Menerima:Direvisi:Diterima:Kata kunci:Covid-19, Elderly, Training, Compliance Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by a new type of coronavirus and is named Sars Cov 2. This virus attacks vulnerable groups, one of the vulnerable groups is the elderly. Mortality in vulnerable groups is high enough so that protective behavior needs to be carried out by the elderly to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. This study aims to prove whether there is an effect of COVID-19 prevention training on compliance with the Covid-19 prevention protocol in the elderly in Senganten Village, Gondang District, Bojonegoro Regency. This research is a quasi-experimental research. The population of this study was 30 people and the number of samples was 26 people who were selected using the Probabillity Sampling technique, precisely the Simple Random Sampling method. The test used in this study was the Wilcoxon test, which obtained a significant value or p Value = 0.317 > a = 0.05 in the control group and a significance value or p Value = 0.003 < a 0.05 in the treatment group, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of prevention training covid-19 on compliance with the covid-19 prevention protocol in the elderly with hypertension in Senganten Village, Gondang District, Bojonegoro Regency in 2021. Abstract

Depression is an unfavorable condition for the elderly. When depression goes untreated, elderly can isolate themselves even allowed to end his life. Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) and Keroncong music allegedly can be used as complementary therapy for elderly depression. This study aimed to determine the difference effect of Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) and Keroncong music on elderly depression at Jombang geriatric service unit in Pare Kediri. The method used was a quasi-experimental, with a pretest and posttest design. In this study, respondents were grouped into two groups, SEFT intervention group (n=10) and Keroncong music Intervention  group (10). In both groups was given four  therapy sessions, within four weeks, each session is given therapy for 30 minutes. In this study it was found that the decrease of score depression between pretest and posttest at SEFT therapy (p = 0,008) and keroncong music therapy (p = 0,01). By unpaired t test, posttest obtained, the p value (p=0,760) >0.05 so that there is no significant difference between the posttest score in the SEFT Therapy group and thekeroncong music therapy  group. It can be concluded that SEFT and keroncong music  reduce depression in elderly, but no more effective between SEFT and keroncong music reduce depression in elderly. Keywords: Depression, Elderly, SEFT, Keroncong Music

One of the main factors causing non-communicable diseases is sedentary lifestyle. Sedentary lifestyle are activities that all types of activities need very little caloric (< 1.5 METs). Currently, the use of social media among adolescents is massive. This study aims to identify sedentary behavior in late adolescents based on the amount of social media they have. This research was a correlational analytical research with a cross sectional approach. The sample were 193 students of the Faculty of Health in Kediri. The data were collected using snowball sampling. The instrument used in this study was a modified Sedentary Behaviour Questionary (SBQ). The data obtained were analyzed using the Spearman Rank Test. The results of this study showed that 49.7% performed high sedentary behavior. 42% of late adolescences have 4/more social media accounts, 90.7% of late adolescences use social media daily. The results of the Spearman rank test obtained p-value: 0.031 so there was a relationship between the amount of social media and sedentary behavior, and also p-value: 0.036, Correlation Coefficient: 0.615 so that there was a strong relationship between frequent use of social media with sedentary behavior. From the results of the study, it is recommended to reduce the intensity of social media, so that sedentary behavior can also be minimized, and prevent non-communicable diseases.

The emotional intelligence was measured using a questionnaire that adapted Goleman's theory, while peer conformity was measured using a peer conformity questionnaire. Emotional intelligence and peer conformity data were analyzed using Spearman Rank test. Spearman Rank test showed p value 0.001 <α (0.005), r value = -0.245, so there is a correlation between emotional intelligence and peer conformity in adolescents with a negative correlation. That is, the higher level of adolescent emotional intelligence results in lower conformity with peers.

Abstract

Wound is a condition of damage to the anatomical structure of the skin causing skin disorders (Moenadjat, 2003). There are three phases in the wound healing process. These phases are the inflammatory, proliferative and maturation phases. Ginger has several active substances. The several active substances contained in ginger, namely triterpenoids, flavonoids and saponins. Flavonoid compounds has a role in activating macrophages. Saponins are able to activate TGF-β signals. The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of ginger extract to the density of collagen fibers in rats (Rattus norvegicus) with incision wounds. This study was an experimental research laboratory, with a post-test only control group design. Rats were divided into two major groups: control group (KK) who were given only the solvent CMC 1% and the treatment group (KP) were given orally at a dose of ginger extract 1 g / kg. Rat tissue will be observed on days 1, 5 and 10. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA test with p value 0.125. The conclusion of this study is there was no significant difference in collagen density between the control and treatment groups. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the giving of ginger (Zingiber officinale roscoe) can increase the density of incisional collagen even though it has insignificant differences
