Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of lifestyle and Motivation toward purchasing decision of Gemstone in Baturaja. The used data in this research were primary and secondary data. Secondary data were collected from relevant literature such as journal, books and other related publications. Primary data were collected by using a distributed questionnaire to 120 respondents Consumers in the area of Baturaja city that purchase product for 6 months from July till December 2014. The sampling technique in this research is Purposive Sampling method. Then the data were processed by using multiple regression analysis. The results from this research showed that lifestyle and motivation have a positive influence toward purchasing decision both in partial or simultaneous. Lifestyle takes dominant effect, it could be know by t- test and t count 8.577> t table 1.65798 and sig 0.000 less than 0.05. The value of Adjusted R Square was 0,801. It means that all independent variables are able to explain the value 80,1% of the dependent variable. The remaining 19,9 % could be explained by other factors that were not tested in this research..

Abstract

South Sumatra Province has great and diverse youth potential, but many young people still experience difficulties in finding work or developing their own businesses. One of the promising business fields is electronic services, for this purpose the service activities aim to assist youth in developing businesses in the electronics service sector. The results of the training show that youth gain an understanding of the importance of building good relationships with customers by implementing online marketing as an effective promotional strategy while still not abandoning offline marketing strategies

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul "The Entrepreneur Mind: Menjajaki Peluang, Tantangan, dan Risiko dalam Dunia Bisnis Online" bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengidentifikasi peluang, mengatasi tantangan, dan mengelola risiko yang ada di dunia bisnis online. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Prodi Teknik Industri Universitas Adzkia Padang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi sesi diskusi, presentasi, dan studi kasus yang melibatkan 137 peserta dari mahasiswa, dosen, dan praktisi bisnis. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh wawasan mengenai strategi inovatif yang dapat diterapkan dalam bisnis online serta teknik-teknik untuk mengantisipasi dan mengatasi berbagai hambatan yang mungkin dihadapi. Hasilnya diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pengembangan kemampuan wirausaha peserta dan mendorong terciptanya lebih banyak inisiatif bisnis yang sukses di era digital.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penjualan online dan respon owner terhadap peningkatan penjualan di Waroeng Menor Komacai Kota Kelurahan Anak Petai Kecamatan Prabumulih Utara Kota Prabumulih dengan sampel 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen Waroeng Menor Koamcai Kota Prabumulih. Metode yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian ini adalah metode kuantitatif pendekatan deskriptif serta menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang dibuat dengan SPSS versi 22. Hasil pengujian statistik diperoleh bahwa varibel penjualan online secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel atau 2,624 > 1,661 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,010 < 0,05. Variabel respon owner secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel atau 4,071 > 1,661 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel penjualan online dan respon owner terhadap peningkatan penjualan di Waroeng Menor Komacai Kota Prabumulih. Berdasarkan output model summary didapatkan tabel uji determinasi yang memberikan Adjusted R2 sebesar 0,553 hal ini berarti 55,3% peningkatan penjualan dipengaruhi oleh penjualan online dan respon owner, sedangkan sisanya 44.7% peningkatan penjualan dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya diluar Pengabdian ini seperti harga, lokasi. Hasil dari Pengabdian ini menunjukan bahwa penjualan online dan respon owner secara baik secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan di Waroeng Menor Komacai Kota Prabumulih Kata Kunci: Penjualan Online, Respon Owner, Peningkatan Penjualan

Abstract

Online Business Training for High School Students: Fostering the Spirit of Digital Entrepreneurship aims to provide understanding and skills in online business to the 12th-grade students of SMA Negeri 4 OKU, who are about to graduate. The issue addressed in this study is the lack of understanding among students about digital entrepreneurship and the lack of skills in managing online businesses. This research uses a direct training method with topics on the basics of online business, using e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing strategies. The results of the community service activities show that after attending the training, most students experienced an increased understanding of online business and felt more confident to start their own digital ventures. Qualitative analysis indicates that students felt more motivated and had a more positive outlook on entrepreneurship after gaining practical knowledge about online business. Additionally, there was a shift in students' mindset towards viewing digital business opportunities as a viable career alternative after graduation. This training successfully fostered the spirit of digital entrepreneurship among students and had a positive impact on their readiness to enter the workforce or become entrepreneurs

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of digital marketing (X?) and electronic commerce (X?) partially and simultaneously on sales volume (Y) at Queen Galeri in Prabumulih City with a sample of 115 respondents who are consumers at Queen Galeri in Prabumulih City. The method used in this research is a descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach and a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis created with SPSS version 26. The results of statistical testing show that the digital marketing variable (X?) partially has a positive and significant effect on sales volume (Y) with a value of count> table or 5,844 > 1,981, with a substantial value of 0.000 < 0.05. The electronic commerce variable (X?) partially has a positive and significant effect on sales volume (Y) with a value of count> table or 3,298 > 1,981, with a substantial value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneous testing shows that Fcount > Ftable or table 0.841 > 3.08 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and considerable influence of digital marketing variables (X?) and electronic commerce (X?) of bouquets simultaneously on sales volume (Y) at Queen Galeri in Prabumulih City. Based on the summary model output, a determination test table gives an Adjusted R Square of 0.486. This means that 48.6% of sales volume is influenced by digital marketing and electronic commerce, while the remaining 51.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research such as location, facilities, and services at Queen Galeri in Prabumulih City

Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah memberikan kontribusi yang sangat signifikan terhadap perekonomian di Indonesia. Salah satu peran signifikan tersebut adalah sumbangan disektor tenaga kerja, tercatat bahwa 89.17% tenaga kerja disektor ekonomi diserap oleh UMKM. Untuk itu perlu adanya dukungan pemerintah agar UMKM makin berkembang dan eksis terutama di masa pandemi covid-19 yang saat ini melanda Indonesia. Salah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan pemerintah ialah dengan memberikan pemahaman tentang membuat rencana bisnis yang baik. Rencana bisnis sangat diperlukan mengingat mayoritas pengusaha UMKM tidak memiliki visi serta misi perkembangan usaha untuk jangka pendek, menengah ataupun jangka panjang. Pelatihan pembuatan rencana bisnis akan bermanfaat bagi UMKM untuk menentukan langkah-langkah sistematis dan terukur yang harus dilakukan oleh bisnis mereka agar bisa naik kelas dan semakin eksis. Dengan adanya rencana bisnis ini diharapkan akan membuka wawasan dan pola pikir UMKM bahwa aktifitas bisnis bukan hanya jual beli semata, namun dibutuhkan berbagai langkah dan strategi yang tepat agar bisnis yang dikelola dapat terus tumbuh dalam berbagai kondisi yang ada, termasuk dalam kondisi persaingan global dan pandemi covid-19 yang terjadi saat ini. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan ialah pre-test, presentasi, diskusi, praktek pembuatan rencana bisnis, evaluasi rencana bisnis yang telah dibuat serta yang terakhir melakukan post-test. Untuk peserta pelatihan pembuatan rencana bisnis ini berasal dari 30 UMKM dibawah naungan dinas Koperasi dan UMKM kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu.

Abstract

This research discussed the influence of Facilities and Service Quality on Visitor Satisfaction (Case Study of Taman Bunga Baturaja in the New Normal). The population of this study was 100 visitors to Taman Bunga Baturaja. The analytical method used was a quantitative method with t count for each variable Facility (X1) of 3,656 and Service Quality (X2) of 2,954 stating that all variables had a significant influence on visitor satisfaction at Baturaja Flower Park. The calculated F value of 14,623 was greater than F table 3.09 which stated that together the facilities and service quality had a significant influence on the satisfaction of visitors to Taman Bunga Baturaja. The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.232 means that in this case the contribution of the influence of Facilities and Service Quality on Visitor Satisfaction was 23.2% while the remaining 76.8% was influenced by other variables not mentioned in this case such as as the resulting product, Emotional Factors, Interesting and informative advertisement.

Abstract

This community service initiative, conducted by the Universitas Adzkia team at SD Negeri 15 Banuaran, aimed to address the issue of teacher burnout through a cognitive ergonomics approach. Burnout, characterized by mental, emotional, and physical exhaustion due to prolonged work stress, is a significant challenge faced by elementary school teachers. This seminar provided teachers with practical strategies to manage their cognitive workload, improve stress management, and create a more balanced work environment. The event was structured into three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. During the implementation stage, teachers were introduced to cognitive ergonomics principles, including time management techniques, structured breaks, and the use of digital tools to reduce administrative burdens. The seminar also emphasized the importance of mental well-being and its impact on teaching quality and student learning. Feedback from participants indicated a high level of engagement and appreciation for the practical solutions offered. The success of this initiative highlights the importance of addressing teacher burnout through cognitive ergonomics, ultimately contributing to a healthier and more productive educational environment. This program serves as a model for future efforts to support teacher well-being and improve the quality of education in elementary schools.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendiseminasikan program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Baturaja angkatan ke-34 melalui media video dokumentasi sebagai bentuk publikasi kegiatan kemasyarakatan yang dilaksanakan di Desa Sinar Bhakti, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Video dokumentasi ini merangkum berbagai aktivitas pengabdian seperti sosialisasi di sekolah, pemberdayaan masyarakat, kegiatan karang taruna, dan bentuk partisipasi aktif mahasiswa dalam kehidupan sosial desa. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi lapangan, pengambilan gambar kegiatan secara langsung, wawancara singkat, serta proses penyuntingan dan narasi. Selain bertujuan sebagai dokumentasi, video ini juga menjadi media refleksi dan promosi kegiatan KKN kepada publik yang lebih luas. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa sebuah video dokumenter berdurasi empat menit yang dipublikasikan melalui platform digital. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa video dokumentasi efektif sebagai sarana publikasi kegiatan KKN sekaligus memperkuat hubungan antara mahasiswa, masyarakat, dan institusi perguruan tinggi.
