Abstract

The quality of education in schools is influenced by many factors, including the contribution of the principal as a leader that determines whether or not the educational goals achieved at the institution he leads, and the performance of teachers who determine the success of the educational process at school. This study aims to determine whether the improvement of school quality is dominated by the principal managerial contributions and teacher performance, or there are other factors that more strongly influence the improvement of the quality of education in SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Data were collected by a questionnaire involving 43 respondents and then analyzed by multiple regression statistical analysis. The quantitative method as an approach in data analysis is to use SPSS version 17.0 tools. The results of the study and data analysis showed that the managerial variable of principals partially had an effect of 0.944 which meant that there was a strong influence of the managerial variables of principals on improving quality, which was 94.4%. Furthermore, teacher performance variables have an effect of 0.937, which means that 93.7% of teacher performance contributes or significantly influences the quality of education at SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. Simultaneously, the contribution of influence given by the managerial variables of school principals and teacher performance to quality improvement was 96.8%, while another 3.2% was influenced by other variables in SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. This means that, managerial principals and teacher performance contribute greatly to improving the quality of education in SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuai strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan di MA Al-Ma’had An-Nur, serta mengetahui faktor pendukung, penghambat serta solusi yang ditawarkan peneliti yang berkaitan dengan terselenggaranya pemasaran jasa pendidikan di MA Al-Ma’had An-Nur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan triangulasi. Analisa data menggunakan Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Strategi Pemasaran jasa pendidikan di MA Al-Ma’had An-Nur dilaksanakan melalui penerapan Marketing MIX (produk, harga, tempat, promosi, sumber daya manusia, bukti fisik dan proses). (2) Penerepan Jasa Pendidikan di MA Al-Ma’had An-Nur meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan.(3) faktor pendukung adalah sekolah yang terintegrasi antara kurikulum sekolah dan kepesantrenan. Faktor penghambat, sistem sekolah yang terintegrasi antara kurikulum sekolah dan pesantren belum berjalan secara total, disebabkan standar penerimaan peserta didik baru terlalu tinggi. Solusi yang ditawarkan peneliti adanya kelas pra MA yang diperuntukan bagi peserta didik yang lulus seleksi, namun tidak atau kurang masuk kualifikasi standar penerimaan peserta didik baru.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the supervision of monotheism-based education. This research is a literature study so that the data collection technique is in the form of documents from libraries, both books, journals and so on. The results of this study suggest that supervision can be qualified with the right supervision model in order to be able to bring positive changes to teachers who still need improvement, of course with supervision through supervision carried out and implementation innovations will give positive results. In carrying out supervision of teachers, school principals should use appropriate supervision approaches and techniques, especially approaches by touching the heart of how a servant is obliged to his Lord and then bringing up professional servants at work. Supervision of monotheism-based education is a process of monitoring the improvement of teachers accompanied by the internalization of the values of monotheism. The values of monotheism or Islamic values are applied in all aspects of the assessment. The presence of the monotheism paradigm finds its urgency for the development of learning theory and practice.

Abstract

Profesionalisme telah menjadi pilihan untuk meningkatkan mutu atau kualitas pendidikan kita. Berbagai eksperimen telah dilakukan untuk mewujudkan profesionalisme di seluruh kalangan pemangku pendidikan baik pendidik dan tenaga pendidikan. Di samping beberapa kelebihan praktik yang selama ini berjalan, di sana terdapat kelemahan-kelemahan pemahaman dan aplikasi profesionalisme.Dalam beberapa aspek, konsep profesionalisme kita mengabaikan sistem. Pendidik masih diistemewakan dibanding komponen pemangku pendidikan yang lain.  Sehingga pendekatannya kurang sistemis, tetapi lebih menonjol secara personal. Di dalam aspek yang lain, profesionalisme lebih  banyak terpaku pada konsep sehingga cenderung mekanis, kurang memiliki daya adaptasi dan integrasi terhadap  berbagai fenomena  baru di dunia global. Profesionalisme dunia pendidikan kita sebaiknya juga diimbangi dengan kemampuan kreatif untuk mengintegrasikan setiap fenomena baru yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan, tidak hanya terpaku pada konsep-konsep beku.

Abstract

Pada pesenian Hadroh banyak terkandung beberapa nilai yang terkait dengan aspekaspek pendidikan seperti ketuhanan (tauhid), ibadah, dan budi pekerti (karakter). Nilai-nilai  karakter  di  sekolah  dapat  ditanamkan  dengan  cara  diintegrasikan pada mata pelajaran, dan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Di MI Ma’arif Giriloyo 1 Imogiri Bantul, ekstrakurikuler hadroh merupakan salah satu kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang dijadikan sebagai salah satu wadah dalam upaya madrasah menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter kepada peserta didik.Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) bagaimana proses kegiatan ekstrakurikuler hadroh di MI Ma’arif Giriloyo 1 Imogiri Bantul, (2) nilai-nilai karakter apa saja yang dapat dibentuk melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler hadroh.Penelitian  ini  merupakan  penelitian  kualitatif,  jenis  penelitian  lapangan  (field reserch) dengan mengambil tempat penelitian di MI Ma’arif Giriloyo 1 Imogiri Bantul. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Guru ekstrakurikuler hadroh dan siswa-siswa yang  mengikuti  kegiatan  ekstrakurikuler  hadroh.  Untuk  informan  pendukungnya adalah Kepala Madrasah dan Guru Wali Kelas. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ekstrakurikuler hadroh di MI Ma’arif Giriloyo 1 Imogiri Bantul diikuti oleh 12 siswa putra kelas IV dan V dimana runtutan acara pada setiap latihan adalah pembukaan, pemberian materi vokal dan dan materi tabuhan, pembacaan sholawat (penggarapan lagu), dan penutup. Nilai-nilai karakter yang dikembangkan dalam ekstrakurikuler hadroh adalah religius, disiplin, kerja keras, mandiri, rasa ingin tahu, cinta tanah air (nasionalisme), menghargai prestasi, dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

