Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengelolaan sampah merupakan suatu upaya untuk melakukan pengurangan dan penanganan sampah. Kota Banjarmasin memiliki jumlah penduduk pada tahun 2017 sebanyak 692.793 jiwa dan mengalami pertambahan jumlah penduduk pada tahun 2018 menjadi 700.869 jiwa yang artinya sampah buangan yang dihasilkan akan semakin banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, sarana prasarana, dan peraturan daerah dengan perilaku ibu rumah tangga dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga di Kampung Biru sesuai Perda Nomor 21 Tahun 2011. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada jumlah kepala keluarga yang ada di Kampung Biru dengan jumlah 776 Kepala Keluarga dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 89. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dan wawancara, data dianalisis dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga di Kampung Biru sebagian besar kategori buruk (52,8%). Hasil analisis terdapat hubungan pada variavel pengetahuan (p-value = 0,035), sarana prasarana (p-value = 0,0001),  dan peraturan daerah (p-value = 0,0001),  dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga di Kampung Biru. Sedangkan variabel sikap tidak ada hubungan dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga di Kampung Biru. Diharapkan instansi terkait dapat lebih aktif mengawasi dan memberikan sanksi tegas terhadap masyarakat yang melanggar sesuai peraturan daerah yang berlaku agar menimbulkan efek jera, sehingga tercapainya pengelolaan sampah yang baik sesuai Perda Nomor 21 Tahun 2011. Kata-kata kunci: Pengetahuan, sikap, sarana, prasarana, peraturan, sampah  ABSTRACT                              Waste management is an effort to reduce and handle waste. The city of Banjarmasin has a population of 2017 as many as 692,793 people and has increased the population in 2018 to 700,869 people which means that the amount of waste produced will be more and more. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, infrastructure, and regional regulations with the behavior of housewives in household waste management in Kampung Biru according to Regional Regulation No. 21 of 2011. This study uses a cross sectional design. The population in this study refers to the number of household heads in Kampung Biru with 776 households with a sample size of 89. The instruments used were questionnaire and interview, the data were analyzed by chi-square test. The results of this study indicate that the behavior of household waste management in Kampung Biru is mostly in the bad category (52.8%). The results of the analysis are related to the knowledge variable (p-value = 0.035), infrastructure (p-value = 0.0001), and local regulations (p-value = 0.0001), in the management of household waste in Kampung Biru. While the attitude variable has no relationship in household waste management in Kampung Biru. It is expected that the relevant agencies can be more active in supervising and giving strict sanctions against people who violate according to the prevailing regional regulations in order to create a deterrent effect, so that good waste management is achieved according to Regional Regulation No. 21 of 2011. Keywords: Knowledge, attitude, infrastructure, regulation, waste

Abstract

Tangki septik dan resapan merupakan bagian dari rangkaian pengolahan limbah tinja yang harus dipenuhi agar terpenuhinya syarat kualitas air pada lingkungan di sekitar. Pada penelitian ini adalah menganalisis efektifitas tripikon ditinjau dari parameter BOD dan MPN Coliform. Penelitian survey yang bersifat deskriptif yang disertai dengan pemeriksaan laboratorium untuk manganalisis kualitas air dengan parameter BOD dan MPN Coliform pada air limbah di tripikon sebanyak  5 titik sampel. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini yaitu tripikon sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kadar BOD dan MPN Coliform. Kadar BOD dan MPN Coliform diperiksa di BARISTAND Banjarbaru. Hasil yang didapat adalah bahwa kadar BOD (30 mg/L) memenuhi kadar maksimum yang diperkenankan bagi limbah domestik bagi rumah tangga sesuai Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan no 68 tahun 2016. Sedangkan Hasil pengukuran MPN Coliform pada outlet tangki yaitu 2310 mg/l jumlah per 100 ml air limbah pada saat pengambilan sampel pagi hari dan sore menjelang malam hari yaitu 2650 mg/l. Penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan tripikon memiliki efektivitas dalam penurunan kadar BOD dan MPN. Coliform terhadap kualitas air pada bantaran sungai

