Flood is one of the climate change phenomenon that often occurs in Karawang. Flood impact very big lossto the district community, mostly working in agriculture. The aim of this research is to analyze the extent ofdamage Citarum Upstream, analyzing the level of danger of flood in Karawang, and analyze thevulnerability of farmers in areas with high flood hazard. The method used in this research is the analysis ofthe level of damage Citarum upstream, analyzes the level of flood hazards and vulnerability analysis. Resultsfrom this study indicate the condition of Citarum upstream in rather bad condition, causing flooding in areasdownstream. Area in Karawang regency which has a high level of flood danger, namely the District WestTelukjambe, East Telukjambe, and District Jayakerta. Farmers in the village Karangligar susceptibilitylevels higher than the farmers in the village of Ciptamarga which is also an area with a high level of hazardof flooding. Suggestions for the solution of this research is the need to repair Citarum not only technicallybut also institutionally, the need to improve infrastructure, particularly irrigation facilities were damaged,and the need for agricultural insurance to farmers who experienced crop failure caused by flooding.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk memberikan ilmu pengetahuan bagi para anak-anak dan pemuda dalam pengenalan dan penggunaan Microsoft Office Word guna meningkatkan keterampilan diri baik menuju jenjang perkuliahan maupun dunia kerja. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan diantaranya pengenalan software Microsoft Office Word, praktek dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office Word dan terakhir sesi tanya jawab Kegiatan pelatihan sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni tahun 2024 dan ditujukan untuk para anak-anak yang bersekolah tingkat SD hingga SMA dan pemuda Kebun Tuli Yotoro, Sentani, Kabupaten Jayapura, serta melibatkan Samdhana Institut, dosen FMIPA dan Fakultas Teknik, dosen Universitas Ottow Geissler Papua, mahasiswa/i FMIPA Uncen.

Abstract: here has been no evaluation related to the level of public satisfaction with the construction of roads in the Bhayangkara Permai (Polda) Buper Waena housing complex RT 005 RW 001, Waena Village, Heram District, Jayapura City. This study aims to determine the level of public satisfaction with the construction of roads in the Bhayangkara Permai (Polda) Buper Waena housing complex, Waena Village, Heram District, Jayapura City. Data collection using saturated sampling techniques to 20 respondents who live in the Bhayangkara Permai (Polda) Buper Waena housing complex RT 005 RW 001, Waena Village, Heram District, Jayapura City. The research variables were compiled using the Kanzei method which was adjusted to the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) variable of the Kepmen PAN Number 25 of 2004. The measurement results obtained the overall service element was very satisfied with an average of 3,575. Based on the results obtained, "Friendliness of officers involved in road construction" obtained the lowest average satisfaction value (ranking 1) with an average value of service elements of 3.45 on a scale of 1 to 4. While "Responsibility of officers in carrying out road construction" has the highest average satisfaction value (ranking 10). In order for public satisfaction to increase further, the government should carry out regular maintenance on the roads that have been built. In addition, continue the construction of roads in each alley and drainage in the Bhayangkara Permai (Polda) housing complex, Buper Waena, Waena Village, Heram District, Jayapura City.Keywords: Kanzei, Buper Waena, road construction

Among teenagers, the case of illegal racing is a phenomenon that often occurs. Illegal racing is an activity to compete with speed either by motorbike or by car which is carried out on public streets. The perpetrators of illegal racing are usually teenagers. They have a reason because of the lack of a place to channel their hobbies. So, they prefer to do it on the highway. Since the advent of the automotive trend among teenagers, many teenagers prefer to keep themselves busy with automotive hobbies, especially motorcycles, rather than doing brawls that are detrimental to society. But this hobby is also often misused. For example, for teenagers who have a hobby of drag racing, they often use public roads to carry out racing actions. In fact, there are also many teenagers with similar hobbies who use official racing arenas or what are commonly called circuits to channel their drag racing hobbies.

Educational equity in Indonesia still faces significant challenges, particularly regarding quality and access disparities between urban and rural areas. This study employs a literature review method to analyse the government's strategies in reducing these disparities through two main approaches: teacher redistribution and digital infrastructure improvement. The findings indicate that teacher redistribution programmes, such as the Frontline Teachers programme and the placement of civil servant teachers (PNS/PPPK), have improved the teacher-student ratio and brought qualified educators to remote areas. Meanwhile, strengthening digital infrastructure through the Palapa Ring project, school digitisation, and the provision of technological devices have opened up more equitable access to online learning. However, the implementation of these two efforts still faces challenges such as teacher resistance to placement in remote areas, limited supporting facilities, low digital literacy, and limitations in basic infrastructure such as electricity and internet connectivity. This study concludes that the success of educational equity requires integrated policy synergy, local government involvement, and support from various stakeholders to ensure the sustainability of the programme.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak positif dan dampak negatif kondisi hutan sagu sebelum dan sesudah dibangunnya jalan altenatif di Kampung Nendali, Kampung Asei Besar dan Asei Kecil dalam kurun waktu 7 tahun pada tahun 2015 dan tahun 2022,. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisa kualitatif yang didukung dengan data kuantitatif dengan bentuk penyajian deskriptif berdasarkan data-data hasil survey data primer yang didukung oleh data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sebelum dibangun jalan alternatif yakni pada tahun 2015 besar luasan hutan sagu adalah 235,751 ha dan pada akhir tahun 2022 adalah sebesar 35.106 hal ini menunjukkan alih fungsi lahan menjadi permukiman, jalan dan perkebunan adalah sekitar 200,645 ha pada tahun 2022. Pembangunan jalan alternatif memiliki dampak positif yaitu memudahkan aksesibilitas masyarakat, namun disamping itu ada juga dampak negatif yaitu banyaknya alih fungsi lahan hutan sagu yang menyebabkan masyarakat kehilangan sumber kehidupan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di setiap sekolah yang ada di Distrik Muara Tami Kota Jayapura. Penelitian dilakukan dengan survey dan observasi ke setiap sekolah yang ada di Distrik Muara Tami. Dimana ada 10 sekolah SD, 2 sekolah SMP, dan 2 sekolah SMA ynag terdiri dari 1 SMA dan 1 SMK. Hasil menunjukan kondisi eksisting sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang ada pada Distrik Muara Tami 14 unit sekolah untuk melayani 2.860 jiwa siswa/i yang terdiri dari Sekolah Dasar (SD), Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP), Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) maupun Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) belum memadai khususnya untuk tingkat SD, tetapi kedepan perlu adanya penambahan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan untuk setiap sekolah yang ada pada Distrik Muara Tami. Kondisi pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan pada sekolah – sekolah di Distrik Muara Tami belum berjalan dengan baik, masih terkendala pada proses pendanaan.
