Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Alor Regency Government Policy, East Nusa Tenggara about Guidance, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, competition, and funding for soccer sports as priority sports. This research method uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic design. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Research subjects of the DPRD, KONI, Dispora, trainers, sports teachers, and athletes. Data analysis techniques: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. Research result: Implementation of government policies regarding achievement coaching is regulated in the Regional Regulations and Regent Regulations, Government policies regarding licensed trainer human resources have not been programmed, Government policies regarding facilities and infrastructure have not all been fulfilled, Local government policies regarding the organization of competition have not been maximized, Government policies regarding funding are in accordance with RKA-SKPD and government grants sourced from the APBD. The conclusions of the research on the Policy Implementation of Alor Regency Government, East Nusa Tenggara regarding the Development of Football Sports as Priority Sports have not been following the Regional Regulations and Regent Regulations with funding constraints adjusted to the regional budget.

Abstract

Success in a learning process cannot be separated from the good role and the learning methods used. Educators need to create a pleasant atmosphere so that learning goes as expected. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the differences between inquiry learning methods and directly on student handball learning outcomes at Public Senior High School 8 Semarang, evaluating the differences between high and low levels of intelligence quotient on student handball learning outcomes at Public Senior High School 8 Semarang, and evaluating the interaction between learning methods and intelligence quotient on student handball learning outcomes at Public Senior High School 8 Semarang. This study used an experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design. The subjects in this study were students of class X at Public Senior High School 8 Semarang. This study uses to test and measurement techniques. The instruments used the intelligence quotient test and handball basic ability test. The data analysis technique used two-way Anova statistics, and hypothesis testing with the calculation of the F-test at a significant level of 5%. The results of the study were the distribution of handball learning outcomes of class X students at Public Senior High School 8 Semarang with the inquiry learning method in groups with high intelligence quotient amounting to 73.3% categorized as good, 20% categorized as good enough, and equal to 6.7% categorized as very good. The distribution of handball learning outcomes of class X students at Public Senior High School 8 Semarang with the inquiry learning method in groups with low intelligence quotient is 73.3% categorized as good, and 13.3% categorized as very good and quite good.

Abstract

This research is motivated by issuing the National Education System Law and the Lecturer Teacher Law regulating the teacher certification program, which allegedly impacts teacher performance to be more professional. This type of research is qualitative research to produce spoken or written words. Data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. Primary data were 10 certified Physical Education, Sport and Health (PESH) teachers, while secondary data resulted from observations, questionnaires, PTK, certificates and lesson plans. Naturalistic data analysis according to actual situations in the field. The results showed the performance of most 10 certified PESH teachers, with 4 competencies indicators still need improvement on 2 competencies, namely Pedagogic and Professional. Meanwhile, Personality and Social competences are in good category. Factors affecting performance based on normative commitment need to be improved, while the physical work environment conditions need improvement in school facilities, infrastructure and facilities. The welfare conditions of the 10 PESH teachers were categorized as quite prosperous financially. The conclusion of this research requires several inputs, including: PESH teachers should prepare lesson plans according to the conditions of each school. PESH teachers make scientific papers without waiting for promotion and archive properly. PESH teachers need to involve ICT during the learning process. PESH teachers remain in a lifelong learning attitude. The supervision carried out needs to involve an expert in PESH subject. The Regional Education Office should continue to hold training seminars to increase the knowledge of PESH teachers.

Abstract

Occupational safety is very important, especially in recreational sports because the implementation of recreational sports has a high risk, as well as at the pikatan water park. The purpose of this study was to analyze occupational safety in the recreational sports attractive of Pikatan Water Park, in terms of human resources and infrastructure aspects. This type of research is qualitative. Respondents in this study were 2 managers, 2 employees, 3 operators and 28 visitors in two aspects of research, namely human resources aspects and infrastructure aspects. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, and document tracing. Data management for the results obtained using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study were for occupational safety in the recreational sport rides of Pikatan Water Park, Temanggung Regency, in terms of human resources, from 7 sub-aspects of the research, 6 sub-aspects were standardized. From the aspect of facilities and infrastructure, it was found that from 4 sub-aspects of the study there were 3 indicators in 3 sub-aspects that needed to be standardized. The Conclusion Research on occupational safety inrecreational sports water park has generally been met, but in terms of resources, it is necessary to meet employee performance appraisal standards. From the aspect of facilities and infrastructure, it is necessary to improve the physical condition of the rides and the need to fulfill the indicators for the prohibition of people with infectious diseases in the recreational area of the Pikatan Water Park.

