands District. The method used in this study is a survey method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained using the technique of direct interview to farmers and businesses as respondents, using a list of questions (questionnaire) as a tool in data collection. Secondary data were obtained from the department / agencies in the Sangihe Islands District Office of Industry and Trade, Department of Plantations, BAPPEDA, Central Bureau of Statistics and the Department of Transportation. The location of the sample data retrieval, the District of North Tabukan for coconuts and cloves and nutmeg Kendahe for commodities. The determination of these two sub-district based on this location as commodity-producing areas of coconut, nutmeg and cloves highest in Sangihe Islands District as well as most of the villagers are farmers coconut, nutmeg and cloves, so that the two districts are considered to represent the research on logistics system plantation in District Sangihe. Analysis of the data used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis where the data obtained will be described to obtain an overview of the process of agricultural commodity logistics and qualitatively analyze the meaning behind the information obtained so composed a systematic knowledge of the process, the reality, of the phenomenon of commodity logistics system plantation in Sangihe Islands District. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed using analysis of network models to determine the shortest route is the path / shortest route in a network. The results showed that the Coconuts are processed into copra farmers then sold to traders, usually through storage by traders to achieve copra delivery quota to a large warehouse. The conclusion of this study is coconut plantation commodity logistics system in the District of Sangihe through three stages ranging from farmers, traders up in the warehouse for distribution to the various regions, where already existing lines patterned in accordance with the timely distribution to Bitung even some which is distributed to the Philippines. Specifically for the commodity nutmeg an cloves, distribution using passenger ship The suggestion in this research is the need for calculation of efficiency and effectiveness analysis of the logistics system of agricultural commodity in Sangihe Islands District to Bitung and the Philippines.Keywords: Logistics, Plantation, Coconut

Abstract

ABSTRACTMentari Dwitika Mamarodia, The development of Puncak Temboan Agritourism in Rurukan Satu village, East Tomohon Sub District (underguidance of Oktavianus Porajow as a chairman, Caroline B. D. Pakasi and Melissa Tarore as members).The objective of this research is to identify and analyze descriptively agritourism development in Puncak Temboan Rurukan Satu village. The study was conducted over six months starting January to in July 2014. The data used in this study were primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires to the respondents, Tomohon Municpality Tourism Agency, farmer groups GEMA AGAPE as manager and tourists. The secondary data were obtained Rurukan Satu village. The data were analyzed descriptively and presented in tabular form.The research result showed that the Agritourism Puncak Temboan was not well developed. It can be seen from the unfulfilled elements of attractions, facilities and infrastructure at the agritourism location.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This studyaimed toanalyzethe role ofGDPPlantationsub-sector to economic growthin BolaangMongondow. Data collection is donefor 3months fromJanuary toMarch 2015. The data usedin this research issecondary data, the datais takenfrom relevant agencies that is; The Central Statistics Agency Bolaang Mongondow, BAPPEDA Bolaang Mongondow Regency, Department of Agriculture and Livestockin BolaangMongondow, and Department of Forestry and Plantationin BolaangMongondow. The results showed thatContributions GNP Plantation Sub-Sector to economic growth in Bolaang Mongondow is accelerating as shown by the economic growth of GNP on the constant prices in figures 2014, where in 2013 reach 6,84 % from the previous year to reach  6,49 %. Plantation sub-sector ia a sector base value of Location Quotient (LQ) average of 1,10 can move the economy in Bolaang Mongondow.  Keywords : GNP, Plantation Sub-Sector, Economic growth

Pakasi, SP., MSi, Melissa Tarore, SP., MSi as members.  This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the program Urban PNPM development in the Paudean Village,South Lembeh Bitung District, basedon Context, Input, Process and Product. The method used in this research is purposive sampling method.  Data collection has been done for 3months since February toApril2015.The data used inthis studyare primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained using a list of questions to respondents. Secondary data were obtained fromt he board PNPM Urban and agencies associated with this research,which is Paudean village office.  The results showed that the evaluation of the implementation of development activities rebate road, drainage and revolving fund are running according with thep lanof development that wouldimpact on boththe environmentandsociety. Abstract

