Abstract

ABSTRAK SMK Negeri bidang keahlian administrasi perkantoran di Kota Surabaya memiliki Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK). BKK memberikan bimbingan karir dan bimbingan soft skill kepada siswa. Selain itu BKK juga memberikan pelatihan dalam mencari pekerjaan kepada siswa dan memberikan informasi pasar kerja kepada lulusannya agar lulusan mudah diterima di dunia kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kinerja BKK SMK Negeri bidang keahlian administrasi perkantoran di Kota Surabaya ditinjau dari dimensi input, dimensi proses, dan dimensi output. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, pengurus BKK, siswa kelas XII dan alumni di SMK Negeri bidang keahlian administrasi perkantoran di Kota Surabaya yang terdiri dari SMKN 1, SMKN 4 dan SMKN 10 Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian evaluatif dengan menggunakan model discrepancy. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk menganalisis data kualitatif. Untuk menganalisis data kuantitatif penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan persentase discrepancy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja BKK SMK Negeri bidang keahlian administrasi perkantoran di Kota Surabaya masuk dalam kategori baik. Dimensi input dikategorikan baik dengan skor 17,55 dan nilai discrepancy 37,27% (discrepancy rendah). Dimensi proses dikategorikan baik dengan  skor 89,94 dan nilai discrepancy 31,32% (discrepancy rendah). Dimensi output dikategorikan baik dengan skor 22,48 dan nilai discrepancy mencapai 31,32% (discrepancy rendah). Walaupun kinerja BKK masuk dalam kategori baik, namun masih membutuhkan sedikit pembenahan di aspek-aspek tertentu pada setiap dimensi kinerja BKK. Kata kunci: evaluasi, kinerja, Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK)   ABSTRACT State vocational high school in expertise of office administration in Surabaya has School Career Services. School Career Services are offering career and counseling soft skill for students. Other than, School Career Services held a job training for students and give informations about job market  as  facilitator of graduate to get a  job. Purpose of the research was  evaluated the performances of School Career Services in state vocational high school in expertise of office administration in Surabaya that observed of  input, process, and output dimension. The respondent  were the headmaster, the employers of  School Career Services, the student grade three and the graduator of state vocational high school in expertise of office administration in Surabaya. They were SMKN 1, SMKN 4, and SMKN 10 Surabaya. Type of this reserch was evaluative with discrepancy model. It  used the qualitative and quantitative methods. Data collected by  documentation, interview and questionnaire. It used data reduction, data display and conclusion to analyze of qualitative data. Whereas,  to analyze quantitative data, it used descriptive statistics and discrepancy percentage. The result showed that the performances of  School Career Services in state vocational high school in expertise of office administration in Surabaya  were good category. The score of Input dimension was 17,55, value of discrepancy was  37,27% (low descrepancy). Process dimention was good category. The score was 89,94, value of discrepancy 31,32% (low disscrepancy). Output dimention was good category. The score was  22,48, value of discrepancy 31.32% (low discrepancy). Although the performances of School Career Services was good category, however in next programs its still need a few repairing in certain aspects of each employers performance of School Career Services. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan guru PAI dalam menilai sikap siswa kelas XIoleh guruSMK di Purworejo. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru SMK yang telah melaksanakan kurikulum 2013 yang terdiri dari dua guru kelas XI.Instrumen penelitian ini adalah peneliti yang didukung dengan pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua guru menulis instrumen asesmennya seperti buku guru kurikulum 2013. Guru menggunakan teknik observasi tanpa instrumen saat melakukan asesmen. Mereka berpendapat bahwa menilai sikap dengan menggunakan instrumen sulit dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Laporan penilaian ditulis dengan menggunakan aplikasi microsoftt excel. Aplikasi Microsoft excel akan secara otomatis membuat deskripsi siswa ketika guru menyerahkan laporan penilaian mereka.

Abstract

This research is based on the results of  initial observations of  economic teachers who showed that economic teacher performance is not optimal. It can be seen from the teachers who are less loyal in his duties  because of  the low rewards or compensation provided by the school, as well as to obey the teacher’s discipline at the school is still lacking. This study aims to deter-mine influence compensation and the teacher work discipline on the performance of  economic teacher partiallyer simultaneously. This study involves a sample of  40 economic teacher. This research type is quantitative correlation approach. The method of  data collection by question-naire method. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive percentage analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of  regression analysis shows that there is a partial influence of  the compensation on the economic teacher performance at 18,40%, there is a partial effect between the teacher work discipline on the economic teacher performance at 47,47%, there is simultaneous influence among compensation and teacher work discipline on the economic teacher performance at 57,10%. The conclusion partially and simultaneously compensation and teacher work discipline influence on the performance of  teacher.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the development of effective technology-based adaptive learning modules to support the learning of students with special needs in the context of inclusive education. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this study identifies, evaluates and interprets evidence from previous research related to the development of adaptive modules. The results show that educational technology, particularly adaptive learning modules, has an important role in improving access and quality of education for students with special needs. The results show that educational technology, particularly adaptive learning modules, has an important role in improving access to and quality of education for students with special needs. Adaptive modules allow for the customization of learning materials, methods and pace according to students' individual needs, which can improve their learning effectiveness and learning outcomes. This training can improve teachers' understanding of interventions for students with special needs and help them design adaptive learning services. It is hoped that the results of this study can make a significant contribution to the development of inclusive education in Indonesia and improve the quality of education for students with special needs through the use of adaptive technology

