Abstract

This study aims to further investigate "The Effect of Halal Certificate Ownership on MSME interested in buyin" Micro or Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business groups that have a large percentage and contribution in Indonesia. Ownership of halal certificates has an important role in improving the interested in buyin of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Secang Village, Magelang Regency. This study aims to identify the effect of ownership of halal certificates on the interested in buyin of MSMEs in the region. The research method used used quantitative methods with questionnaire surveys distributed to MSME owners who have obtained halal certificates. Data analysis was carried out through regression techniques to determine the relationship between halal certificate variables, and MSME interested in buyin. The results showed that the ownership of halal certificates significantly contributed to improving the interested in buyin of MSMEs in Secang Village. The implications of this study provide a better understanding of the importance of halal certificate ownership in supporting the growth of MSMEs, as well as providing guidance to MSME owners to optimize their marketing strategies in improving the competitiveness of their products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze "The Effects of Personal Factors and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions for Medical Devices at PT Suricon Gemilang Karya" In this study, personal and promotional factors are the main focus. Several previous studies have also examined the influence of personal factors and promotions on purchasing decisions for health products. The results of this study are expected to contribute to developing a more effective and efficient marketing strategy for medical devices at PT Suricon Gemilang Karya. Hopefully, this research can provide a more comprehensive insight into the factors that influence purchasing decisions for medical devices. The research method that researchers use is quantitative by taking a population of 100 respondents who are given a questionnaire containing statements in accordance with the variable indicators of personal factors and promotional variables. The conclusion of this study shows that the personal factor variable and the promotion variable have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for medical devices at PT Suricon Gemilang Karya. It has been proven in quantitative tests such as the T-test and F-test and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi dan kemasan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Enjoyparfum di Surabaya. Dalam era persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, strategi promosi dan desain kemasan yang efektif menjadi faktor penting dalam menarik minat konsumen dan meningkatkan penjualan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 150 responden yang merupakan konsumen Enjoyparfum di Surabaya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen (promosi dan kemasan) terhadap variabel dependen (keputusan pembelian). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik promosi maupun kemasan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Promosi yang tepat sasaran dan inovatif mampu meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan daya tarik produk, sementara kemasan yang menarik dan fungsional memberikan nilai tambah yang signifikan bagi konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen Enjoyparfum dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dengan fokus pada peningkatan kualitas promosi dan desain kemasan. Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan mempertahankan loyalitas konsumen di pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Pada saat ini tenaga kesehatan mempunyai tugas besar dalam peranannya terhadap penanggulangan kanker cerviks. Salah satu masalah utama kesehatan reproduksi perempuan di Indonesia adalah kanker serviks. Angka kejadian di seluruh dunia mencapai 490.000 kasus kanker cerviks dan mengakibatkan 240.000 kematian tiap tahunnya, dan 80% dari angka itu yaitu sekitar 392.000 terjadi di wilayah Asia (Soebachman, 2011) Menurut data dari Indonesia (Kemenkes RI) pada tahun 2013, kejadian kanker serviks di Indonesia sebesar 0,8%. Provinsi yang memiliki estimasi  jumlah  penderita  kanker  serviks terbesar adalah Provinsi Jawa Timur dengan  estimasi  21.313  kasus (Kemenkes RI, 2015). Program  IVA akan mengurangi risiko terkena kanker serviks, dimana ibu-ibu dapat melakukan   pemeriksaan IVA sebagai upaya pencegahan sejak dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pemahaman tenaga kesehatan di wilayah Kota Kediri terhadap masalah kanker serviks, serta mengidentifikasi upaya-upaya apa saja yang dilakukan tenaga kesehatan dalam melakukan pencegahan terhadap kanker serviks melalui  peningkatan cakupan pemeriksaan IVA di Kelurahan Campurejo Kecamatan Mojoroto Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif interaktif (Milles dan Haberman). Dari hasil penelitian dapat dirangkumkan beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan keberadaan kanker serviks melalui pemahaman petugas kesehatan diantaranya yaitu: kebersihan organ intim, gonta-ganti pasangan, faktor genetik,hubungan seks di luar nikah,pernikahan dini. Peran dan strategi tenaga kesehatan dalan pencegahan kanker serviks  yaitu melaui Promosi penyuluhan, membentuk tim, sosialisasi, lintas sektor, model kampung IVA, pemeriksaan gratis.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the understanding of health care towards social phenomena related to the dominance of non-communicable diseases which were increased in the community and to identify what efforts were made by health workers in preventing non-communicable diseases. The long-term goal of this study was to control the risk factors for PTM in Indonesia, especially in Campurejo Health Center, Mojoroto District, Kediri City. This study used a qualitative method with 72 populations and 10 samples. The data was collected through purposive sampling and in-depth interviews. The study informants were health workers from Kediri city health office, health workers at the Campurejo Health Center, community leaders and health cadres. The data analysis used interactive qualitative methods (Milles and Hebberman) and the instrument was recorder. The results of the study showed the concept of objectivation in opposing the flow of public understanding of PTM could be seen from the results of the socialization conducted by health workers. This new fact could be seen from one of the efforts of health workers in disseminating PTM in society. Other forms of socialization that were still general in nature could be seen in a variety of activity formats, for example: early detection, health promotion, counseling, mobile Posbindu, and door to door systems. The five micro activities were derived from the grand design of socialization in the perspective of social construction theory as a form of externalization by health workers.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Merebaknya pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia juga berdampak terhadap kesehatan, salah satunya yaitu pada pelayanan kesehatan sehingga menyebabkan banyaknya penurunan imunitas pada masyarakat yang dialami juga oleh balita. Salah satunya adalah peristiwa yang terjadi di dusun Klanderan Kecamatan Plosoklaten Kabupaten Kediri, dimana pada bulan Juni 2020 angka kesakitan pada Balita terutama pada ISPA terjadi peningkatan yang cukup signifikan yaitu dari 118 balita, terjadi kenaikan dari 43% menjadi 64%. Oleh karenanya sangat dibutuhkan peran bidan yang berkaitan erat dengan peningkatan derajat kesehatan ibu dan anak dalam meningkatkan imunitas pada balita terutama pada masa pandemi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman tenaga bidan dalam menghadapi tingkat imunitas balita di masa pandemi, sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya atau tindakan apa saja yang harus dilakukan agar imunitas balita tetap terjaga terutama di Dusun Klanderan Kecamatan Plosoklaten Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, Hasil penelitian diperoleh Peran bidan yang dilakukan sebagai upaya peningkatan imunitas balita di masa pandemic covid 19 memiliki beragam program kegiatan diantaranya Pemberian Makanan Tambahan dan Vitamin, Penanganan Stunting di Masa Pandemi Covid 19, Sosialisasi Melalui Media Sosial, System door to door. Pada empat mikro kegiatan ini merupakan turunan dari grand design sosialisasi dalam perspektif teori konstruksi sosial sebagai bentuk dari eksternalisasi oleh tenaga bidan menuju balita sehat melalui peningkatan imunitas di masa pandemi COVID 19

