Abstract

ABSTRACT : This study aims to determine whether personal selling and product quality have an effect on purchasing decisions at Purbasari Saga Outlets, Sorong City Dept. Store. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods and correlations. The data collection technique is by distributing online and offline questionnaires to 75 respondents who are Outlet Customers of Purbasari Saga Dept.Store, with a population of 93 people and a sample of 75 people derived from the slovin formula. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t-test, f-test and coefficient of determination test). Researchers tested primary data in this study using the SPSS version 20 application program for windows and secondary data. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis that have been carried out using the SPSS version 20 application program for windows, the results obtained are Y=2.465+0.156X_1+0.062X_2

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of work stress on turnover intention, with employee engagement as a mediating variable. Employing a quantitative approach, the research utilizes a structured questionnaire for data collection. The population comprises 120 millennial employees, and the study adopts a non-probability sampling technique, specifically purposive sampling, to select respondents. Data analysis is conducted using Smart PLS 4.0, a robust statistical tool for examining complex relationships between variables. The findings reveal a significant relationship between work stress and employee engagement, indicating that increased work stress levels directly affect employee engagement. However, the analysis shows that employee engagement does not significantly influence turnover intention, suggesting that engaged employees may still consider leaving their organizations under certain conditions. Furthermore, there is a direct and significant relationship between work stress and turnover intention, underscoring the critical role of stress in driving employees' decisions to exit their workplace. The mediation test indicates that employee engagement does not effectively mediate the relationship between work stress and turnover intention. This implies that while engagement is influenced by stress, it does not sufficiently buffer the negative impact of stress on employees' intention to leave. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations aiming to mitigate turnover by addressing workplace stressors effectively.

Abstract

. Santripreneur memiliki makna santri yang mempunyai usaha sendiri, santri yang berani membuka kegiatan produktif yang mandiri. Atau seorang santri yang berani mengambil risiko untuk menjalankan usaha sendiri dengan memanfaatkan peluang-peluang untuk menciptakan usaha baru atau dengan pendekatan yang inovatif sehingga usaha yang dikelola berkembang menjadi besar dan mandiri dalam menghadapi tantangan-tantangan persaingan. Di Indonesia, bayam dapat tumbuh sepanjang tahun tumbuh di daerah panas dan dingin, tetapi tumbuh lebih subur di dataran rendah pada lahan terbuka yang udaranya gak panas. Keripik bayam merupakan cemilan yang tergolong baru. Anak – anak yang sulit mengkonsumsi sayuran, cemilan ini menjadi alternatif bagi orang tua dalam membantu memenuhi nutrisi pada anak. Dengan adanya inovasi bisnis ini dapat memotivasi wirausahawan baru atau pemula untuk bisa memanfaatkan sumber daya alam seperti tanaman bayam dengan ide inovasi yang berbeda. Salah satunya di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia,yang merupakan Sekolah Menegah Atas berbasis pesantren yang terletak di Kabupaten Sorong

Abstract

Potensi lahan budidaya air payau cukup besar, hal ini dapat dilihat dengan luas hutan mangrove 33.142 Hetar tersebar di sepanjang pantai di Distrik Aimas, Distrik Mayamuk, Distrik Segun, Distrik Beraur sampai Distrik Klabot. Melihat potensi ini, kami mencoba untuk menggunakan sumber daya alam yang ada untuk di proses menjadi produk yang bernilai tinggi dan bermanfaat, yakni tepung mangrove yang kemudian dapat diolah menjadi berbagai jenis olahan makanan. Pelatihan merupakan tahap lanjutan dari kegiatan penyuluhan, jika pada penyuluhan fokus pembahasan yang disampaikan adalah tata kelola mangrove berbasis sustainable development, maka pelatihan ini adalah praktik pengelolaan mangrove untuk dijadikan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan bolu yang sangat bermanfaat dan praktis karena potensi hutan mangrove yang cukup luas di kabupaten Sorong. Santripreneur adalah seseorang yang menuntut ilmu dan tinggal di pondok pesantren yang mampu berwirausaha dengan produk-produk baru dan inovatif. Santripreneur merupakan program untuk mencetak wirausaha dari lingkungan pondok pesantren (ponpes) agar dapat turut mendorong roda perekonomian nasional