Abstract

The myth of dietary taboos in Indonesia is still a problem because there are still many foods that should be consumed but are prohibited. The basis of food habits is characterized in a person's value system in choosing foods that can be consumed and should not be consumed. The value system is based on religious sources and belief in God, customs that come from ancestors. This study aims to identify the myths of dietary taboos for pregnant women in Kedungwringin Village, Jatilawang District, Banyumas Regency. This study uses a descriptive culture studies method using an anthropological approach that does not require scientific proof. Data collection techniques used in this study using interview, observation, recording and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses descriptive - analytical, which describes the existing data so that it becomes clear. This research was conducted in Kedungwringin Village, Jatilawang District, Banyumas Regency. The subjects in this study were residents of Kedungwringin Village, Jatilawang District, Banyumas Regency. The object of study in this study is the myth of food taboos for pregnant women. The myth of food taboos for pregnant women circulating in the village of Kedungwringin, Jatilawang District, Banyumas Regency is that pregnant women should not eat shrimp, catfish, soy leaf vegetables, attached bananas, cold water / ice because they are believed to have a bad impact on the baby they are carrying. This research on the myth of dietary taboos for pregnant women in the village of Kedungwringin, Jatilawang District, Banyumas Regency was studied using Roland Barthers' semiotic theory which was seen from the denotative and connotative meanings.

Abstract

Language development for early childhood is important to make it easier for children to interact with people around them. The purpose of this research is to identify the development of language skills in early childhood through learning fairy tales. This research was conducted at RA Diponegoro Adisara, Jatilawang District, Banyumas Regency. Subjects in the study amounted to 30 children consisting of 15 boys and 15 girls. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and concluding. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that learning fairy tales in Indonesian literature is an effective way to develop early childhood language skills. Storytelling learning has great benefits in language development in early childhood. In this lesson, children can learn through interesting stories that come from the nation's traditions and culture. Some of the benefits of learning storytelling for language development in early childhood include: increasing language intelligence, training memory sharpness, honing speaking skills, adding new vocabulary, and teaching emotional and social intelligence. Therefore, teaching storytelling can support communication and language development in early childhood in a fun and effective way.

Abstract

Fenomena interaksi atau model “pembacaan” masyarakat muslim terhadap al-Qur’an dalam ruang sosial ternyata sangat dinamis dan variatif. Salah satunya dalam tradisi Rebo Wekasan di Desa Pakuncen Kecamatan Selomerto Kabupaten Wonosobo. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa yang dimaksud dengan tradisi Rebo Wekasan dan bagaimana praktik tradisi Rebo Wekasan di desa pakuncen, serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana tradisi Rebo Wekasan dilihat dari sudut pandang kajian living qur’an di Desa Pakuncen Kecamatan Selomerto Kabupaten Wonosobo. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi, artikel menunjukkan bahwa dalam Studi living Qur’an, tradisi Rebo Wekasan dipandang sebagai hasil penafsiran masyarakat atau dengan kata lain respons masyarakat terhadap al-Qur’an. Fenomena yang terdapat dalam tradisi Rebo Wekasan seperti: pembacaan surat-surat al-Qur’an dan tulisan ayat al-Qur’an dalam tradisi Rebo Wekasan merupakan hasil dari pemahaman masyarakat Desa Pakuncen atas fungsi al-Qur’an yang menurut mereka al-Qur’an mempunyai kekuatan magis. Yakni dengan menggunakan surat-surat tertentu dalam al-Qur’an dan menulis potongan ayat-ayat al-Qur’an dalam bentuk rajah/wifiq bisa menyelamatkan mereka dari dari bencana dan keburukan-keburukan yang tidak diharapakan.

Abstract

Background of the study: The development of information technology requires postgraduate students to have digital literacy to support academic and research activities. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the role of Malang State University Library in improving the digital literacy of postgraduate students Method: Descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation. Findings: The results show that the library plays an active role in providing access to digital resources such as electronic journals, e-books, and academic databases. Training programs on the use of reference software and literature search techniques can be organized. Digital reference and consultation services strengthen the library's technical support. Challenges include limited resources, low student participation, and lack of digitally competent librarians. Conclusion: Technology-based service innovation, AI utilization, and collaboration with external partners are needed. The findings of this study confirm the importance of innovative and collaborative library strategies in supporting digital literacy in higher education. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran Perpustakaan Universitas Negeri Malang dalam meningkatkan literasi digital mahasiswa pascasarjana Metode: Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan berperan aktif menyediakan akses ke sumber daya digital seperti jurnal elektronik, e-book, dan basis data akademik. Program pelatihan pemanfaatan perangkat lunak referensi dan teknik pencarian literatur dapat diselenggarakan. Layanan referensi digital dan konsultasi memperkuat dukungan teknis perpustakaan. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya, partisipasi mahasiswa yang rendah, serta kurangnya pustakawan berkompetensi digital. Kesimpulan:  Inovasi layanan berbasis teknologi, pemanfaatan AI, dan kolaborasi dengan mitra eksternal sangat dibutuhkan. Temuan studi ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi perpustakaan yang inovatif dan kolaboratif dalam mendukung literasi digital di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of Corporate Governance, Profitability, Leverage, and Technological Innovation Mechanisms on Sustainability Reporting in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study is 17 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019 – 2023 period. Sample determination using purposive sampling. Testing using Eviews media 12. Data collection uses secondary data. The results of the study show that the variables of the corporate governance mechanism proxied with CGPI, profitability, and technological innovation have a positive effect on sustainability reporting. Meanwhile, leverage in this study has a negative effect on sustainability reporting.
