Abstract

South Sumatra Province has great and diverse youth potential, but many young people still experience difficulties in finding work or developing their own businesses. One of the promising business fields is electronic services, for this purpose the service activities aim to assist youth in developing businesses in the electronics service sector. The results of the training show that youth gain an understanding of the importance of building good relationships with customers by implementing online marketing as an effective promotional strategy while still not abandoning offline marketing strategies

Abstract

Online Business Training for High School Students: Fostering the Spirit of Digital Entrepreneurship aims to provide understanding and skills in online business to the 12th-grade students of SMA Negeri 4 OKU, who are about to graduate. The issue addressed in this study is the lack of understanding among students about digital entrepreneurship and the lack of skills in managing online businesses. This research uses a direct training method with topics on the basics of online business, using e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing strategies. The results of the community service activities show that after attending the training, most students experienced an increased understanding of online business and felt more confident to start their own digital ventures. Qualitative analysis indicates that students felt more motivated and had a more positive outlook on entrepreneurship after gaining practical knowledge about online business. Additionally, there was a shift in students' mindset towards viewing digital business opportunities as a viable career alternative after graduation. This training successfully fostered the spirit of digital entrepreneurship among students and had a positive impact on their readiness to enter the workforce or become entrepreneurs

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di kalangan karyawan di PT FIF Group Cabang Baturaja. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan pendistribusian kuesioner. Total populasi terdiri dari 40 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda, persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y= 5,889 + 0,881 X1 + 0,407 X2. Hasil analisis parsial menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja memiliki nilai t (7,873) > tabel-t (2,026), yang berarti H0 ditolak, dan Ha diterima, menunjukkan pengaruh beban kerja yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja di kalangan karyawan di PT FIF Group Cabang Baturaja. Untuk variabel keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, nilai-t (4,321) > tabel-t (2,026), yang berarti H0 ditolak, dan Ha diterima, menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan dari keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara bersamaan, nilai-F (54,829) > tabel F (3,25), yang berarti H0 ditolak, dan Ha diterima, menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja bersama-sama memiliki efek yang signifikan pada kepuasan kerja di antara karyawan. Koefisien penentuan (R²) adalah 0,748, menunjukkan bahwa 74,8% kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, sedangkan 25,2% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, seperti motivasi, keterlibatan kerja, ketidakhadiran, pergantian pergantian, dan kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence employee turnover intention at Encar Daihatsu Baturaja Branch. Turnover intention is an employee's intention to leave their job, which can have a negative impact on productivity and organizational stability. The factors that cause turnover intention (Y) are Job Insecurity (X1) and workload (X2). This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires distributed to employees. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that job insecurity has a significant positive effect on turnover intention. Employees who feel insecure about their job continuity are more likely to look for opportunities elsewhere. In addition, workload also has a significant positive influence on turnover intention, where high levels of workload cause stress that encourages the intention to leave the job. Simultaneously, job insecurity and workload contribute significantly to the increase in employee turnover intention. Based on the results of this study, companies are advised to reduce job insecurity by creating more transparent policies and providing job stability guarantees. In addition, more effective workload management, such as fair division of tasks and provision of additional support, can help reduce employee stress levels. Thus, turnover intention can be reduced, and employee retention can be improved.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to (1) describe the potential of digital free in developing Indonesian tourism; and (2) know the strategy for developing Indonesian tourism through digital free. This research uses SWOT analysis. The results of this research show that (1) the digital free concept is considered appropriate to be applied in several natural destinations in Indonesia that have limited internet access; (2) strategies for developing Indonesian tourism through digital free based on SWOT analysis, including SO strategy through promoting digital free tourism to the public, WO strategy by developing the concept of digital free tourism to attract tourists, ST strategy through collaboration with tourism stakeholders to provide digital free tourism, and WT strategy through educating tourism managers to develop digital free tourism. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan influencer marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Skintific di Shopee pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Baturaja Angkatan 2022. Penentuan jumlah sampel penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 54 responden, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: t-hitung masing-masing variabel Brand Image (X1) sebesar 3,074 dan Influencer Marketing (X2) sebesar 3,855, lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan t-tabel (2,007) yang menyatakan masing-masing variabel berpengaruh secara parsial Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Secara simultan Brand Image (X1) dan Influencer Marketing (X2) berpengaruh Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan F-hitung (32,512) lebih besar dari F-tabel (3,18).

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of organizational culture and motivation on employees' performance at PT. Minanga Group Factory Seii Enai Mill (SENM). The data collection technique used in this study was through distributing questionnaires. Total population was 68 employees of PT. Minanga Group Factory Seii Enai Mill (SENM). The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. Based on the results of hypothesis testing showed that partially or t test there was an influence of organizational culture on employees' performance at PT. Minanga Group Factory Seii Enai Mill (SENM) with a tcount of (8.657) and ttable (1.99714). Thus it could be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. In the motivational variable there was a motivational influence on the performance of employees at PT. Minanga Group with a tcountof (5.545) and ttable (1.99714). Thus it could be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The results of the study found that Fcount was 197,062. These results were then compared with F tables, F tables were obtained bylooking at (df1= number ofvariables–1) =3-1=2 and (df2=n-k-1)= 68-2-1=65 at a 95% confidence level or α = 5% obtained Ftable 3.14. So Fcount 197.062 > Ftable 3.14 then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that simultaneously there was a significant influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Minanga Group Factory Seii Enai Mill (SENM).The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained was0.858. This showed that the contribution of the influence of organizational culture and motivation on employees' performance was 85.8% while the remaining14.2% was influenced by other variables not mentioned in this study.

Abstract

This study discusses the Influence of Product Quality (X1), and Price (X2) on Purchase Decisions (Y) a case study on Dona home food and snack industry in Baturaja. The population in this study is consumers who shop directly at the Dona home industry food and snack store in Baturaja which totals 88 people. This study is quantitative research with the analysis method used, namely Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which uses Validity and Reliability Tests. The results of the analysis show that Product Quality and Price Variables affect Purchase Decisions both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R2) was obtained as 0.595. This shows that the contribution of Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2) to the Purchase Decision (Y) of the Product is 59.5% while the remaining 40.5% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this model such as promotion, distribution channel (Kotler, P., & Keller, 2016).