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit dengan banyaknya penderita, kebiasaan masyarakat yang tidak sehat ini dapat menimbulkan faktor-faktor pemicu terjadinya hipertensi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pemicu terjadinya hipertensi pada wanita usia subur. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh wanita usia subur di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Martapura Timur sebanyak 6.826 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 99 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini dengan uji statistik menggunakan uji chi-square menunjukkan ada hubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi yaitu konsumsi kopi (p-value = 0,009), dan aktivitas fisik menggunakan uji fisher exact (p-value = 0,010), sedangkan yang tidak ada hubungan yaitu obesitas yang diuji menggunakan chi-square (p-value = 0, 121). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada wanita usia subur di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Martapura Timur yaitu konsumsi kopi dan aktivitas fisik, sedangkan yang tidak berhubungan yaitu obesitas

Abstract

Noodles are the second most consumed staple food in Asia after rice. Excessive consumption of noodles has a negative impact on health. Based on data, the consumption of instant noodles by Indonesian people is the second largest in the world after China. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to increase knowledge related to healthy food and how to make healthy food with vegetables and fruits, especially noodles based on vegetables and fruits. In addition, this activity also aims to increase fruit and vegetable consumption patterns for children who have difficulty eating vegetables and fruits in this case is a new innovation product, namely noodles made from fruit and vegetables for representatives of each cadre in the Kelayan Timur Health Center work area of ​​Banjarmasin City. The method used in this Community Service is a demonstration. A total of 10 representatives of active posyandu cadres became participants involved in this activity from beginning to end. The results of the community service activity were that all participants were enthusiastic in implementing the activity and this activity was carried out pre and post tests so that they could find out the impact of consuming instant noodles on children and partners could have the skills to make rainbow noodles made from vegetables and fruits. The conclusion of this activity is that partners experience increased knowledge and skills in making healthy noodles for consumption by families and can be developed as a business.

Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is our effort to create a healthy and safe work environment, so that it can reduce the probability of work accidents / diseases due to negligence that result in demotivation and deficiencies in work productivity. This study aims to determine the supervision of the use of PPE in workers at PT. Sinar Alam Duta Perdana II  in 2024. This type of research uses a quantitative research method. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique based on characteristics, namely field workers with a sample size of 40 people using a questionnaire measuring instrument, data analysis using the chi square test, the results of the statistical test show that there is a relationship between supervision (p-value = 0.034) and no relationship between training (p-value = 0.059) with compliance with the use of PPE at PT. Sinar Alam Duta Perdana II  in 2024, There is no relationship between motivation (p-value = 0.0721) with compliance with the use of PPE at PT. Sinar Alam Duta Perdana II  in 2024. For the Company, it is recommended to increase supervision of the use of PPE by workers.

Abstract

Gambut Village, Banjar Regency, the average person works as a farmer. This of course makes Peat Village get the slogan "Kindai Limpuar" which generates a lot of moneyWaste Waste - Rice residue or what we commonly call rice husks. With the result of rice husks thatThis abundance is one of the opportunities to improve the creative economy and also protect the environment in the community so that  there is zero waste by making charcoal which can later be traded at a fairly high price. Charcoal from Rice Husk Waste is a type of biomass that is very easy to use and utilize. The purpose of the community empowerment program in making charcoal from rice husk waste is to provide training and assistance to farmers in the Peat Village work area to process agricultural waste so that it becomes a useful product in the form of rice husk charcoal. and improve the creative economy of the people there. The method used in this service is training and assistance in making charcoal from rice husk waste. The result of this service activity is a bracket product / husk charcoal derived from rice husk which is expected from this product, one of which can reduce the rate of environmental pollution due to careless disposal of husk waste in the area so that from this community service activity from counseling and training to peatland farmers can have a positive impact. The training that has been carried out can increase farmers' knowledge and skills in utilizing rice waste to be processed into husk charcoal.  Rice husk agricultural waste, which was previously considered a problem, becomes useful after good and correct management. Farmers' dependence on chemical fertilizers can be slightly reduced.
