Abstract

This research aims to: (1) develop learning media trainer smart relay zelio SR3B261BD; (2) knowing the feasibility level of learning media trainer smart relay zelio SR3B261BD used in the subjects of electronic control system; and (3) knowing the level of effectiveness of learning media. The research method used is Reaearch and Development (R&D). The development model used is ADDIE with the following stages of research: analyze, design, development, implementation, evalution. The results of the study are: (1) the development of learning media trainer smart relay zelio SR3B261BD according to the design and equipped with a jobsheet and manual book, (2) the feasibility of learning media by media experts get an average score (X) of 3,31 “Good/decent”, the assessment of material experts received an average score (X) of 3,42 that is “very good/well deserved” and the user ratings are getting a score of 3,44 that is “very good/very decent”, and (3) the effectiveness of learning media trainer smart relay zelio SR3B261BD get result score of 0,72 which is catagorized as “very high”.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Know the stages of developing and designing a power electronics trainer. (2) Knowing the feasibility test of a power electronics trainer in terms of media experts and material experts as a tool in power electronics courses. (3) Knowing student responses regarding power electronics trainers as learning media in power electronics courses. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study with a Four-D model (Define, Design, Development, Dissemination). The subjects of this study were 2 expert lecturers, 2 electronics teachers, 1 electrical technician and electrical engineering vocational education students who had carried out power electronics practices. The research results obtained in the feasibility test in this study obtained a score from media experts, namely 93% with a very feasible category, a score from material experts 97% with a very feasible category, and an assessment from respondents with a score of 87% with a very feasible category.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the teacher's strategy in the learning process of practical productive subjects. The research was conducted at SMKN 1 Kramatwatu using a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Determination of informants using snowball sampling technique. Informants in this study were teachers and students of class XI, the competence of Electrical Power Installation Engineering. The validity of the data in this study uses source, technique, and time triangulation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the interactive model Miles, Huberman and Saldana with the help of ATLAS TI 9 software. The results obtained in this study are (1) implementing contextual strategies used when conducting apperception activities and providing stimulus to students; (2) managing the class by implementing a rolling system, supervising and guiding students; (3) applying peer tutors; and (4) communicating persuasively by taking a personal approach to students and giving reprimands and advice when students violate or make mistakes.

Abstract

The quality of television networks in Indonesia is still undergoing continuous development in order to provide the best quality of the television network, but what remains the problem is the decline in the quality of such television network that is still not covering the entire territory of Indonesia. This requires additional supporting devices to be able to overcome the problem. In this study, a microstrip antenna was created using the array method, to work at a frequency of 400-900 MHz for digital television networks. The microstrip antenna will be observed and analyzed on the return loss (S-11), VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio), bandwidth, and gain antenna parameters. The simulation results for some parameters such as returnloss which has a value of -13.33639 dB and the VSWR value is obtained as 1.5489645 at a working frequency of 650 MHz. It already meets the criteria of a good microstrip antenna and is ready for manufacture and implementation.

Abstract

Evaluation of the electrical installation of a building is something that needs to be done so that the quality of the electrical installation remains in good condition and reliability. This research aims to evaluate the lighting system. Energy needs are currently playing an increasingly important role in human life, one of which is the problem that arises in the use of energy consumption in the New Classroom Building (RKB) at SMK Negeri 1 Kramatwatu. This research aims to determine the value of energy requirements in the RKB building (IKE, kWh , kVA and Cost Tariff), the RKB building is a building that has 2 floors with a total of 12 classrooms, this building was established at the end of 2023, the RKB building has never had an Energy Audit which is useful for identifying inefficient energy use, this energy audit can reduce energy use in order to increase the level of efficiency. To find out the results with data that has been collected using manual calculations and lighting simulations using DIALux software version 12.1. This RKB building uses energy of 17,154kWh/day, 85,770kWh/week, 343,080kWh/month and 4,322,960kWh/year. 226,925VA/Day, 1,134,625VA/Week, 4,538.5VA/Month and 54,462VA/Year. and customer rates Rp. 19,061;/Day, Rp. 95,308;/week, Rp. 381,234;/Month and Rp. 4,574,808;/Year on consumption of lighting power loads and other power loads.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran perlu dimanfaatkan untuk mengatasi keterbatasan proses pembelajaran. Penggunaan media dalam proses belajar mengajar akan menghasilkan output yang memuaskan. Sehubungan dengan itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa berbantuan media ajar dalam bentuk modul ajar berbasis SKKNI 304/2019. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development), model pengembangan ini adalah Borg and Gall (1983) menyusun 10 alur langkah. Hasil dari penelitian mengetahui bahwa modul ajar berbasis SKKNI 304/2019 yang dikembangkan dinyatakan “Layak” menurut ahli media 79,69%, menurut  ahli materi 80,92% dan menurut respon pengguna 82,14%. Berdasarkan uji Wilcoxon, diperoleh nilai sig- sebesar 0,000. Angka ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa konsentrasi keahlian TITL mengalami peningkatan hasil     belajar pada kompetensi Instalasi Penerangan Jalan Umum.

