Abstract

ABSTRACTAdolescent is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood. The phenomenon that occurred in the village of Alasgung still many teenagers who are not informed about HIV AIDS, coupled with the development of highly advanced technology where they can access certain sites  easily. The purpose of this research is to identify the knowledge of adolescents about sexually transmitted diseases (HIV/AIDS) in the village of Alasgung Sugihwaras District of Bojonegoro 2014.             This study used a descriptive method, the case study approach (case study). The population is all adolescents aged 18-21 years in the Village Alasgung Sugihwaras District of Bojonegoro in May 2014, as many as 67 people, and sample as many as 58 people. Sampling of non-probability sampling technique with consekutive sampling technique. Retrieval of data by questionnaire, then in editing, coding, scoring, tabulating confirmed in percentage and narrative.             The results of this study showed that more than half have enough knowledge about sexually transmitted diseases (HIV / AIDS) as many as 32 people (55.2%).             More than half have enough knowledge about sexually transmitted diseases (HIV / AIDS). For the expected respondents active in seeking the latest information through various media about sexually transmitted diseases (HIV / AIDS) so as to increase knowledge about sexually transmitted diseases (HIV / AIDS) in particular and reproductive health in general. ABSTRAKRemaja merupakan masa peralihan dari masa anak-anak menuju dewasa. Fenomena yang terjadi di Desa Alasgung masih banyak remaja yang kurang mengetahui tentang HIV/AIDS, ditambah lagi dengan perkembangan teknologi yang sangat canggih dimana mereka bisa mengakses situs-situs tertentu dengan mudah. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pengetahuan remaja tentang penyakit menular seksual (HIV/AIDS) di Desa Alasgung Kecamatan Sugihwaras Kabupaten Bojonegoro tahun 2014.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan pendekatan penelaahan kasus (case study). Populasinya adalah seluruh remaja usia 18-21 tahun di Desa Alasgung Kecamatan Sugihwaras Kabupaten Bojonegoro bulan Mei tahun 2014, sebanyak 67 orang, dan sampelnya sebanyak 58 orang. Tehnik Sampling non probability sampling dengan tehnik consekutive sampling. Pengambilan data dengan kuesioner, kemudian di editing,coding, scoring, tabulating yang dikonfirmasikan dalam bentuk prosentase dan narasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari sebagian mempunyai pengetahuan cukup tentang penyakit menular seksual (HIV/AIDS) yaitu sebanyak 32 orang (55,2%).Lebih dari sebagian pengetahuan cukup tentang penyakit menular seksual (HIV/AIDS). Untuk itu diharapkan responden aktif dalam mencari informasi terbaru melalui berbagai media mengenai penyakit menular seksual (HIV/AIDS) sehingga dapat menambah pengetahuan tentang penyakit menular seksual (HIV/AIDS) pada khususnya dan kesehatan reproduksi pada umumnya.  Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Remaja, Penyakit Menular Seksual (HIV/AIDS).

Abstract

BPJS is one of the Indonesian government, which maintains the social health insurance and is expected to guarantee the public health quality in Indonesia. This research was conducted to analyze the effect of the health facility and easier accessibility through the BPJS PBPU participant satisfaction. This research used observation method through cross sectional approach. The sampling method in this research was taken under the purposive sampling method with 245 respondents. The sample data was analyzed using the Chi Square statistical analysis to observe the effect of health facility offered and the easier accessibility given through the public satisfactory, who had been listed as BPJS participants. The result showed that the health facility did not give a significant difference with the p value of 0.197, while easier access was significantly different with the p value 0.000 < 0.005 through the BPJS PBPU participant satisfaction. The conclusion of this research was easier access had a significant effect through the BPJS PBPU satisfaction. It is also suggested to the government and BPJS Health Care for disuccsing further about the program along with the policy, as well as the quality service to increase the BPJS participant satisfaction, especially the BPJS PBPU satisfaction.

Abstract

Nutrition is the main requirement for a toddler, if not obtained food according to needs its nutrition value, it will interfere with the growing swell of current or next time. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of Additional Feeding Program Recovery on the intellectual intelligence children aged 4-5 years. Design of this research was observational cohort retrospective. The sample size was 70, were divided into two groups, group with a history of getting Additional Feeding Recovery and the Group didnt get Additional Feeding Recovery. Independent variable was Additional Feeding Recovery and the dependent variable was intellectual intelligence. Data was analyzed using Independent Sample t-test. There was no difference in the level of intelligence on the two group with p-value = 0.129. Kewords: Additional feeding recovery, Intellectual intelligence

