Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of fintech and e-commerce as catalysts in driving the digital transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, and to identify the key factors influencing digital technology adoption among MSME actors. Employing a mixed-method approach, the research surveyed 450 MSME operators across five provinces (West Java, Central Java, East Java, North Sumatra, and South Sulawesi) who have adopted digital platforms, complemented by in-depth interviews with 25 key informants. Data were collected over six months (March–August 2024) using structured questionnaires and interview guides. Quantitative analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), while qualitative insights were examined through thematic analysis. The findings reveal that fintech adoption has improved MSMEs' access to financing by 67%, while e-commerce utilization has expanded market reach by 340%. Major adoption factors include ease of use (β=0.45), technological support (β=0.38), and digital literacy (β=0.33). Both fintech and e-commerce serve as significant catalysts for the digital transformation of Indonesian MSMEs. This study offers a roadmap for policymakers and stakeholders to strengthen a digital ecosystem that fosters sustainable MSME growth.

Abstract

Kelompok Tani Semi Rahayu Tanjungsari merupakan salah satu kelompok penderes didesa prapagan kecamatan jeruklegi kabupaten cilacap yang memiliki potensi gula semut 2-3 ton per bulan. Pangsa pasar utamanya adalah perusahan swasta yang akan melakukan eksport gula semut, setiap bulan gula semut yang tidak dapat terjual berkisar 50-100 Kg. permasalahan ketidak mampuan penderes dalam memasarkan produk gula gula semut secara mandiri, menyebabkan ketergantungan penderes kepada tengkulak atau perusahan pengepul masih tinggi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi secara terperinci meliputi: Kualitas produk gula semut kurang inovatif, Kemasan produk, pemasaran produk, belum memiliki pencatatan keuangan. Dari hasil pendampingan menghasilkan Adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan skiil penderes serta pengurus koperasi terkait inovasi produk, kemasan produk, pemasaran produk, perizinan usaha dan pembukuan laporan keuangan.

Abstract

Buruh migran memang kerap menjadi sorotan dan kajian yang banyak diteliti dalam berbagai aspek. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini melakukan pendampingan dan pemberdayaan kepada buruh migran untuk menciptkan kemandirian dalam berwirausaha dengan pendekatan Program Pendampingan dan pemberdayaan Buruh Migran Melalui Penguatan Ekonomi Untuk Meningkatkan Kemandirian Dalam Berwirausaha Di Kesugihan Kidul Cilacap. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan melakukan pendekatan melalui 3 cara, 1) melakukan identifikasi sebagai langkah awal untuk memahami kondisi Buruh Migran, setelah dilakukan identifikasi selajutnya dilakukan pemberian materi pelatihan meliputi konsep berwirausaha, strategi membaca peluang pasar, kelengkapan perijinan berusaha dan pemahaman pemasaran digital marketing dengan optimalisasi sosial media marketing sebeagai media pemasaran yang efektif 2). Melakukan pendampingan dan pemberdayaan bagi Buruh Migran, bentuk pendampingan dan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan meliputi fasilitasi aspek kelembagaan dan kebutuhan/prangkat yang digunakan untuk mengimplementasi usaha, dan infrastruktur usaha 3). Langkah yang terkahir dengan melakukan Monitoring dan Evaluasi, kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa para UMKM Buruh Migran Kesugihan Kidul sudah melakukan/menerapkan ilmu yang sudah mereka peroleh dari kegiatan dilakukan

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Fintech Adoption and Financial Literacy on the Financial Performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia, with Digital Trust examined as a moderating variable. Utilizing a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 150 managerial respondents across 14 Islamic commercial banks. The findings reveal that Fintech Adoption significantly and positively affects Financial Performance (p < 0.05), highlighting the strategic importance of digital transformation in the banking sector. However, Financial Literacy does not demonstrate a significant impact, nor does Digital Trust significantly moderate either the Fintech Adoption–Performance or Financial Literacy–Performance relationships. These results suggest that organizational-level factors and system integration may play a more decisive role than individual competencies or perceived trust in shaping performance outcomes. Theoretically, this research reinforces the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework while challenging assumptions from Human Capital and Trust-Based Models. The study’s practical implication emphasizes prioritizing digital infrastructure development over isolated staff training in Islamic banking. Limitations include its cross-sectional design and institutional focus, prompting future research to adopt multi-level and longitudinal approaches. This study contributes to the growing discourse on digital finance within faith-based financial institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of macroeconomic variables such as inflation, economic growth, and exchange rates, along with corporate policy factors like dividend policy, on stock prices in the property and real estate sector in Indonesia. The research is motivated by the high sensitivity of this sector to external economic changes and internal financial decisions, especially during the volatile economic period of 2019–2023, which includes the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent recovery efforts. The property and real estate sector plays a vital role in national economic development due to its strong linkages with labor absorption and multiple supporting industries. The study employs a quantitative research method with a panel data regression approach to examine 1companies listed1 on the Indonesia Stocki Exchange (IDX). The sample was selected using purposive sampling based on data completeness criteria, covering a five-year period. Secondary data were sourced from IDX, the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), and Bank Indonesia. Several statistical tests were carried out including classical assumption tests, model selection tests (Chow, Hausman, and LM), as well as hypothesis testing using t-test and F-test, followed by coefficient of determination analysis. The Random Effect Model (REM) was identified as they most appropriate estimation method for this study. The results reveal that inflation and dividend policy have a significant positive effect on stock prices, suggesting that moderate inflation and consistent dividend payouts are perceived positively by investors. In contrast, economic growth and exchange rates show a significant negative influence, indicating that the sector has not fully benefited from post-pandemic recovery and remains vulnerable to currency fluctuations. These findings highlight the importance of both macroeconomic stability and sound financial management practices in influencing investor confidence and stock performance in the property sector. The study offers practical implications for investors, financial managers, and policymakers in designing strategies to enhance investment value and mitigate risks in the capital market.

