Abstract

Kampung Sabilulungan Bersih program is a empowermen activities in environmeantal fields. The goal of this research is to know process of conditioning society’s empowerment, efforts implementation a sabilulungan bersih program and a result of the empowerment of the program kampung sabilulungan bersih (saber) to realize environmental preservation in the villag Nagrog. The method used is a qualitative method with descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The conditioning process of empowerment kampung sabilulungan bersih program in Nagrog village are participatory by encouraging people to work together to understand, to community, 2). Efforts to kampung sabilulungan bersih program implementation in realizing environmental conservation is by conducting clen Munday, waste management aggregated and bank-select garbage, intelligent hole making organic, sustainable food home areas and planting trees in the area satapok, 3). Results of the kampung sabilulungan bersih program that environmental conditions in Cibiru village increased, people become self-reliant and aware of the importance of protecting the environment.

Abstract

Empowerment of top to down role models is an empowerment carried out by the government to the community, carried out through social services in the form of ratifying policies, giving attention, helping community needs in accordance with the duties and functions of the institution, but currently there are problems with public health in the form of the Covid-19 pandemic which disrupting activities, by looking at this problem, social services at the Bandung City Spatial PlanningOffice need to think about efforts for the community. This paper aims to describe the social service program, the service process carried out by the Spatial Planning Office, and the benefits of the program carried out. The method used is qualitative method. Based on the results of the study, the Bandung City Spatial Planning Service carried out social service programs according to their functions, namely planning, utilization, monitoring and control, as well as carrying out funeral services for victims of COVID-19 exposure. The social service process is channeled through E-Government, generating benefits for the community to be involved in spatial planning to meet community needs related to environmental space in the city of Bandung.

Abstract

Cooperatives exist as a solution for the welfare of the community. KSPP BMT Barrah is a concrete form of institution that helps in improving the community's economy. The purpose of this study is to determine the program, implementation and impact felt by members or customers who have collaborated with KSPP BMT Barrah, Cimahi City Branch. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, and uses an interpretive paradigm. The research results show that: first, the program provided by KSPP BMT Barrah is specifically for members or customers with the aim of improving the economy. Second, the implementation of cooperation programs carried out by members or customers can be carried out because they use simple procedures. Third, the impact felt by members or customers is different, this happens because in the process of managing business capital it depends on the members or customers themselves in managing, but there are similarities, namely members or customers are greatly helped by collaborating with KSPP BMT Barrah.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine community empowerment in Cimanggung village according to Ecovillage Lestari program managers, community empowerment in Ecovillage Lestari group in Cimanggung village and community empowerment carried out by Ecovillage Lestari in Cimanggung village in ecovillage-based community empowerment at Cimanggung Village Cimanggung District District Ecovillage Sumedang. The method in this study uses descriptive study method. The results of the research conducted show that the existence of the Ecovillage Sustainable program can increase community participation in mutual cooperation. With the Ecovillage Lestari program, people are self-reliant and care about the environmental preservation that is around the Cimanggung village community.

Abstract

The Association of Farmers Groups (Gapoktan) is an organization consisting of farmer groups that have the same goal. The purpose of this research is to know the Gapoktan program in advancing the community's economy, to find out the Gapoktan steps in advancing the community's economy, to find out the results of Gapoktan activities in advancing the community's economy. This study uses qualitative methods and descriptive. There are five research results from the programs implemented by Gapoktan Anugerah in advancing the community's economy, namely socialization and delivery of agricultural information, holding partnership programs, providing agricultural needs, collective marketing of products, and conducting training programs. There are three steps taken by Anugerah Gapoktan, namely awareness, development and empowerment. The results obtained from these activities, Gapoktan Anugerah aims to achieve changes for the better for farmers around Pangalengan both for members and the surrounding community.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out the strengthening, protection, support and maintenance of the economic community carried out by joint business groups and the results of community economic empowerment through joint business groups. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative data types. Research subjects are managers, members, and families of members of a joint venture group. Data collection uses observation, interview, and document study techniques. Data analysis in this study is interpretation or interpretation of logic by means of reducing data, presenting data, verifying and drawing conclusions that are related to the context of the development of Islamic society. The results of the research analysis showed that the strengthening, protection, support, and maintenance carried out by the joint venture group succeeded in empowering the community's economy by achieving an improved community economy, more active social activities, and a more creative and independent community.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the BUMDes Amanah program planning, describe the empowerment products that are expected by the community, analyze the outputs of the BUMDes Amanah empowerment towards the economic empowerment of the people of Cibalong Village. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Primary data obtained are the results of research in the field, while secondary data obtained from books, documents and journals. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and interviews with relevant parties. The results showed that the BUMDes Amanah had a role in creating empowered, independent, and prosperous village communities. Villagers feel relief about the price of basic commodities, get venture capital, get entrepreneurial training, and get good services. With the provision of venture capital, then the income of rural communities increased by an average of 40% to 50%, namely from IDR 500,000 / month to IDR 1,000,000 / month. Referring to the dat,it can be concluded that the community economy through the BUMDes program is increasing.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the empowerment program carried out by the Malati Asih Farmer Women's Group, the empowerment process, and the results obtained from the Malati Asih Women's Farmer's Group in Cinanjung Tanjungsari Village, Sumedang Regency. The method used in this study used qualitative and descriptive research methods with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of research conducted at KWT Malati Asih include: There are two empowerment programs implemented, namely the KRPL program which focuses on managing agriculture in the yard of the house, and the Savings and Loans Cooperative which aims to provide capital for member businesses. The empowerment process is carried out in four stages, namely identifying and assessing regional potential, problems, and opportunities; preparing group activity plans; implementing the activity/implementation plan; and monitoring/supervision. the presence of housewives' products; add insight into the world of agriculture; have skills and can help the family economy and family welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Floating Market Lembang program and the impact on the economic welfare of the community. This research is a qualitative research that used descriptive method. This method is used to describe, analyze, and express the phenomenon that occur in the field. The results of this study showed that Floating Market Lembang did not have a special program to improve the economic welfare of surrounding community, but rather to provide the opportunities such as employment opportunities, entrepreneurial opportunities and PAD income from Lembang Village. Moreover, Floating Market Lembang gave the positive and negative impact to the economic welfare of the community. Positive impact is increasing the opportunities of employment, community income, and developing better infrastructure. In contrast, negative impact is the traffic jam and air pollution occured. In conclusion, Floating Market Lembang has an impact on the economic welfare of the people of Lembang Village.

Abstract

Increased AHH accompanied by an increase in the elderly population. It is feared to bring impact on socio-economic conditions of the country. The phenomenon must look for a solution, the one with the empowerment program for seniors. UNIT for The Social Rehabilitation and Elderly West Java is one of the Government agencies that become facilitators in the empowerment of the elderly. The goal in this research to know the process of empowerment and continuity in the program of empowerment. Peneltian is done based on the qualitative method through a descriptive approach. The theory in this research is the theory of Hogan that saw that the process of empowerment is a process that goes on all human life derived from individual experience, instead of a process that stops at a time only. The results in this study is granting the empowerment program in the form of skills training where in the process conducted during twice a week and training conducted by a competent instructor, it is aimed so that the creation of the elderly independent work, and quality.
