Abstract

Business development and growth is the ultimate target of establishing a company. Apart from being sales data, transaction data can also be a company asset that can be used for operational management and marketing strategies. For operational purposes, transaction data that reflects customer capabilities and conditions can be used for inventory management purposes by predicting the need for raw materials to guarantee the availability of products or services within a certain period of time according to customer needs. Companies can also develop products according to customer needs and minimize unnecessary expenses resulting from excessive procurement of raw materials. For marketing purposes, transaction data can be a reference for determining demographic customer characteristics. Customer characteristics can be used as a tool to determine current customer segments and how to provide maximum service to customers. The overall condition of customers will be valuable information for companies in carrying out marketing strategies. This research will explain how to utilize sales transaction data during a certain period using qualitative methods to achieve customer satisfaction through good raw material inventory management and appropriate product and service development, creating brand awareness (customer awareness of the brand) through digital marketing (digital marketing) and customer loyalty through customer relationship management strategies in the Exist Autodetailing Yogyakarta vehicle body maintenance business.

Abstract

Maritime transportation is the backbone of the transportation system of all archipelagic countries such as Indonesia, therefore ports play a very important and strategic role. One of the functions of the port is as a transportation chain or meeting point for transportation modes which are actually played by the terminal. Daily activities in a loading and unloading company certainly require a chart or framework that contains the flow of activities including planning, organizing, mobilizing and evaluating. Seeing the urgency of the importance of managing management functions in organizations, it is necessary to study more deeply how management functions are managed in loading and unloading companies. Qualitative research method with descriptive analysis. Therefore, planning begins before the ship arrives, preparing loading and unloading equipment, operational planning meetings, permit applications, equipment preparation and field preparation. Organizing is done by managing the human resources available in the company. The implementation includes activities for handling container unloading and handling container cargo. Control is carried out by making reports which include operations per shift and reports on the realization of demolition. In conclusion, the management function carried out by PT. PBM Adipurusa has been running well.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia menjadi faktor terpenting dalam organisasi maupun perusahaan. Sumber daya manusia yang dikelola dengan baik, memberikan dampak yang positif untuk organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah Pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Pendidikan Kecamatan Delanggu Kabupaten Klaten dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebesar 35 yaitu kepala sekolah SD negeri maupun swasta, dengan metode accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja kepala sekolah. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah. Kepuasan kerja kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah. Saran dari penulis UPTD memberikan model kepemimpinan yang mencerminkan berperilaku adil, pemimpin yang mempunyai kepedulian terhadap permasahan lembaga, mempunyai empati terhadap permasalahan bawahan, bersikap baik serta menjadi contoh keteladanan. Menciptakan budaya organisasi seperti budaya terhadap ketaatan peraturan dan kekompakkan. Perlu ditingkatkan kepuasan terhadap gaji ketepatan pemberian gaji, kepuasan terhadap model promosi yang dijalankan, kepuasan terhadap model hubungan antar rekan kerja, kepuasan terhadap pekerjaan itu sendiri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in a government institution. Organizational culture is considered an important factor that can create a productive work environment and support the achievement of institutional goals. This research uses a quantitative approach through a survey technique involving 60 employees selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.625 and an R Square value of 0.391. These findings indicate that organizational culture explains 39.1% of the variation in employee performance. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening organizational culture to enhance the effectiveness and performance of employees in the public sector.