Abstract

At Nahdlatul Ulama Al Ghazali University Cilacap, one of the learning models is called Discovery Learning. This learning model emphasizes the active involvement of students in the learning process. This is because this model is centered on students discovering concepts and knowledge on their own through exploration and research.  The stages of the discovery learning model involve the lecturer preparing teaching materials in the form of PowerPoint presentations or videos, after which students actively engage in learning activities and can identify areas where they need to improve their understanding and skills.  The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of discovery learning on learning motivation.  The research method used is a quantitative method because the research data is in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics.  The analysis used is linear regression analysis with a population of Management program students.  The number of samples used amounted to 34 students.  The data collection technique involved tests and questionnaires using a Likert scale.  From the results of the normality test and linearity test, the sig values of 0.200 and 0.177 indicate that the data are normally and linearly distributed.  Based on the linear regression test, a t-value of 3.296>t-table 2.037 with a regression coefficient of 0.331 indicates that there is an influence between variable x (discovery learning) and variable y (learning motivation).

The micro-agriculture sector is considered not bankable, which makes farmes look for sources of capital from the pengijon system. BMW aims to provide access to capital for the small community as well as provide guidance to micro-entrepreneurs. Based on the results of research on the salam contract, micro waqfbanks will help solve problems faced by farmers and micro waqf banks can maximize their role in community empowerment, especially the poor who are categorized economi cally active working poor and lower income communities. __________________________________________________________________ Sektor pertanian mikro dianggap tidak bankable sehingga membuat petani mencari sumber pemodalan dari sistem pengijon. Abstract

The role of mentoring facilitators in developing SMEs for BTPN Syariah bank customers in MMS MAOS. MMS (Sharia Mobile Marketing) is a BTPN Syariah Bank branch office, which is placed in villages. MMS Maos is in the Maos sub-district, Cilacap district. This MMS covers 2 sub-districts, namely the Maos sub-district and the Adipala sub-district. In this MMS many customers are mothers who have MSME businesses. most of the run companies are still quite simple. For this reason, BTPN Syariah Bank collaborates with students to assist female customers of BTPN Syariah Bank to provide business assistance for customers, so that customers' businesses can develop further. The method for implementing this activity is by conducting coaching and socialization according to the material obtained from the customer assessment analysis and the customer will carry out a SWOT analysis to find out the obstacles experienced by the customer. Then the customer will be accompanied through material and practice. The aim of this activity is that customers are able to understand and directly implement the results obtained during mentoring, so that there is development of the customer's business.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to increase awareness and interest of regarding the importance of continuing their education to tertiary level. Vocational Schools are designed to produce work-ready graduates, the increasingly complex dynamics of the global job market demand competencies that are more than just technical skills. This outreach activity is carried out through interactive presentations, question and answer sessions, and student mentoring, which includes information about career prospects with higher education, various relevant academic study paths, as well as tips for preparing for selection and scholarships. This community service method is designed with an educational-participatory approach, which means we not only provide information, but also actively involve students in the socialization process. The results of the activities showed an increase in students' understanding of the long-term benefits of higher education, a positive shift in perceptions regarding options after graduating from vocational school, as well as a growing motivation to explore further information about further studies. It was concluded that comprehensive and sustainable socialization is very necessary to broaden the horizons of students, so that they can make more informed and strategic career decisions for a better future. This service provides an educative-participatory approach which is an effective strategy for opening students' insight into higher career potential in the future.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan UMKM kegitan ini berKolaborasi PLUT–KUMKM Kabupaten Cilacap serta 5 perusahaan yang ada dikabupaten Cilacap meliputi, PT. Pertamina, Bank Negara Indonesia, PT. PLN Persero/Indonesia Power, PT Sumber Segara Primadaya dan PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia, melalui Program Inkubator Bisnis Terintegrasi yang bertujuan memperkuat kapasitas dan daya saing UMKM. Program ini mencakup berbagai kegiatan yang dirancang untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada mitra usaha UMKM tentang aspek-aspek Pelatihan legalitas usaha (Halal, P-IRT, BPOM, HAKI), Analisis bisnis model canvas dan SWOT, Pelatihan kemasan produk, Pelatihan branding produk, Pelatihan pembuatan konten digital dan foto produk, Optimalisasi media sosial (TikTok), Optimalisasi marketplace (Shopee), On boarding melalui grabfood/gofood/shopeefood, Pembukuan laporan akuntansi standar, Manajemen operasional usaha. Pelatihan ini di ikuti oleh 20 UMKM yang berasal dari Binaan 5 perusahaan yang ada dikabupaten Cilacap. Metode kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan melaksanakan pra inkubator, proses Inkubasi, Pelatihan dari narasumber berasal dari para praktisi, profesional dan akademisi, Tingkat keberhasilan kegiatan ini dinilai sangat berdampak bagi pengusaha UMKM, bisa dilihat dari transformasi pada bidang kemasan produk, aspek pemasaran sudah menggunakan digitalisasi, terhubung dengan akses pasar serta penyusunan laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan aplikasi. Program ini berhasil mencapai tujuannya dengan memberikan peserta pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan keahlian sehingga pengusaha UMKM menjadi kompetitif, berdaya saing dan NAIK KELAS