ABSTRACK  This study aimed to analyze the cost structure and efficiency in agroindutri Fried Onions "UD. Sri Rejeki "is seen from the data such as the cost of production, Production Cost Ratio, business efficiency and Break even point. Based on these results it can be concluded that the UD. Sri Rejeki is a little fried onions management industry which was to have the meuju to 26 workers. The main raw materials used come from the original red onions from Palu valley. The resulting product fried onions packed in various packaging sizes. Product marketing reach of UD. Sri Rejeki is quite extensive, namely in the city of Palu, then fried onion has penetrated several large supermarkets such as Hero Carrfour, Giant Jakarta and Makassar Alfa. The research analyzes the cost structure and efficiency based on data monthly from production activities. Thus it is known that the reception is Rp 517.500.000 per month. Cost structure consists of fixed costs and variable costs Rp2.858.127,7 Rp Rp154.815.000 that form the production cost Rp 157,673,173.7. Seeing the structure of these costs can be known at what the costs are borne for the monthly production process so as to make plans. Then look at the efficiency of production of the business is also included in the criteria for a profitable business because the value of the ratio resulting from the analysis of production efficiency is thus the value 3.3 R / C> 1. Judging from the analysis Break even point, business of UD. Sri Rejeki is said to have reached the break- even point is the production of 2436 kg and can be said  reach the break-even point attempt at the value of Rp 234.280 perkg.  Keywords: Cost Structure, Production Efficiency, BEP

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze the spacial concentration of oil industry in Bitung City. Data collection lasted for 2 months from April 2015 until May 2015, ranging from the preparation phase, the data collection stage to the stage of the preparation of research reports from the month of July 2014 - February 2015. The data used are secondary data obtained from the relevant agencies Agency Statistics Center of North Sulawesi Province, Bappeda Bitung City, Disperindag Bitung City and Plantation Office Bitung. In addition, secondary data were also obtained from PT.Multi Vegetable Sulawesi, PT.Bimoli, PT.Agromakmur Jaya as three palm oil industrial company in the city of Bitung. Study of spatial concentration will be identified by descriptive quantitative. Data were analyzed using a gravity model based Hansen Gravity Model. The results showed that the closer the distance between the center of the port industry, the level of accessibility in this regard will be even greater appeal. Assuming if total employment remained. Vice versa if the total employment increase the accessibility or appeal 2  will be even greater. It shows that one factor is the main attraction of industrial locations in the nearby port city of Bitung is container / container as one of the factors affecting the industrial activity. Moreover, it can also be a means of transportation in the city of Bitung is wide roads, making it easier vehicle factory / company to perform the activity. The conclusion that the spatial concentration of oil industry in the city of Bitung is caused by the proximity to the port, availability of labor and the availability of raw materials, thus improving the accessibility of the attractiveness of the palm oil industry in the city of Bitung. Abstract

ABSTACT Toulimembet villages is one of the villages in the kakas sub district which consists of the total population 1045, the number houshold is 345, the member of farmer is 106 and member of fishermen is 56. Toulimembet village is the center of producing cloves, clove plant is an annual plant that produces Plantations harvest only four years, but did not close kemiungkinan annually cloves can also be harvested once a year. Toulimembet village besides having a mountainous area also has the advantage of the territorial waters of the lake Tondano Farmers clove well as fish farmers spend 66% per month for the initial activities for a month in September. Clove farmers at the same time fish farmers spend 66% per month during the maintenance period is from October to June. And 72% for harvesting activities conducted during one month of the month of August. Increased activity cngkeh farmers who used to cultivate only cloves just use a bit of time in the garden, with pemnafaatan territorial waters, clove farmers began adding businesses freshwater fish nets step system resulting in increased economic aktiftas.
