Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut penggunaan teknologi dalam segala aspek kehidupan sehari-hari. Tidak terkecuali kegiatan pemerintahan. Sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden No. Undang-undang SPBE (sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik) tahun 2018 mengamanatkan setiap pemerintah daerah menggunakan teknologi dalam Pemerintah daerah (juga dikenal sebagai pemerintah daerah) tidak terkecuali. Oleh karena itu, Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Denpasar merancang dan mengembangkan Aplikasi SPBE (Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik), yang meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

Indonesia is known for its rich diversity, encompassing ethnicity, religion, culture, customs, and traditional artifacts, including traditional weapons. Traditional weapons hold significant historical and cultural value in Indonesia. To preserve and represent knowledge about these traditional weapons, an ontology model is essential. Ontology serves as a knowledge base that can effectively capture and represent information. In this project, we developed an ontology model for traditional weapons in Indonesia using the Protégé ontology development tool. The METHONTOLOGY method guided the step-by-step development of the ontology model, providing detailed descriptions for each stage. The ontology model consists of 6 classes, 4 object properties, 1 data property, and 72 individuals. We conducted testing of the ontology model through SPARQL queries. By building this ontology model, our aim is to contribute to the preservation and documentation of Indonesia's cultural heritage related to traditional weapons. The ontology serves as a valuable resource for researchers, enthusiasts, and institutions interested in studying and promoting traditional weapons in Indonesia. Abstract

The success of a digital product, relies heavily on the inseparable relationship between User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX). Although UI is a fundamental aspect of UX, it's imperative to acknowledge that the UI's design, functionality, and ease of use are pivotal factors that can make or break a digital product's success. A top-notch UI design can significantly enhance the UX, while a deficient and convoluted UI can lead to a less-than-stellar user experience. In this study, we undertake the task of evaluating the UI quality of "Endorsfy" – an Influencer Marketing Mobile Application. We employ the Single Ease Question (SEQ) method and the Maze tool to assess the UI quality and determine if it meets the standards for optimal usability. Additionally, this evaluation will consider the usability aspect of the application to ensure that it delivers a seamless user experience. Our ultimate objective is to guarantee that "Endorsfy" achieves the highest standards for UI quality and usability, providing users with an unparalleled experience when using the application.Keywords: User Interface, Single Ease Question, Influencer Marketing, Mobile, Usability

Abstract

Technological developments today allow every action that originally required more energy to complete will become more practical, an input to give a command can not only be done with a mouse, keyboard, or touch screen technology but can also be done with the help of voice with the help of data by the user computer. Before it can be used as a command, first go through the voice feature extraction process using the Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) method and the classification process using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method. Previously someone conducted a similar study, with the classification used being Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) and the highest accuracy obtained ? 0.1.

Abstract

During the last 36 years, the National Center For Missing and Exploited Children has received more than 5 million calls about cases of missing children. In 2019 alone, the NCMEC assisted law enforcement and families with more than 29,000 cases of missing children. In Asia itself, it is estimated that there are around 20,000 to 200,000 missing children. More precisely in China and Southeast Asia. To help reduce the rate of loss of children in Indonesia, the authors created a design solution using the prototyping and UML methods. By using this prototype, users will be able to track the child's location and provide assistance in the form of a help button if something happens to the child. With this solution, it is hoped that it can help children who are in an emergency and parents who have lost their children so as to suppress the growth of cases of missing children. Abstract

This research aims to implement a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) in facial expression classification using the Kaggle dataset which consists of five types of facial expressions, namely anger, disgust, fear, happiness and sadness. This method is considered important in supporting various applications such as emotion detection, facial recognition, and better human-machine communication. In this research, data preprocessing and augmentation were carried out using ImageDataGenerator to increase data diversity and prevent overfitting. Next, a CNN architecture is built which consists of convolution layers, pooling layers, and Dense layers. The model was trained using the Adam optimizer with a categorical crossentropy loss function for 50 epochs. The results show that the model achieves approximately 51% accuracy on the validation set. However, further analysis showed variations in model performance among facial expression classes, with some classes performing better than others. Abstract

