Abstract

Entrepreneurship content learning in vocational education plays a strategic role in addressing the persistent issue of low student well-being in Indonesia. Well-being represents a multidimensional construct that includes psychological resilience, social integration, and financial independence, all of which are essential for preparing students to enter the labor market with confidence. The study employed a qualitative approach with a prospective case study design conducted in the Tourism Department of SMKN 1 Pacet, Cianjur, during September 2024. Data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation of entrepreneurial learning activities. Findings demonstrated that entrepreneurship content learning strengthened psychological well-being by increasing self-confidence, motivation, and adaptability. Social well-being was enhanced through improved collaboration, empathy, and communication skills, while financial well-being developed through students’ ability to apply entrepreneurial knowledge in generating income. The conclusion confirms that entrepreneurship content learning contributes significantly to advancing vocational education by simultaneously fostering employability skills and promoting comprehensive student well-being. The contribution of the study lies in providing empirical evidence that entrepreneurship-oriented curricula support not only professional competence but also sustainable educational development.

Abstract

Roti Karya Mandiri di Klaten merupakan sebuah usaha yang bergerak dibidang makanan. Beberapa produk yang dihasilkan oleh Roti Karya Mandiri yaitu roti selai, bolu gulung, roti mandarin, roti bangketan, jajanan pasar, dan masih banyak yang lainnya. Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya perencanaan dalam pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku, yang menyebabkan terjadinya penumpukan stok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk efisiensi biaya persediaan bahan baku tepung terigu dan gula dengan menggunakan metode Material Requirement Panning (MRP) sebagai upaya perbaikan perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku agar lebih tepat waktu dan sesuai kebutuhan produksi. Metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) terdiri dari teknik Lot For Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), dan Period Order Quantity (POQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total biaya persediaan bahan baku berdasarkan kebijakan pemilik Roti Karya Mandiri di Klaten sebesar Rp 2.595.825,00 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan perhitungan menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP). Total biaya persediaan bahan baku dengan teknik Lot For Lot (LFL) sebesar Rp 1.550.250,00, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) sebesar Rp 2.172.105,00, dan Period Order Quantity (POQ) sebesar Rp 1.550.250,00. Dengan demikian hasil perhitungan total biaya persediaan bahan baku menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) dapat mengefisienkan biaya persediaan bahan baku, terutama menggunakan teknik Lot For Lot (LFL) dan Period Order Quantity (POQ).

Abstract

The German vocational education system has developed steadily over centuries and is recognized as a global reference in providing vocational education. This study compares the agricultural curriculum with agronomy concentration in vocational high schools in Indonesia with the vocational education system in Germany. The study is expected to be able to offer strategic recommendations for the development of agricultural vocational education in Indonesia, provide strategic insights for the development of a more relevant agricultural vocational high school curriculum, and be able to create promising career opportunities in agriculture. This study uses a qualitative approach with a content analysis design on the documents that are the primary analysis sources. The results show that Germany excels in integrating theory, practice, technology, and industry involvement through an intensive Duale Ausbildung system. The longer duration of education and the use of advanced technologies such as smart farming make Germany more prepared to face the industrial era 4.0. In contrast, Indonesia is starting to move towards innovation with a project-based learning approach, but industry involvement and recognition of competency certification are still limited. The study's conclusion shows that although the Indonesian agronomy curriculum has approached international standards, strengthening industrial partnerships, modern technology, and global certification recognition need to be improved to increase the competitiveness of graduates in the global market.

Abstract

This research aims to elaborate the harmony between the psychological aspects of teachers' pedagogical competence and the actual findings in the implementation of English language learning process at the Vocational High School level. This research used a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used direct observation and the research subject was the English teachet at ATPH Class 3 of SMKN 1 Pacet Cianjur. The data analysis procedures in this research were data analysis, data reduction, final interpretation, and verification. The results of the research showed that: (1) The teacher's pedagogical competence in preparing the learning process carried out by teachers in the ATPH 3 class showed the significance in accordance with the teacher's competence. This can be seen from the overall learning preparation being carried out structurally. Starting from lesson plans, games implementation, student worksheets, students’ attendance sheet and other tools. (2) The teacher's pedagogical competence when learning process took place in the ATPH class 3 showed good significance because the teacher implemented learning apperception. There was a communicative flow that increased student class engagement. However, the relevance of English language learning materials with students' interest in learning was not yet visible. (3) The teacher's pedagogical competence when implementing the reflection was good and the significance of the elements of teacher's pedagogical competence represented in the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan Machine Learning (ML) dalam mendukung pemahaman siswa SMK Pertanian di Indonesia terhadap isu perubahan iklim. Melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR), artikel-artikel relevan dikumpulkan dari basis data ERIC dan Science Direct dan dianalisis secara tematik untuk menemukan pola serta kontribusi utama dari ML dalam pembelajaran mitigasi perubahan iklim. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ML dalam kurikulum berpotensi memperkuat keterampilan analisis siswa terkait perubahan iklim, memberi wawasan praktis mengenai strategi mitigasi, dan adaptasi yang dapat diimplementasikan. Hasil ini mengindikasikan adanya dampak positif ML dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual siswa terhadap isu-isu lingkungan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa integrasi ML ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan SMK Pertanian di Indonesia bisa menjadi strategi efektif untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan perubahan iklim, sekaligus berkontribusi pada pembangunan berkelanjutan. Namun, kesenjangan penelitian masih ada terkait penerapan ML dalam pendidikan mitigasi perubahan iklim di tingkat SMK, khususnya pada konteks kurikulum berbasis kompetensi.