Abstract

The purposes of the research are to develop a website-based archery competition scoring system and analyze the effectiveness of a website-based archery competition scoring system. This research is research development or Research and Development (R & D). The research method used is a research and development (R & D) scoring system for web-based archery competition results. The types of data in this research are quantitative data and qualitative data, quantitative data in the form of evaluation results of archery experts, technology experts and users of scoring systems, qualitative data in the form of observations. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis in the form of percentages. The results of this study are the product of a website-based archery competition scoring system product and a scorer application to enter scores into an android-based scoring system. The results of data analysis on the average score of expert assessment in trial 1 (one) was 74.6% and the results of data analysis on average score of expert assessment in trial 2 (two) was 88.2%. The results of data analysis from users of the scoring system related to the effectiveness of using the product of the scoring system were 87.2%. Conclusion, this research produces a website-based archery competition scoring system that is more effective in processing and presenting the results of archery competition scores.

Abstract

Those problems are the training program is not textual, the funding is limited, and the facilities and infrastructure are not complete.The objectives of this research are to analyze: 1) the antecedent ofthe archery achievement development; 2) the transaction of the archery achievement development; 3) the outcome of archery achievement development. This research employs qualitative approach and applies evaluation model, namely antecedent, transaction, and outcome. The sources of the research data are administrators, coaches, athletes, and documentation in the form of coachinglicenses and data of thePerpani’s administrators. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. These data were analysed using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the antecedent evaluation on the archery achievement development showed that: 1) the training program arrangement was made textually,the success of the program had not been fulfilled; and 2) the organizational structure was carried out according to the duties and responsibilities. The transaction evaluation showed that: 1) the enrolment of the athletes was carried out without any selection; 2) the coaches were appointed by the administrators,; 3) the source of funds came from KONI, sponsorships, and parents of the athletes; 4) the availability of infrastructure is still limited. The outcome evaluation showed that the Perpani Pati's achievement is at the national level, the Kudus's achievement isat the national open championships, the Jepara's achievement is atthe national championships, and the Grobogan's achievement is at the international championship. It can be concluded that the facilities and infrastructure needs to get renewed.

Abstract

Research background Several obstacles to studying PE during the COVID-19 pandemic must be resolved promptly. The research objectives : (1) analyse the antecedents of PE learning during the Covid-19 pandemic; (2) analyse PE learning transactions during the Covid-19 pandemic; and (3) analyse PE learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic at Gayamsari District State Elementary Schools. Qualitative research, descriptive research design with evaluation of the Stake model: Antecedent, Transaction, and Outcomes. The data were collected from school principals, PE teachers, student guardians, and elementary students in the Gayamsari sub-district. Observation, interview, and documentation are all methods of data collection. Triangulation of sources and techniques is a technique for data validation. The data were qualitatively examined using the following steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drafting. The results of this study (1) Antencendent related to online PE learning planning was made by all teachers, including PE teachers. The implementation of PE learning during the COVID-19 pandemic is carried out online. (2) Transactions of online PE learning are carried out for only 1 hour of learning and the infrastructure used is the result of student modifications made at home (3) Outcomes of online PE learning in practice students become creative and independent in doing learning at home by making modification tools. The average student scores above the Minimum Completeness Criteria. The conclusion was that PE online learning was well-planned in terms of content and implementation. Continuous evaluations enable difficulties to be addressed and online PE learning to run successfully.

Abstract

Character education is necessary for understanding values as a way of thinking and behaving well toward oneself, family, and the environment, particularly for middle school students. This study aims to investigate the impact of gobak sodor on the character development of junior high school students in the Weru Cirebon District. This research methodology is qualitative. This study used school principals, PE teachers, and junior high school students from Weru District, Cirebon Province, as data sources. Among the methods of data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validation technique is source and technique triangulation. The obtained data was qualitatively analyzed using the following steps: (1) data collection; (2) data reduction; (3) data presentation; and (4) conclusion drawing. This study's findings are the gobak sodor game with religious value indicators. Among the 86 respondents, 45 percent (39 students) said they always pray before starting to study. The democratic value indicator is 67.4% of all respondents who always hold democratic discussions in the playgroup selection process. The value indicator for students appreciating the performance on aspects where they do not mock the losing team is 38.4% with a Yes answer. Conclude that playing the traditional gobak sodor game may contribute to the character development of junior high school students in the Weru District of the Cirebon Regency.
