Abstract

Air Terjun Tunan merupakan salah satu potensi alam Sulawesi Utara yang mempunyai pemandangan menakjubkan, berlokasi di Desa Talawaan, Minahasa Utara. Air Terjun Tunan adalah obyek wisata yang potensial, namun kurang mendapatperhatian dari pemerintah daerah, sehingga ada beberapa masalah yang menjadi kendaladalam pengembangan obyek wisata Air Terjun Tunan. Dengan adanya permasalahantersebut, maka peneliti ingin menganalisis lebih jauh tentang strategi pengembangan obyek wisata Air Terjun Tunan, agar dapat memperbaiki keadaan di lokasi obyek wisata tersebut. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian inidilakukan melalui beberapa cara, yaitu: wawancara (depth-interview), observasi,dokumentasi. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini ditentukan secara purposive, yaituinforman kunci yang dianggap paling mengetahui situasi di lokasi wisata. LuaranPenelitian terdiri dari Tiga bagian yaitu laporan akhir penelitian, Jurnal Publikasi memiliki ISSN dan HKI. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara maka diperoleh informasi tentang kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dimiliki oleh obyek wisata Air Terjun Tunan. Dalam penelitian ini, informan memaparkan beberapastrategi dalam pengembangan obyek wisata Air Terjun Tunan sesuai analisis SWOTyakni dengan melihat matriks informasi geografi pariwisata dengan menghasilkan empat alternatif strategi yaitu analisis strategi SO (Strength and Opportunities), analisisstrategi WO (Weaknesses and Opportunities), analisis strategi ST (Strength and Treats)dan analisis Strategi WT (Weaknesses and Treats).Air Terjun Tunan merupakan salah satu potensi alam Sulawesi Utara yang mempunyai pemandangan menakjubkan, berlokasi di Desa Talawaan, Minahasa Utara. Abstract

Stocks Investing is not someting common today, this supported by increasingly rapid development of technology. People can get data anywhere at any time, we can even transact stock using smartphone. this study aims: To find out how the influence of investment motivation on the interest in investing in stocks in the capital market of students of the Business Management Study Program, Departemen of Business Administration, Manado State of Polytechnic. to find out how the influence of knowledge of stock investment and the motivation of investing in stocks on students are interest in investing in the capital market of study program students business management, Departemen of Business Administration, Manado State of Polytechnic. the population in this study are some of the students in the Business Management Study Program. So the author takes a sample of all final semester students in Business Management Study Program. The data used in this study are primary data, so the researcher will collect the data using a quistionnaire. The collected data will be analyzed using statistics to test the hypotesis that has been proposed. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis using computer assistance with the SPSS program. Through this research, it is hoped that the research objectives will be answered, with knowledge gained from attending a practical course on portfolio investment and being motivated by investment motivation to spur student interest in investing in stocks. From the correlation analysis, it is known that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variable investement knowledge and investemen interest with a strong relationship category. Likewise, with the investment motivation variabel, there is a positive and significant relationship between investment motivation and investmen interest with a strong category of investmen interest . From the hypothesis test, it is known that all hypoteses are accepted by emperical evidence that the t-value is greater than t-table.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is how the effect of utilizing coconut shell waste into coconut shell charcoal on the welfare of the community in Kalongan Village, Talaud Island Tegency. The Type of research conducted by the current researcher is quantitive research which aims to test the established hypotesis. The research location is ini Kalongan Village, Kalongan sub-district, Talaud archipelago district. The population in this study is the village community of kalongan the authors only took 30 samples from people who made use of shell waste into shell charcoal. The data used in this study is primary data so the researcher will take data using a quistionnaire. The Collected data will be analyzed using statistics to the test the proposed hypothesis. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis using computer assistance with the SPSS program. From the results of the analysis, it is found that use of shells into shell charcoal had a positive effect on the welfare of the community, this is evidenced by the t-count value of 7.112 while the t-table is 2.048 and the significance value is 0.05. in this case t-count > from t-table 7.112> 2.048. it can be interpreted that the hypothesis is accepted by proving the figure above that t-count is greater than t-table. in other words, the utilization of shell waste into shell charcola have an effect in people's welfare.

Abstract

Empowerment is one of the development approaches in improving people's welfare. Economic empowerment through community service activities in the PKK group in Malalayang Dua subdistrict aims to motivate them to be creative in using materials that are no longer useful, especially banana peels to make crackers. Bananas are a fruit that has many benefits. Banana peels also contain sufficient nutritional content and also serotonin which is very vital for balancing mood. Through this community service activity, the Malalayang Dua Village PKK group will receive training on making crackers from banana peels so that unused banana peel waste can be reused and will have selling value if it continues to be developed. The aim of this activity is to provide an understanding of the use of banana peel waste into products that have value through training in making crackers using banana peel as the raw material.

Abstract

The human resources will improve employee performance and support the achievement of organizational goals, however there are several elements that can influence employee performance, one of which is work stress. The purpose of this research is to determine the environment and organization of PT Bank Sulut Go Main Branch, how work stress affects employee performance, and how to implement a supportive work environment. Data collection techniques are observation and questionnaires. This research uses quantitative research methods with simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The data processing tool uses the SPSS application. The sampling technique was carried out by census. The research was conducted at PT Bank Sulut Go Main Branch with a sample size of 35 employees. The source and type of data used is primary data. The results of the analysis show that work stress influences the performance of PT Bank Sulut Go Main Branch employees. This means that if employee work stress increases, employee performance will also increase, and vice versa. The stress caused by this workload can actually increase employee work results.