User interface is one of the most important factors in building a website. A good user interface has aspects of clarity, conciseness, easy to recognize, responsiveness, consistency and has aesthetic content. Without careful preparation and design, a certain website cannot run optimally, it can even cause users to move to other websites. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of User Interface design in the Web-Based Tourist Destination Recommendation Application in Bali Province. User Interface design quality analysis will be carried out using the SUS method or System Usability Scale. Quality evaluation on the usability aspect was carried out using the SUS questionnaire as an assessment standard. The results of this assessment will determine whether or not the UI design is feasible on the Web-Based Tourist Destination Recommendation Application in Bali Province.

Abstract

Managing value of data is one of the key aspects of presenting analysis for decision making support in various cases. One of such method is by managing detecting anomaly in the data. This research focuses on implementing Isolation Forest result of anomaly detection. This method is used on transaction dataset from Kaggle with about more than 500.000 records. The result this research shows that Isolation Forest used in the dataset have 0.899 in accuracy, 0.00649 in precision, 0.504 in recall, and 0.013 in F1 score. Abstract

“Garbage in, garbage out” merupakan sebuah ungkapan klasik dalam data science yang menyatakan bahwa kualitas keluaran suatu sistem bergantung pada kualitas data yang dimasukkan. Dalam klasifikasi sentimen, negasi memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan polaritas sentimen kalimat, tetapi sering kali dihapus pada tahap preprocessing sebagai stopword, yang dapat menghilangkan konteks negasi tersebut. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dampak dua teknik penanganan negasi Next Word Negation dan penggantian antonim terhadap performa Naïve Bayes Classifier dan Support Vector Machine Classifier. Teknik Next Word Negation menggabungkan kata penanda negasi dengan kata setelahnya seperti “tidak cepat” menjadi “tidak_cepat”. Sementara itu, teknik penggantian antonim mengganti kata penanda negasi dan kata setelahnya dengan antonim dari kata setelahnya, misalnya “tidak cepat” menjadi “lambat”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik penanganan negasi meningkatkan akurasi Naïve Bayes dari 82,94% tanpa penanganan negasi menjadi 85,88% dengan Next Word Negation dan 87,64% dengan penggantian antonim. Untuk Support Vector Machine, akurasi meningkat dari 84,70% tanpa penanganan negasi menjadi 89,41% dengan penggantian antonim dan 88,23% dengan Next Word Negation. Abstract “Garbage in, garbage out” is a classic expression in data science that states the quality of a system’s output depends on the quality of the input data. In sentiment classification, negation plays a crucial role in determining the sentiment polarity of a sentence but is often removed during the preprocessing stage as a stopword, potentially eliminating the context of negation. This study evaluates the impact of two negation-handling techniques, Next Word Negation and antonym replacement, on the performance of Naïve Bayes Classifier and Support Vector Machine Classifier. The Next Word Negation technique combines the negation marker with the following word, for example, “tidak cepat” becomes “tidak_cepat”. Meanwhile, the antonym replacement technique replaces the negation marker and the following word with the antonym of the following word, for example, “tidak cepat” becomes “lambat”. The results of the study show that negation-handling techniques improve the accuracy of Naïve Bayes from 82.94% without negation handling to 85.88% with Next Word Negation and 87.64% with antonym replacement. For the Support Vector Machine, accuracy increases from 84.70% without negation handling to 89.41% with antonym replacement and 88.23% with Next Word Negation.

Abstract

Kegiatan pembuatan website ini bertujuan untuk membantu mitra dalam memperkenalkan dirinya kepada target konsumen di pasaran. Tahap awal dimulai dengan perancangan tampilan desain website. Setelah desain tersebut telah dibuat dan berisikan informasi yang sesuai dengan keperluan mitra, maka langkah berikutnya adalah mengimplementasikan bagian frontend, supaya pengguna dapat berinteraksi dengan desainnya. Implementasi dilakukan dengan framework Bootstrap guna memperoleh hasil yang maksimal dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan mitra.