Abstract

Potensi yang ada di Kota Sorong bahwa keripik yang biasanya yang dibuat oleh para pelaku UMKM menggunakan bahan dasar keladi bete. Metode mata kuliah berbasis pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan pelatihan di lakukan melalui beberapa tahapan sebagai berikut: Observasi, Permohonanizin, Surat, Pelaksanaan Kegiatan, Persiapan Oleh Tim Pengusul, Penetapan Pelaksanaan, Terlaksanakan Kegiatan, Sasaran Memperoleh Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan Pemasaran, Evaluasi Pembimbang, Laporan akhir Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pengabdian dapat diuraikan sebagai berikut:1. Memaparkan produk dalam usaha ide bisnis keripik keladi 2. Memaparkan harga kedalam produk keripik keladi 3. Memaparkan place atau tempat pemasaran keripik keladi 4. Memaparkan proses promosi pada produk keripik keladi 5. Memaparkan cara mendapatkan keuntungan melebihi target penjualan. 6. Memaparkan tentang hambatan bisnis keripik keladi.

Abstract

Marketing strategy has a very important role for business success. As an effort to help creative products go public. Having limited insight into marketing, the team provides assistance to market the results of creativity in the community of female students and religious teachers who serve at Pondok Modern Al-Ghuroba. Training activities for participants were carried out on Saturday, October 14 2023. Pondok Modern Al-Ghuroba Sorong, whose address is Jl. Flamboyant Klasuluk Village, Mariat District, Sorong Regency. The service activity method is carried out using the following steps: 1). preparation stage, 2). program socialization stage, 3). program implementation stage, 4). program assistance stage, 5). monitoring stage, 6). implementation evaluation. Training activities can be described as follows: 1). training on how to manage the production of tape into sponge cake proll tape, 3). training on the production preparation process, production process to packaging and labeling, 3). training on marketing processes, marketing models, marketing ethics , tips, tricks for success in marketing, 4). discussion about the advantages and obstacles in the business world. Training activities have been carried out to provide creativity and skills to female students and ustazah regarding processing tape into processed food, namely cake proll tape. Reinforcement of material and discussion with participants regarding training, marketing management and entrepreneurial motivation as well as assistance in carrying out production, packaging, label design and labeling processes.

Abstract

Sago plants are found in lowland forest swamps, freshwater, coastal areas. At maturity, sago reaches a height of 8 to 17 meters and some trees reach a height of 30 meters depending on the type and conditions where they grow. For the people of Sorong, sago starch is a source of carbohydrates with low sugar content and sago is a staple food because the carbohydrate content in sago is equivalent to rice. For this training activity, we need several preparations so that the activities carried out can run well and smoothly. The activity was carried out in Klamalu Village, Sorong Regency. The preparations included: room (chairs and tables), projector, banner, ID card, consumption and other equipment. In carrying out training activities for the community which were carried out in Klamalu Village by a training team from the UNAMIN Faculty of Economics. The stages carried out are observation, licensing, preparation, implementation: material, practice, practical assistance, discussion, material reinforcement, closing of the event. The implementation stage begins with the speaker delivering material regarding the potential use of sago. Followed by practice and assistance in the practice of making sago crackers which was followed by the community, especially the women of Klamalu Village who were present and accompanied by the production team. With feedback provided by participants through questions in discussion sessions from the team of presenters and reinforcement of material regarding labeling products and managing PIRT by the supervising lecturer. By conducting training activities for the community, it becomes a process of transferring knowledge and introducing the benefits of the potential of existing sago plants so that they can be processed into sago crackers and can also be marketed to help MSMEs in Klamalu Village, Sorong Regency.

Abstract

Sweet potato is one of the raw materials that is easy to get in West Papua, especially in the Pal Putih village which is located close to the market. The purpose of this training is that mothers or mothers in the Pal Putih village can have skills in processing Sweet Potatoes into Sweet Potato Chips that have good quality. This training not only increases knowledge of mothers in product manufacturing but is also able to implement marketing strategies by paying attention to product quality, packaging, packaging appearance aesthetics, branding and labeling; Housewives who take part in the training are encouraged or motivated to make sweet potato chips business so that they can increase their income. The implementation of activities is carried out with the following steps: Observation; Completion of service licensing and socialization; Training; Material reinforcement; and Discussion. The implementation of Community Service Activities is described as follows: Production training, marketing strategy, entrepreneurship motivation; Training on the initial preparation before producing, the production process, the packaging process, the labeling process.
