Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of government policies and stakeholder involvement in improving the performance of MSMEs in North Kayong Regency. This research uses a mix method. The population in this study were MSME actors in North Kayong Regency, totaling 7,687 MSME actors. Sample selection using purposive sampling and quota sampling techniques. The data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, documentary studies and literature studies. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis using statistical software SPSS 26.0. The results showed that for the role of government policy, the funding aspect indicator had a significant value of 0.000 (p-value 0.000 <0.05). The facilities and infrastructure aspect has a significant value of 0.213 (p-value 0.213> 0.05). The business information aspect has a significant value of 0.010 (p-value 0.010 < 0.05). The partnership aspect has a significant value of 0.002, (p-value 0.002 < 0.05). The licensing aspect has a significance value of 0.008 (p-value 0.008 < 0.05). The business opportunity aspect has a significance value of 0.001 (p-value 0.001 <0.05). The trade promotion aspect has a significance value of 0.749 (p-value 0.749 > 0.05). Furthermore, for stakeholder involvement, namely financial institutions have a significance value of 0.034 (p-value 0.034 < 0.05) and business associations have a significance value of 0.110 (p-value 0.110 > 0.05)

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi dan persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, keberlanjutan menjadi kunci penting dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan posisi bisnis. Melalui pengabdian pada masyarakat ini, kami berusaha untuk menyadarkan masyarakat tentang pentingnya implementasi prinsip-prinsip keberlanjutan dalam bisnis. Kami membahas berbagai strategi dan inovasi yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk mencapai keberlanjutan, serta tantangan dan hambatan yang mungkin dihadapi. Tujuan utama dari pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mempromosikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana keberlanjutan dapat menjadi faktor kompetitif dalam bisnis dan bagaimana masyarakat dapat berperan dalam mendorong perubahan ini. Kami berharap bahwa pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dapat menjadi sumber informasi yang berharga bagi para pemangku kepentingan dalam bisnis dan masyarakat pada umumnya.

Abstract

This study explores the importance of developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and the creative economy, as well as their position as the main drivers of economic growth. Focusing on North Kayong District, West Kalimantan, Indonesia, this research highlights the resilience and innovation demonstrated by SMEs in overcoming challenges. Government initiatives target the mitigation of barriers, with an emphasis on developing local superior products to increase regional competitiveness. The main objective is to utilize local potential to create sustainable opportunities for economic expansion and poverty alleviation. Qualitative research methods, through observation, focus group discussions (FGD), and questionnaires, as well as data analysis techniques including difference tests and SWOT analysis. The research results show that there are significant differences between government policies and the expectations of SMEs, while the results of the SWOT analysis show that SMEs have strengths to be developed such as the availability of local raw materials and market uptake, but have challenges such as limited access to funding, infrastructure, training and promotion. product. The position of SMEs is in quadrant two, the most appropriate diversification strategy, including product, market and place diversification. Government mitigation to support the development of SMEs, through policies developing road and transportation infrastructure to facilitate access to products and markets, providing markets for sales of superior products, training facilities for SMEs. The impact on local communities is as a provider of raw materials, developing SMEs and the creative economy, as well as increasing the economy and regional competitiveness.

