The goal of this study is to clarify how motivation and workplace conditions affect teachers' effectiveness. This is a quantitative type of study. Teachers of private schools made up the population analyzed for this study. Purposive sampling, which was given to 82 respondents, was utilized to acquire the data. The SPSS 24 program was used to perform multiple linear regression analysis on the data collected in this study utilizing questionnaires and documents. According to the study's conclusions, both motivation and the workplace environment have a significant impact on teachers' performance. Motivation and the work environment account for 13.9% of the adjusted R-square, which is 0.139. Motivation has a significant impact on teachers' performance; however, the work environment has no significant impact.

Abstract

This study examined how self-efficacy, employee development, and organizational commitment affected workers' performance. The sample for this study, which incorporates quantitative research, consists of 70 permanent hotel employees. A saturated sampling approach is used in the sampling process. Techniques for gathering data include surveys, literature reviews, and supplementary secondary data. Validity tests, reliability tests, cross-tabulation tests, correlation tests, determination tests, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and f-tests with SPSS 26.0 were all used in the data analysis process. The finding of this study demonstrates that organizational commitment, employee training, and self-efficacy are all factors that simultaneously affect employee performance. Employee performance is partially influenced by organizational commitment, employee training, and self-efficacy, but not by either factor alone. 0.647, or 64.7%, for the corrected R square. It is recommended for hotels to improve employee self-efficacy based on the magnitude (self-confidence) indicator. In addition to hotels having to increase employee training based on reaction indicators (participation in hotel activities) and behavior (becoming the best employee), hotels must also increase commitment based on affective indicators (paying attention).

Abstract

This study intends to determine how the quality of electronic services affects customer trust and how it affects e-commerce users' willingness to make additional purchases. This study approaches the topic of e-commerce research quantitatively. A sample of 100 e-commerce users' responses was used in this study. Using a questionnaire to obtain data. The findings indicated that the e-service quality variable affected consumer trust and repurchase intention to some extent. Repurchase intention is influenced by the customer trust factor. E-service quality and customer trust both influences repurchase intention simultaneously. Through consumer trust, inconsistent e-service quality has an indirect impact on customers' willingness to repurchase. More consumer data protection should be offered through e-commerce. It is advised that other variables and methodological approaches be used in future studies so that the scope and depth of study in the field of marketing can be increased
