Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of direct compensation and indirect compensation on employee motivation PT. Mitra Ogan Plantation Kab OKU. Data analysis was done by using multiple linear regression. After the research obtained partial results proved that direct compensation does not affect the employee's motivation at PT. Mitra Ogan Plantation Kab OKU which can be seen from t count less than t table and indirect compensation have an effect on to employee work motivation at PT. Mitra Ogan Plantation Kab OKU which can be seen from t count result is bigger than t table. Simultaneously direct compensation and indirect compensation have a affect to the employee's motivation at PT. Mitra Ogan Plantation Kab OKU that can be seen from the results f count is greater than f table. The result of coefficient of determination analysis (R Squere) is 0,327. It shows that 32,7% variation from work motivation (Y) can be explained by direct compensation variable (X1) and indirect compensation indirect compensation (X2) while the rest equal to 67.3% influenced by other variables in addition to variables in this study such as the ability / competence of employees.

Abstract

This research entitled The Influence of Competence and Working Spirit on Employees’ Performance at PT. Perkebunan Peninjauan Plasma Baturaja. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of competence and working spirit on employees’ performance at PT. Perkebunan Peninjauan Plasma Baturaja either partially or simultaneously. From the research results, it was found that simultaneously there was an influence of competence and working spirit on employees’ performance at PT. Perkebunan Peninjauan Plasma Baturaja. Partially competence has a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Peninjauan Plasma Baturaja, while working spirit has no influence on the employees’ performance at PT. Perkebunan Peninjauan Plasma Baturaja. The results analysis of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) were found to be 0.827, this indicated that 82.7% of the variation in employees’ performance (Y) can be explained by the competency (X1) and working spirit (X2) variables, while the remaining 17.3% is influenced by other variables besides the variables in this study such as motivation and communication (Widodo, 2010: 49)

Abstract

South Sumatra Province has great and diverse youth potential, but many young people still experience difficulties in finding work or developing their own businesses. One of the promising business fields is electronic services, for this purpose the service activities aim to assist youth in developing businesses in the electronics service sector. The results of the training show that youth gain an understanding of the importance of building good relationships with customers by implementing online marketing as an effective promotional strategy while still not abandoning offline marketing strategies

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of work ethic and work environment on employees' performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch. The data used was primary data through questionnaires and a population of 30 employees. The analysis used was multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of data analysis showed that Work Ethic and work environment influencedPT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch, either partially or simultaneously. The results of the coefficient of determination showed that the contribution of the influence of Work Ethic and Work Environment together on employees' performance was 89.7%, while the remaining 10.7% was influenced by other variables. For companies so that PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch continued to improve its human resource (HR) capabilities in an effort to provide satisfaction or services to the community.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a key strategic agenda for organizations facing technological disruption and increasing environmental complexity. However, existing frameworks remain fragmented and lack integration with strategic management perspectives. This study aims to synthesize organizational transformation frameworks developed between 2019 and 2024 to support digital strategic management. Using a systematic literature review guided by the PRISMA 2020 protocol, 50 Scopus-indexed articles were analyzed through a structured selection process. The findings show that contemporary frameworks are multidimensional, typically comprising technology integration, leadership, culture, dynamic capabilities, and process transformation. People-first approaches, digital leadership, and digital maturity emerge as critical success factors. Additionally, an increasing trend highlights the integration of digitalization and sustainability through twin transformation models. This study concludes that successful digital transformation depends on aligning organizational capabilities with context-specific frameworks, offering both theoretical contributions and practical guidance for designing adaptive, evidence-based transformation strategies.
