The development of information technology has encouraged businesses to adopt digital systems to support more effective and integrated operational management. Cafe Satu Tiga still faces challenges in managing sales data, recording transactions, and preparing financial reports, which are carried out manually and may result in data errors and slower service processes. This study aims to design and develop a web-based cafe information system with multi-user role features for sales management, financial management, and automatic receipt printing. The system development method used was Rapid Application Development (RAD), while data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The system was developed using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and Bootstrap framework to support the system interface. Multi-user roles were implemented to differentiate access rights for administrators, cashiers, and cafe owners according to their respective responsibilities. The results show that the developed system can facilitate the management of product data, sales transactions, financial reports, and receipt printing more quickly, accurately, and systematically. Based on testing using the Black Box Testing method, all main system features operated according to user requirements, thereby improving operational efficiency at Cafe Satu Tiga.
