Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah membawa perubahan signifikan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pola konsumsi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pandemi terhadap perkembangan e-commerce di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada pertumbuhan transaksi, preferensi konsumen, dan adaptasi bisnis. Data yang digunakan mencakup laporan statistik, survei konsumen, dan wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan e-commerce selama periode pandemi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pandemi telah mempercepat adopsi e-commerce di Indonesia, dengan peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah pengguna dan volume transaksi, terutama pada kategori barang kebutuhan pokok dan kesehatan. Namun, tantangan seperti kesenjangan digital, masalah logistik, dan kepercayaan konsumen masih menjadi hambatan utama. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi para pemangku kepentingan untuk mengoptimalkan peluang di sektor e-commerce pada era pasca-pandemi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan sistem e-commerce dan teknologi informasi dalam meningkatkan kewirausahaan digital melalui pendekatan systematic literature review. Di era digital, e-commerce menjadi sarana penting bagi pelaku usaha, khususnya UMKM, untuk memperluas pasar, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan daya saing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi informasi, seperti pencatatan keuangan digital dan analisis data, mampu mendukung pengambilan keputusan bisnis yang lebih akurat. Selain itu, strategi pemasaran digital, termasuk pemanfaatan media sosial, terbukti efektif dalam memperkenalkan produk dan menjalin hubungan dengan pelanggan. Namun, tantangan berupa rendahnya literasi digital dan infrastruktur yang terbatas masih menjadi kendala signifikan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan literasi digital, pengembangan infrastruktur teknologi, serta kolaborasi antara pemerintah dan pelaku usaha untuk memaksimalkan manfaat e-commerce. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan strategis bagi pengembangan kewirausahaan digital.

Abstract

This research aims to provide a systematic review of business model development and technological innovation in start-ups in the digital era. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this research analyzes relevant literature published between 2021 and 2024. The main focus of the research is to understand the impact of digital transformation on the performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and how digital technology innovations, such as artificial intelligence (AI) ), blockchain, and big data, supporting entrepreneurial growth. The literature selection process involves tools such as Publish or Perish, Covidence, and VOSviewer to visually analyze bibliometric data. The research results show that digital technology integration can increase operational efficiency, accelerate business growth, and open up new opportunities in the market. Visualization using VOSviewer emphasizes the important role of AI in digital marketing innovation, strengthening brand identity, as well as efficient solutions to market challenges. The conclusions of this research provide strategic insights for entrepreneurs, investors and policy makers to support the sustainability and success of start-ups in Indonesia. This research also emphasizes the importance of innovative business models to create sustainable economic value and the relevance of digital transformation in strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs.

Abstract

Industrial revolution 4.0 is a continuation of the industrial development process that is taking place. Progress in this era is marked by the integration of Cyber ​​Physical Systems (CFS), industrial wireless networks, and other supporting technologies. Utilization of artificial intelligence, robotics and the Internet of Things (IoT) to create interconnected intelligent systems. With the existence of intelligent systems and smart machines that are connected to each other, automation, blood exchange in the production process, combining physical connection networks with cloud computing through increasingly sophisticated internet connectivity has implications for people's daily lives. Advances in information technology have brought many changes to society's daily life. The use of information technology has become a digital culture in today's society. The aim of this research is to answer the research question, namely to find out the application of digital culture in several fields including organizations, the social sector and the educational sector. And how to implement digital culture in this field, whether using applications, social media and information technology devices. This research method uses a Systematic Literature Review, by looking for journal articles and proceedings published between 2020 and 2024. Abstract

This paper discusses the impact of the digital revolution on human resource management (HRM) in various organizations, focusing on technological advancements such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and digital platforms that have significantly transformed HRM practices. The aim of this study is to identify the positive implications and challenges faced by organizations in adopting digital technologies. The method used is a systematic literature review from various academic and practical sources, which provides in-depth insights into current trends and practices in HRM. The research findings indicate that while digital technology improves efficiency and productivity, challenges such as resistance to change and the need for new skills remain. Organizations often struggle to integrate new technologies into existing work cultures and ensure that employees possess the necessary skills to effectively leverage these technologies. Therefore, this paper offers recommendations for adaptation strategies that organizations can implement, including the development of ongoing training programs, fostering an innovation-driven culture, and updating privacy and data security policies. By understanding and addressing these challenges, organizations can harness the full potential of the digital revolution to enhance their performance and competitiveness.