Mengingat arti pentingnya peran budaya lokal dalam membentuk kepribadian dankarakter bangsa, dalam tulisan ini akan disajikan arti pentingnya mengaktualisasikan kembali Nilai-nilai Moral dalam Tembang Macapat yang terdapat dalam Budaya dan kesusasteraan Jawa sebagai penguatan pendidikan karakter salam kurikulum 2013. Sampai saat ini tembang Macapat masih sangat populer dalam kebudayaan masyarakat Jawa, bahkan diajaran dalam lembaga formal di sekolah dan madrasah mulai dari Sekolah Dasar sampai Sekolah Menengah Atas.Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode deskripsi dan komparasi. Maka langkahlangkah yang ditempuh dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut: Mendeskripsikan isi ajaran Tembang Macapat, dengan cara mengambil bait-bait tembang Macapat yang ada hubungannya dengan ajaran-ajaran Moral, Tembang Macapat yang telah dideskripsikan, diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Indonesia, Menganalisis tembang Macapat yang telah dideskripsikan dan diterjemahkan, yang di analisis dipilih bagian-bagian yang ada hubungannya dengan ajaran moral, Menarik kesimpulan mengenai isi ajaran tembang Macapat, yang ada hubungannya dengan ajaran Moral sebagai penguatan Pendidikan Karakter, sesuai dengan permasalahan dan tujuan penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai-nilai moral dalam kesusasteraan Jawa jika dikaji dan dicermati isinya masih relevan dengan kehidupan masyarakat sekarang, sehingga dapat dijadikan suri tauladan dan sumber nilai moral bagi bangsa Indonesia dewasa ini. Di era global saat ini ada kecenderungan masyarakat menerima langsung budaya luar, hal ini belum tentu baik dan bermanfaat. Untuk itu dapat diantisipasi dengan tetap menjaga nilai-nilai kearifan budaya lokal. Nilai-nilai moral yang terdapat dalam kesusasteraan Jawa, merupakan warisan Adhiluhung yang diyakini oleh masyarakat sejak masa lampau, yang dapat digunakan sebagai penguatan pendidikan karakter bagi generasi penerusnya dalam rangka mengantisipasi dampak negatif globalisasi.

Abstract

The research that the researchers conducted tried to improve control management, in order to describe the quality of educational institutions at SMK Cendekia Madiun, then to analyze the control of a school quality to maintain the quality of education according to the plans that have been determined and written at SMK Cendekia Madiun. The research approach used ethology or human ethology, which is qualitative which aims to study its natural condition. Sources of data in this study amounted to 3 positions of informants, principals, managerial supervisors, teachers. Data collection is by observation, interviews, and documentation. This research uses source triangulation analysis as a validity test. From the results of this study indicate that in quality control includes: determining the education plan in the form of drawing up the vision, mission and objectives as well as RKAS. Second, measuring the real performance of educational institutions including curriculum, environmental and cultural determination, student control, careful planning of sarpras, effective leadership and giving good examples to teachers and students. Third, objectively monitoring and evaluation of educational institutions.

Abstract

Muslims are also required to always be creative and develop the abilities that he has both in the world of education, the world of need and others. The research method used is library research is research conducted by collecting data from books that are used as data sources. In obtaining data the author took data from a book of articles related to Entrepreneurship in Islam. In Islam it is highly recommended to try and develop themselves from the potential that he has to be able to fulfill his ability well as explained in the Qur'an Surah Al-Jumuah verse 10 and Al-Al mujadalah verse 11. In this case, humans are required to seek knowledge and strive to develop themselves.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship that is imbued with Islamic values can become a spirit or spirit in an effort to achieve success so that it will be recorded as a form of servitude to Allah SWT in carrying out his duties as His caliph on earth. The purpose of this research is to analyze the concept of entrepreneurship in an Islamic perspective. This research method uses a type of literature study research with a descriptive approach. The data source for this research consisted of 5 books and 25 journals on Entrepreneurship in Islam. The results of the study are business owners who also act as managers are able to take advantage of business opportunities, take into account various risks by organizing and managing a business and receive income in cash or in other forms. The attention of business people (entrepreneurs) to consumers today is getting bigger due to increasingly fierce competition in business and the assumption that consumers are everything or are called kings and must be based on the best.

Abstract

This research focuses on the Kapita Selecta Education Management course which is conducted online. The aim of this research is to find out student responses before and after attending online lectures, especially related to the effectiveness and efficiency of online courses and student responsibilities in doing assignments online. The implementation of this online activity was only carried out for 4x meetings and 12x meetings were conducted face-to-face. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through a google form questionnaire and continued with quantitative descriptive data analysis. The result is that online learning is quite effective and efficient to replace face-to-face lectures. Online learning increases enthusiasm and responsibility in doing assignments on time in the Kapita Selecta Education Management course. Online learning can be used as an alternative to overcome the problem of effective and efficient meetings between lecturers and students.
