Abstract

Early marriage is still widely found throughout the world. Every year as many as 10 million women in the world marry at the age of <18 years. This causes maternal and child mortality rates, transmission of sexually transmitted infections, and violence to increase when compared to women who marry at the age of >21 years. Therefore, it is important to provide counseling on the impact and factors of early marriage in children under the age of 19 years. The purpose of this counseling is to provide information regarding early marriage itself and the impact of early marriage. The strategies used in this service are Explanation of Stop Early Marriage, Creation of study groups, Provision of media materials to each group, Evaluation and mentoring from trainers and mentors, Evaluation of how to maintain Stop Early Marriage at the Ainul Hasan Maron Islamic Boarding School. The results of this counseling There are two concepts in the Stop Early Marriage counseling based on the delivery method, namely pull and push, each has advantages and disadvantages.

Abstract

Community service through the Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) program in Blado Kulon Village, Tegal Siwalan District, Probolinggo Regency was carried out using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. This approach was chosen because it emphasizes the utilization of community assets, strengths, and local potential, particularly in the tilapia fish farming sector, which serves as the village’s main asset. Through the ABCD method and Appreciative Inquiry, the mentoring process was implemented in five key stages: discovery, dream, design, define, and destiny. This program focused on developing community capacity, especially among members of the Mina Mandiri tilapia farming group (POKDAKAN), in enhancing their knowledge and skills in digital marketing. The results of the program indicate positive changes within the community, particularly in business management, mindset, and the ability to utilize social media as a marketing platform. Training activities, including the creation of Shopee and Lazada accounts and the optimization of WhatsApp Business, contributed to increased creativity and independence in promoting tilapia farming products. These findings reinforce that the ABCD approach effectively fosters self-reliance, confidence, and empowerment within the community to develop its local potential. Overall, the digital marketing assistance program based on local assets proved effective in improving the capacity of the Blado Kulon Village community. This initiative is expected to serve as an initial step toward further business innovation development and strengthening the village economy through community-based assets.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana lingkungan kerja dan praktik disiplin SD Integral Hidayatullah mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Disiplin di tempat kerja menunjukkan seberapa baik pekerja mematuhi kebijakan perusahaan, sedangkan aspek fisik dan mental di tempat kerja memengaruhi kesejahteraan dan hasil kerja pekerja. Kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi adalah alat utama untuk mengumpulkan data dalam studi kuantitatif ini. Sampel jenuh yang terdiri dari 37 karyawan SD Integral Hidayatullah menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan serangkaian uji, termasuk validitas dan reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, uji-t, regresi berganda, determinasi (R2), dan banyak lainnya. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kondisi tempat kerja memiliki dampak yang menguntungkan dan substansial pada produktivitas, disiplin tempat kerja memiliki dampak positif tetapi tidak signifikan. Jika digabungkan, kedua variabel ini mencakup 75,9% variasi dalam hasil kerja pekerja. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen tempat kerja yang lebih baik adalah salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi-strategi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesehatan mental dan kesejahteraan karyawan di seluruh dunia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai program dan kebijakan yang telah diimplementasikan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan global, seperti Google, Microsoft, Unilever, dan lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program kesejahteraan mental, fleksibilitas kerja, pelatihan manajemen stres, budaya inklusif, dan asuransi kesehatan mental merupakan beberapa strategi kunci yang berhasil meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan. Selain itu, keterlibatan pemimpin, lingkungan kerja yang ergonomis, dan kebijakan cuti kesehatan mental juga berkontribusi signifikan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan strategi-strategi tersebut sangat bergantung pada komitmen manajemen, budaya organisasi yang inklusif, dan evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam MSDM untuk tidak hanya meningkatkan produktivitas, tetapi juga memastikan kesejahteraan mental dan emosional karyawan dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendorong transformasi perilaku kewargaan organisasi (OCB) dalam era digital serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi teknologi digital dan perubahan paradigma kerja telah menjadi faktor utama yang mendorong perubahan perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Dampak dari transformasi ini terlihat dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan, baik dari segi produktivitas maupun loyalitas terhadap organisasi. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya adaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan perubahan paradigma kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the investment feasibility of Bengkel Samudra Motor, an automotive service business located in Lumajang Regency, East Java. The primary objective is to evaluate whether investing in the business expansion will provide financially and operationally viable returns. Method of analysis employed is the capital budgeting method, which includes Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period. In addition, non-financial and SWOT analyses were conducted to obtain a more holistic perspective. The findings indicate that the business generates an average annual revenue of Rp750,000,000 with a net profit margin of 70%, resulting in an annual net income of Rp525,000,000. The NPV is calculated at Rp1,739,254,000, IRR reaches 160%, and the Payback Period is 6 months, suggesting that the investment is highly profitable and feasible. From a non-financial perspective, the business demonstrates strong customer loyalty, consistent customer growth, and a commitment to technological advancement. The SWOT analysis reveals that internal strengths such as stable income and strong reputation, as well as opportunities in digital expansion, can be leveraged to address threats like new competitors and cost fluctuations.In conclusion, investing in Bengkel Samudra Motor is not only financially feasible but also strategically promising in the long term. It is recommended that the management initiate business expansion and service digitalization to enhance competitiveness in the future.