Abstract

Digital transformation is a key driver in realizing a technology-based society as envisioned in the concept of Society 5.0. In this context, technology-based start-ups play a strategic role as agents of social innovation and the digital economy. This study aims to systematically examine the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation faced by start-ups in the era of Society 5.0. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA 2020 framework, involving 68 scientific articles published between 2018 and 2025. Data were collected from leading databases such as Scopus, IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar, and analyzed using thematic content analysis and bibliometric analysis with the support of VOSviewer software. The findings reveal that start-ups have significant potential to accelerate social transformation through services based on AI, IoT, and Big Data. However, they also face major challenges such as low digital literacy, infrastructure limitations, unadaptive regulations, and technological access gaps. Common strategies adopted include digital reinvention, strengthening digital human capital, and fostering cross-sector collaboration. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of digital transformation dynamics in the Start-up sector and serves as a strategic reference for policymakers, academics, and industry practitioners.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically analyze the literature related to the development of students’ entrepreneurial mindset over the past five years (2019–2024). The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA 2020 protocol, supported by visual analysis using VOSviewer. Data sources were obtained from reputable academic databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and ScienceDirect. Data collection was carried out by searching for relevant articles using specific keywords aligned with the research topic. Out of 1,245 identified articles, 146 met the inclusion criteria and were selected for further evaluation. Data analysis was conducted using a thematic-descriptive approach by categorizing key findings into several main themes. The results indicate that the formation of students’ entrepreneurial mindset is strongly influenced by experiential learning, institutional support from higher education, and psychological factors such as self-confidence, creativity, and tolerance for failure. Three main clusters emerged from the thematic mapping: (1) cognitive and psychological aspects, (2) the role of lecturers and curriculum, and (3) student entrepreneurial behavior. This study offers significant insights for the development of higher education policies to foster an innovative and resilient generation of young entrepreneurs through cross-sector collaboration.

Abstract

Globalization is a challenge for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to continue to survive. Information Technology, especially social media, offers benefits for SMEs to improve their marketing. This study was conducted to identify the use of social media and its benefits for SMEs. This study is a descriptive observational study using the Triangulation method, which combines structured interview methods, in-depth interviews and observations of SMEs and the social media used. Subjects were selected by purposive sampling. The results of the study showed that the most widely used social media were websites, Facebook and E-mail. Social media is used by most SMEs to make personal contact with consumers, promotions/advertising, record consumer needs and convey responses to consumers. Social media is an effective communication medium for SMEs, can increase market share and help business decisions. The use of social media can increase sales volume by more than 100% if done consistently and information is updated every day. The conclusion of this study is that social media has the potential to increase market share and sales volume, so it needs to be utilized optimally and consistently.

Abstract

The research aims to overcome the problem of managing customer data, room data, and transaction data manually at Hotel Fergael. The management of customer data, room data and transaction data that are processed manually, is overcome by building a Front Office Information System for hotel room reservations at Hotel Fergael. The results of the Front Office Information System research for hotel room reservations at the Fergael Hotel can be done quickly, effectively and efficiently at the receptionist's work time, making reports can also assist managers in seeing reservations that have or have occurred at the Fergael Hotel. The system is designed in the form of Visual Basic and uses a MySQL database. With this research, the receptionist can expedite the activities that run at the Fergael Hotel, especially room input, customer input, and room reservations that occur at the Fergael Hotel Pematangsiantar.