Abstract

The disturbances that often occur in 20kV cubicles are those with low insulation resistance values ​​caused by several factors such as environmental conditions, humidity levels, dust, temperature, water, pressure disturbances and other disturbances. If this disturbance is left unchecked, it can cause short circuits and electric current leaks. Another disturbance that is often experienced by 20kV cubicles is corona, where this disturbance causes a hissing sound in the cubicle and the appearance of rust on the indoor contact parts of the cubicle. If this condition occurs continuously it can cause serious damage to all 20kV cubicle components and cause losses for customers and PT. PLN (Persero). So to anticipate these problems, maintenance is required on 20kV cubicles. PT. PLN (Persero) carries out annual maintenance of 20kV cubicles to increase the insulation resistance value and overcome the problems of hissing and rust caused by corona events. This Industrial Practice assignment discusses the maintenance of 20kV cubicles in accordance with PT's SOP. PLN (Persero). After carrying out maintenance on the 20kV cubicle, the problems that occur can be resolved, such as increasing the insulation resistance value and the disappearance of the hissing sound and rust on the contacts of the 20kV cubicle.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) Create Smart Building learning media at Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN 1 Kramatwatu Department of Electrical Power Installation Engineering on the subject of Electrical Lighting Installation; (2) Determine the feasibility level of learning media and jobsheets of Smart Building trainers in the Electrical Lighting Installation course at SMKN 1 Kramatwatu majoring in Electrical Power Installation Engineering. This research is a type of research and development regarding the 4D model. The data collection method in this study is by collecting interview data and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses media feasibility analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, trainer learning media and smart building jobsheets have been successfully developed. The learning media is said to be "Very Feasible" to be used at SMKN 1 Kramatwatu based on the media feasibility test, material feasibility test and user response test that has been carried out.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu media yang efisien untuk menyampaikan materi dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji tingkat kelayakan serta efektivitas media pembelajaran dan jobsheet instalasi penerangan listrik menggunakan PLTS berbasis IoT di SMK Negeri 4 Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, yang meliputi lima tahap: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation.Produk akhir yang dihasilkan berupa media trainer dan jobsheet pembelajaran instalasi penerangan listrik menggunakan PLTS berbasis IoT yang diuji tingkat kelayakannya oleh lima ahli media dan ahli materi, serta produk diuji coba kepada 24 peserta didik kelas XI TITL 2 sebagai pengguna. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes pengetahuan awal peserta didik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kelayakan media trainer dan jobsheet pembelajaran instalasi penerangan listrik menggunakan PLTS berbasis IoT dinilai sangat layak digunakan. Hasil penilaian yang didapatkan dari ahli media memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 92,3, dengan rentang skor x ≥ 78, pada kategori "Sangat Layak". Hasil tingkat kelayakan jobsheet pembelajaran oleh ahli materi memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 101, dengan rentang skor x ≥ 84, pada kategori "Sangat Layak". Penilaian dari peserta didik didapatkan hasil nilai rata-rata keseluruhan 90,45 untuk media trainer dan jobsheet pembelajaran, dengan rentang skor x ≥ 81, dengan kategori "Sangat Layak". Tingkat efektivitas media trainer dan jobsheet diuji menggunakan metode n-gain. Hasil tingkat efektivitas media dan jobsheet memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,7073, yang berada pada interval n-gain > 0,70, atau tergolong dalam kategori "Efektivitas Tinggi".
