Abstract

Indonesia needs leaders who are able to face complex challenges in various fields, such as political, economic, social, and environmental. However, the quality of leaders in Indonesia is still far from expectations, especially in terms of integrity, effective leadership, and the ability to tackle complex problems. Education is one of the important factors in shaping the generation of qualified leaders. This study aims to analyse leadership education strategies in schools that are effective in shaping a generation of quality leaders. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study reveal that leadership education in schools is an important strategy in building a generation of qualified leaders. To achieve this goal, a comprehensive and integrated programme is needed in the school curriculum such as instilling leadership values early on, providing leadership training to students, creating mentoring and self-development programmes, and encouraging students to be involved in leadership activities at school. Teachers and school staff should have the knowledge and skills in guiding students in developing their leadership abilities.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan konsep keuangan ke dalam pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Kegiatan ini difokuskan pada toko kelontong di Sukaresmi, Kabupaten Cianjur, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kinerja bisnis serta mencapai kesuksesan yang lebih besar. Melalui kegiatan yang melibatkan usaha mikro kecil dan pengecer, kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan usaha akan diatasi dengan pendekatan yang mengintegrasikan konsep , seperti pengetahuan manajemen bisnis dan kewirausahaan, kreativitas, dan inovasi. Pengembangan ini diwujudkan dengan menyelaraskan konsep-konsep manajemen keuangan, yang meliputi pengarahan pengetahuan bisnis dan peningkatan kualitas kewirausahaan terhadap kesuksesan perusahaan. Integrasi konsep manajemen keuangan diharapkan mampu memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan bagi usaha kecil dan menengah dalam mengembangkan bisnis mereka. Dengan demikian diharapkan perusahaan dapat lebih efisien dalam mengelola sumber daya finansialnya dan mengambil keputusan yang lebih tepat dalam penggunaan dana. Hal ini secara keseluruhan akan meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing perusahaan dalam pasar yang semakin tajam

Abstract

The study's principal goal is to explore the link among the three factors, which are digital transformation readiness, data governance maturity, IT support, and the dependent variable trust in digital technology used in educational institutions. The research context is the digital systems applied in the educational sector and the user trust requirement in technology-based services. The research is done with a quantitative explanatory approach on 150 respondents, made up of educators and education staff, who were selected purposely. A five-point Likert scale questionnaire is employed to collect data, and multiple linear regression is used for data analysis. The findings indicate that all three factors-digital transformation readiness, data governance maturity and IT support responsiveness- were positively and significantly associated with digital trust. This research has contributed to the literature on educational management and information systems by incorporating the process of digital trust development in the educational sector. Besides, one of the key practical implications of the research is that educational institution leaders should always regard trust and sustainability while devising the policies related to the three areas mentioned above, i.e., digital transformation, data governance, and information technology services.