Abstract

Early childhood education (ECE) in Indonesia is growing with many variations in programs among the ECE. Children’s profile in those places were varied in terms of growth and development.This research aims to study the profiles in ECE in terms of program’s variation, growth and development of children attend it.
This research uses a cross-sectional study was done in 3 ECE centers in Surabaya, which are varied in total effective hours, the use of language, and teacher-student ratio. The growth outcome was assessed by anthropometric measurement. The developmental outcome was assessed using Denver II. Statistical analysis was done by Kruskal-Wallis test.
A total of 52 children from three ECE centers were enrolled. Program variations among 3 ECE were as follow: total effective hours per day (3, 2.5 and 3.5), the use of language (1, 1, and 2); and teacher-student ratio (1:7, 1:19, 1:15) respectively. Anthropometric measurements of those ECE were as follow: body weight in kg (16.9 (SD 5.10); 17 (SD 2.46); 17.9 (SD 4.62) (p ≥ 0.05)); body height in cm (100.7 (SD 5.72); 105 (SD 5.89); 104.7 (SD 6.31) (p ≥ 0.05)); head circumference in cm (49.5 (SD 1.75); 50.5 (SD 1.74); 50.6 (SD 1.59) (p ≥ 0.05)) respectively. Suspected developmental delays were 11, 9, 11 children (p ≥ 0.05) respectively. Development problem found was mainly in language and personal social. There are program’s variation among ECE but the growth and development profiles of children attend it were similar. Keywords: Variation, ECE program, Growth, Development

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran tematik dengan menerapkan pendekatan Scientific. Jumlah siswa yang diteliti adalah 14 siswa.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan scientific pada prasiklus ketuntasan belajar siswa hanya 14% atau 4 siswa yang mendapat ketuntasan, meningkat menjadi 79% atau 11 siswa yang tuntas pada siklus I dan pada siklus II ketuntasan belajar sudah tercapai sebesar 100% atau seluruh siswa mendapat ketuntasan nilai. Artinya, proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan scientific berjalan dengan baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi langkah-langkah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan Scientific dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas 4 SD.   Abstract: The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in thematic learning by applying the scientific approach. The number of students studied was 14 students. The results showed that the application of the scientific approach to student learning completeness cycle was only 14% or 4 students who received mastery, increased to 79% or 11 students who completed the first cycle and in the second cycle the learning completeness was reached 100% or all students got mastery value. That is, the learning process using the scientific approach works well. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the steps of learning using the scientific approach can improve the learning outcomes of 4th grade students in Elementary School.

Abstract

Background: Mothers who were married too young have a higher risk of to experience psychological and emotional problems influencing parenting style, which may have an impact on child development. However, prevalence of parenting style in early marriage mothers in Indonesia is still unknown. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of adopted parenting style on early marriage mothers.Subjects and Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted in Martapura, Banjar Re­gency, South Kalimantan, Indonesia, from April 1 to May 30, 2018. Mothers who were married in early age (<21 years old) were enrolled using simple random sampling. The dependent variable was parenting style. The independent variables were education, family income, and number of children. Parenting style was measured by short version of parenting style and dimension questionnaire (PSDQ). The data were analyzed by Spearman test.Result: Authoritative parenting style is the most common parenting style (54.6%), followed by authoritarian (32.7%), and permissive (12.7%) parenting style. Education level (r= -0.07; p= 0.325) decreased parental parenting style, but it was statistically non-significant. Family income (r= 0.72; p= 0.302) and number of children (r= 0.27; p= 0.700) increased parental parenting style, but it was statistically non-significant.Conclusions: Education level decreases parental parenting style, but it is statistically non-significant. Abstract

Classroom action research aims to determine the improvement of critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes in the Faraidh material fiqh lessons. The research location is MTS. Medan PAI in class IX. This research was conducted in 3 cycles. Each cycle consists of Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. The results showed an increase in student learning from Cycle I, II, III. Research results show that in Cycle I: Scores of 90-100 (30%), 80-89 (50%), 70-79 (10%), 60-69 (10%), <59 (0%), At Cycle II, Score Range 90-100 (40%), 80-89 (40%), 70-79 (15%), 60-69 (5%), <59 (0%), In Cycle III. Scores of 90-100 (60%), 80-89 (40%), 70-79 (0%), 60-69 (0%), <59 (0%). The results of the study also showed that there was an increase in students' thinking skills which was characterized by several indicators namely Find and formulate problems, Analyzing problems, Expressing criticism and ideas, Presentation of solutions.

