Abstract

The Golden Period of a child starts from the first 1000 days of life or starts from 4 months in the womb to 2 years of age. At this time, nutritional intake and maternal health must be really considered because it determines the growth and development of children perfectly. Poor nutrition will result in the physical and brain development of children becomes inhibited.  This community service (PkM) aims to increase the literacy of mothers about the importance of the first 1000 days of life to improve the healthy lifestyle of the community. The method used in this (PkM) is the extension method. Data collection techniques through pre-test and post-test. The results (PKM) show that there are differences in counseling activities for the first 1000 days of life to improve a healthy lifestyle

Abstract

The beautiful coral cadets of Pasir Peuteuy Village as a forum for guidance and development and empowerment in an effort to develop creative economic activities in Pasir Peuteuy Village have not been able to make a maximum contribution to the development of tree root crafts business management, so that the existence of tree root crafts businesses managed by coral members Karang Indah cadets have not been able to provide maximum results. The problems faced are: Karang Indah cadet members have not been able to develop tree root craft business management, have not been able to develop product promotion and marketing, have not been able to create interesting and contemporary handicrafts, many have do not yet understand the presence of Information Technology, there is no role from Pasir Peuteuy Village in assisting the development of tree root craft business management. The purpose of this service is to help improve the ability of Karang Indah Youth Organizations in implementing business management, making attractive tree root crafts and online marketing (e-commerce). Training methods: developing business management, making interesting and up-to-date tree root crafts, online marketing and product promotion assistance (e-commerce) and assistance from the beautiful coral youth organization to the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM in Pandeglang Regency. The results of this community service show that there is an increase in business management, members of the Karang Indah Youth Organization can create interesting and contemporary tree root crafts and can market products online (e-commerce).

Abstract

Industri kimia di Indonesia saat ini mendapati perkembangan pesat dengan munculnya banyak perusahaan yang berkompetisi secara ketat. Persaingan yang intens ini mendorong perusahaan-perusahaan kimia untuk terus berinovasi guna menciptakan produk-produk yang unggul. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memahami Dampak Pemberdayaan Karyawan dan Self-Efficacy terhadap Turnover Intention: Peran Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Faktor Mediasi (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Standar Toyo Polymer di Kota Cilegon). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Desain diarahkan guna mengkaji hubungan antar variabel serta menjelaskan mengapa hubungan tersebut ada maka studi konfirmator dan studi eksplorasi digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Variabel yang dimaksud yakni pemberdayaan karyawan serta self-efficacy sebagaimana variabel eksogen, komitmen organisasi sebagaimana variabel intervening serta turnover intention sebagai variabel endogen. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan bahwasanya Pemberdayaan Karyawan mempunyai dampak positif serta signifikan pada Komitmen Organisasi. Self Efficacy mempunyai dampak positif serta signifikan pada Komitmen Organisasi. Permberdayaan Karyawan, Self-Efficacy dan Komitmen Organisasi mempunyai dampak positif serta signifikan pada Turnover Intention. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Komitmen Organisasi mampu memediasi dampak Self Efficacy terhadap Turnover Intention.
