Abstract

This research aims to analyze the content of character values ​​and fitness elements in the traditional games Tutor Gala and Aco in the Kedurang community, South Bengkulu. The research was conducted using a qualitative case study type method. Data was collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques and analyzed using an interactive model. The research results are that the traditional Tutor Gala and Aco games contain many values/characteristics, especially sportsmanship, honesty, discipline, cooperation, democracy, and hard work. Of these existing values, one of the most dominant values ​​is the value of collaboration. Next are the values ​​of sportsmanship, honesty, discipline, democracy, and hard work. The traditional games Tutor Gala and Aco are two traditional games that contain many fitness elements, namely endurance, speed, agility, and coordination. In conclusion, of the four fitness elements in the conventional games Tutor Gala and Aco, the most dominant aspects are speed, endurance, agility, and coordination. Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the level of physical fitness of members of the Central Java Regional Police Headquarters who are in charge of staff and operations in the 12-minute running, pull-up or chinning, sit-up, push, and shuttle run test components. This research uses a qualitative approach method. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis stage uses qualitative analysis, including data collection, reduction, delivery, and conclusions. The results of the research show the level of physical fitness of members of the National Police at the Central Java Regional Police Headquarters who served in staff and operations for the period 2019 to 2019. 2023 received an overall score of 53.88 in the Fair (C) category; 2 (two) factors influence the level of physical fitness, namely internal and external factors. There is a relationship between physical fitness and performance level. Conclusion: The level of physical fitness of members of the National Police at the Central Java Regional Police Headquarters who served in staff and operations from 2019 to 2019. 2023 received an overall score of 53.88 in the Fair (C) category. Abstract

This research aims to determine the contribution of teacher competence to physical education performance in the city of Purworejo. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational descriptive method. The sample consisted of 31 teachers consisting of 21 physical education teachers and 10 school principals. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, and documentation with data analysis techniques using normality tests, linearity tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests. The results show that the contribution of pedagogical competence to the performance of physical education teachers in Purworejo City is 68.1%, the contribution of personality competence is 40.4%, the contribution of professional competence is 57.6%, and the contribution of social competence is 15.2%. In conclusion, of the four teacher competencies, the highest contribution is pedagogical competence to the performance of junior high school physical education teachers in Purworejo City at 68.1% and the lowest is social competence to the performance of junior high school physical education teachers in Purworejo City at 15.2%.