Abstract

Given the intense competition in the health industry, especially hospitals, affecting the potential for hospitals to become quiet due to non-optimal service, it is necessary to conduct research related to the elements that exist in hospital services including service quality facilities, and hospital patient satisfaction. So that researchers are interested in conducting research on the effect of service quality and facilities on satisfaction of outpatients at the cardiac polyclinic at Al-Islam Hospital H. M. Mawardi Krian Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Facilities on Patient Satisfaction at H. M. Mawardi Krian Sidoarjo Al-Islam Public Hospital. The design in this study uses quantitative methods. Testing the research hypothesis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using AMOS version 21. After analyzing the data on the suitability of the model using the Regression Weight, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and SEM criteria approaches, the following results were obtained: Quality of Service and facilities have a simultaneous effect on satisfaction at Al-Islam Hospital H. M. Mawardi Krian Sidoarjo which obtained a P value below 0.05. This proves that the best service must be supported by the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure. The latest technology and updates to hospital facilities also affect the quality of services available at the hospital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui seberapa pengaruh antara variabel kompetensi dan Variabel Prestasi terhadap variabel Promosi Jabatan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Gresik. Penarikan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitan ini menggunakan total sampling dimana semua populasi digunakakan sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 45 orang. Dari hasil penelitan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dimana variabel kompetensi (X1) nilai signifikasi (Sig) 0, 349 > 0,05 maka dapat di jelaskan H1 atau hipotesa pertama di tolak, sehingga di artikan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh kompetensi (X1) terhadap promosi jabatan (Y). Sedangkan pada variabel prestasi (X2) nilai signifikasi (Sig) 0, 011 < 0,05 maka dapat di jelaskan H1 atau hipotesa yang ke dua di terima, sehingga di artikan bahwa ada pengaruh prestasi (X2) terhadap promosi jabatan (Y).

Abstract

Human resources have an important role in a company so that the company can increase its productivity. Human resource management is influenced by many factors that will affect employee performance. One of the factors that affects employee performance is work motivation. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work motivation and employee performance on company productivity at PT. BSA Gresik. This research method uses a quantitative method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 67 respondents obtained based on the number of samples using the slovin formula. Data analysis was carried out using a partial hypothesis test (t-test). The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on company productivity at PT. BSA Gresik. Where the work motivation variable (X1) obtained a calculated t value (7.102)> t table (1.667) and a significant value of 0.00 <probability value of 0.05. Employee performance has a significant effect on company productivity at PT. BSA Gresik. Where the performance variable (X2) obtained a calculated t value of (3.391) > t table (1.667) and a significant value of 0.01 < probability value of 0.05.

Abstract

The existence of a positive Word of Mouth marketing strategy and product quality can increase the tendency of consumers to make purchasing decisions on products. This study aims to examine the effect of Word of Mouth and product quality on purchasing decisions for coffee products at the Gisting Coffee Roastery business in Gisting District, Lampung. This research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 67 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using partial hypothesis testing (t-test) and simultaneous hypothesis testing (F-test). The results of this study indicate that Word of Mouth and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for coffee products at the Gisting Coffee Roastery business in Gisting District, Lampung.