Abstract

Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga mengacu pada segala bentuk perilaku semena-mena yang tidak hanya berupa kekerasan fisik, tetapi juga kekerasan verbal dan seksual. Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga adalah sebuah fenomena yang telah menarik perhatian dunia karena perilaku kasar yang diterima perempuan dari pasangannya dalam jangka panjang, yang mengarah pada konsekuensi buruk kesehatan mental seperti PTSD dalam bentuk pikiran yang mengganggu, mimpi buruk, kilas balik, hypervigilances, dan emosi-emosi negatif berlebih (kesedihan, kemarahan, kekecewaan, keputusasaan) yang dapat menyebabkan pikiran untuk bunuh diri. Dua wanita yang mengalami kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dan saat ini tinggal di tempat penampungan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Mereka diberikan teknik konseling berbasis Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) untuk membantu mereka menerima pengalaman mereka tanpa dihakimi dan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas mereka untuk mengendalikan pikiran dan emosi mereka. Konseling berbasis DBT diberikan dalam tiga sesi; toleransi terhadap tekanan, mindfulness, dan regulasi emosi. Kami melibatkan dua peserta perempuan yang diberi tempat tinggal sementara. Screening menggunakan Beck Depression Index (BDI-II) yang menunjukkan setidaknya tingkat depresi menengah atas, dan checklist tentang jenis kekerasan, dampak fisik dan psikologis yang disebabkan oleh perilaku pasangannya yang kasar. Setelah tiga sesi konseling berbasis DBT, peserta mulai mendapatkan kendali atas hidup mereka, menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kepercayaan diri dan menjunjung tinggi keyakinan bahwa mereka dapat maju. Domestic violence refers to any kind of abusive behavior that is not only physical, but also verbal and sexual violence. Domestic violence is a phenomenon that has garnered the worldwide attention due to the long term abusive behaviors that women have received from their partners, which leads to serious mental health consequences such as PTSD in the forms of intrusive thought, nightmares, flashback, hypervigilances, and overwhelming  negative emotions (sadness, anger, disappointment, hopelessness) that may lead to suicidal thoughts. Two women who experienced domestic abuse and currently living in a shelter particiated in this study. They were provided with a counseling technique based on (DBT) to help them accept their experiences without any judgement and to enhance their capacity to controlling their thoughts and emotion. Counseling based on DBT was given in three sessions; distress tolerance, mindfulness, and emotion regulation. We involved two female participants who were provided with a temporary shelter. Screening using a Beck Depression Index (BDI-II) showed at least moderate depression level and above, and a checklist form about the type of violence, physical and psychological impact caused by their abusive partner’s behavior. After three sessions of counseling based on DBT, participants started to gain control of their lives, show improvements in self-confidence and uphold a belief that they can move forward.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, baik hasil belajar siswa maupun motivasi belajar dalam pelajaran fisika belum optimal. Masih banyak siswa yang belajarnya belum memenuhi pencapaian nilai KKM. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan Program PowerPointISpring terhadap peningkatan pemahaman konsep gerak lurus dan motivasi belajar siswa di kelas VII SMPN 2 Tarogong Kidul Garut.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen menggunakan bentuk desain eksperimen type&nbsp; Quasi eksperimental design dengan bentuk nonequivalent control group design?. Populasi dalam&nbsp; penelitian&nbsp; ini adalah seluruh&nbsp; kelas VII siswa SMPN 2 Tarogong Kidul Garut sebanyak 9 kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara acak kelas yaitu kelas VIIG sebanyak 36 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen, dan kelas VIIK sebanyak 33 orang sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data diambil dari instrument tes dan angket serta teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus gain ternormalisasi, uji normalitas sebaran data, dan uji perbedaan dua&nbsp; rata-rata.Setelah dilakukan penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut:(1) Peningkatan pemahaman konsep gerak lurus pada siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan program PowerpointIspring termasuk dalam kategori sedang dan tinggi.Sementara pada siswa yang&nbsp; pembelajarannyatidak menggunakan program PowerpointIspringtidak mengalami peningkatan&nbsp; signifikan, yaitu kategori rendah dan sedang (2) Peningkatan motivasi belajar pada siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan program PowerpointIspringtermasuk dalam kategori sedang dan tinggi.Sedangkan peningkatan motivasi belajar padasiswayang pembelajarannyatidak menggunakan program PowerpointIspring tergolong kategori rendah dan sedang (3) Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan pemahaman konsep gerak lurus dan motivasi belajar siswa, dalam hal ini peningkatan pemahaman konsep gerak lurus dan motivasi belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen lebih baik daripadakelas kontrol.

Abstract

Teknologi membantu para pendidik untuk melakukan pendidikan jarak jauh, atau yang dikenal dengan istilah PJJ, di tengah bencana alam atau bencana sosial. Namun, tingkat literasi digital sebagian besar guru di Indonesia belum berada pada tingkat lanjut. Teknologi masih dikenal sebagai sesuatu yang rumit sedangkan mereka berharap dapat mengejar Net Generations, generasi yang melihat teknologi sebagai alam kedua. Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk memahami pentingnya memahami pendekatan teknologi dalam pendidikan. Analisis data sekunder dilakukan untuk menawarkan perspektif baru pada penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Social Construction of Technology (SCOT) lebih selaras dengan karakter bangsa Indonesia secara sosio-ekonomi dan teknologi dapat diimplementasikan berdasarkan model SAMR guna memperlengkapi pemahaman dasar tentang teknologi pendidikan dan mempermudah pemetaan keterampilan literasi digital bagi pendidik Indonesia dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan.