Abstract

Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan pola perilaku yang konsisten ditunjukkan dan sebagai yang diketahui oleh pihak lain ketika seseorang berusaha mempengaruhi kegiatan-kegiatan orang lain. Pengembangan pola perilaku ini dapat terjadi kapan saja dan dipelajari oleh orang lain untuk mengidentifikasi dan menilai kepemimpinan seseorang. Generasi muda merupakan generasi penerus yang ditangannya, ada harapan akan kemajuan suatu organisasi digantungkan maka dari itu gaya kepemimpinan akan menjadi perhatian bagi generasi muda tersebut. Pelaksanaan pelatihan kepemimpinan dasar merupakan cara yang sangat tepat dalam memberikan pengetahuan serta pemahaman tentang kepemimpinan dan organisasi kepada generasi muda khususnya mahasiswa. Pentingnya pelatihan ini juga terlihat dalam konteks pengenalan budaya keselamatan, di mana kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan tentang kepemimpinan kepada generasi muda, seperti mahasiswa Universitas Panca Bhakti adapun tempat pelatihan kepemimpinan dilaksanakan di Gedung Grha Universitas Panca Bhakti. Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6 April 2024 dengan durasi dari jam 9.00 – 15.00. Pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dibagi menjadi 3 (tiga) sesi pada sesi pertama tim PKM memberikan pre-test hasil test menunjukan masih banyak mahasiswa yang belum mengetahui mengenai topik leadership itu sendiri, sesi kedua yaitu narasumber yang berasal dari Dinas DISPORAPAR memberikan materi, Pada sesi ketiga dilakukan sesi tanya jawab dari peserta kepada narasumber. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil evaluasi tim PKM terhadap keberanian mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan even-even kemahasiswaan baik skala lokal internal universitas ataupun kegiatan yang melibatkan pihak luar.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Every company that is built has goals and objectives to be achieved, thus all functions and activities carried out by the company must always be managed and directed by using all available resources optimally for the creation of these goals and objectives. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy of fund products and bank services at Bank Kalbar. This research was conducted to find out how big the respondent's response regarding the marketing strategy, especially the 7P marketing strategy namely Place, Price, Promotion, Product, People, Process, Physical Evidence. The research method used is a survey method with the object of public research being the customer and target of Bank Kalbar. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires distributed to all West Kalimantan Bank customers as many as 30 respondents who then the data are grouped according to existing criteria and the results of each question answer are added, from the sum results the percentage is determined and a conclusion is drawn. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the marketing strategy undertaken by Bank Kalbar on the marketing of fund products and bank services such as place, price, promotion, product, people, process, physical evidence seen from the whole is good. Based on the calculation process, an average total score of 26.06 was obtained with an overall average score of 3.72. So based on these calculations it can be said that the marketing strategy of place, price, promotion, product, people, process, physical evidence carried out by Bank Kalbar in the good category, amounted to 3.72 in the range from 3.40 to 4.19. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of Self Efficacy and Perceived Organizational Support on the Performance of Employees of the Sanggau District Health Office. This type of research is included in quantitative research. The population in this study was 58 people, while the sample taken was 58 respondents determined based on the sensu technique. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables, namely self-efficacy and perceived organizational support, while the dependent variable was employee performance. Data collection techniques using questionnaires (questionnaires), literature studies and documentation studies. As for the data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. This research has two output targets to be achieved, namely publishing scientific articles in accredited national or international journals as well as being a reference and evaluation medium for the Sanggau district health office in an effort to improve the performance of its employees. The results showed that Self Efficacy had a positive effect on employee performance (significance value 0.003 < 0.05) with a t value of (3.144) > t table (2.004) while Perceived Organizational Support had no effect on employee performance (significance value 0.221 > 0.05). ) with a value of t arithmetic (1.239) < t table (2.004), it can be concluded that the Perceived Organizational Support (X2) variable has no effect on the Performance of the Sanggau District Health Service Employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur hubungan antara workplace incivility (ketidakacuhan dalam hubungan kerja) dan job stress (stres kerja) di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi di Kota Pontianak. Tingginya beban kerja yang ada sering kali memunculkan perilaku workplace incivility, terutama dalam konteks kerja tim. Hal ini juga berlaku di lingkungan perguruan tinggi, di mana komunikasi dan kerja sama dalam tim sering terjadi. Selain itu, peran moderasi emotional intelligence (EI) juga akan diteliti untuk memahami sejauh mana EI dapat mengurangi dampak negatif ketidaksopanan dalam hubungan kerja terhadap stres kerja. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel. Jumlah minimum responden yang ditetapkan adalah 100 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara workplace incivility dalam hubungan kerja dan job stress. Semakin tinggi tingkat ketidaksopanan yang dirasakan, semakin tinggi tingkat stres kerja yang dialami individu. Namun, kecerdasan emosional tidak memoderasi hubungan antara ketidaksopanan dalam hubungan kerja dan stres kerja. Meskipun kecerdasan emosional memiliki peran penting dalam mengelola emosi, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hal tersebut tidak memperkuat atau melemahkan hubungan antara ketidaksopanan dalam hubungan kerja dan stres kerja di kalangan karyawan pendidikan tinggi di Kota Pontianak.
