Mapping Trends of Literature in Energy Policy in Indonesia: A Bibliometric Analysis Sajida Sajida

Abstract

Energy policy recently became an issue that has been highlighted by various parties, including academics in Indonesia. This coincides with the signs of the climate crisis, and the environmental damage that is affected by energy management. Although, there have been many studies discussing it, so far, there has been no research showing the direction of energy policy in Indonesia. Thus, this paper aims to map the trends in the literature. Bibliometric analysis is used to map topics raised from various research article by looking at the most common keywords, and identifying the most cited and productive sources. Per the results, the discussion of renewable energy and related topics became the dominant issue in the mapping of this main topic from 2003 to 2021. Then Energy Policy Journal the most cited reference, and the Iop Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science became the most productive source. The results of this study indicate indirectly, how far Indonesia's energy policy has developed periodically. Including how Indonesia amid various countries has been campaigning for renewable energy that pays attention to the environment. Besides, this research also provides future research agendas for others to examine energy policy in Indonesia from various perspectives that have not been studied previously.

Abstract

The pandemic in Indonesia requires a moving from offline learning to online learning to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, that practice facing some problem like the increment households spending for internet access, and inequality access technology. As a form of accountability and responsibility for these problems, the Indonesian government by the Ministry of Education and Culture made a policy of subsidizing internet quota for all teachers, students, and lecturers for four months. This subsidy was made to support distance learning during the pandemic. This article aims to examine the implementation of the internet quota subsidy policy. The literature review method is carried out by looking at previous research related to aid/subsidies policies during the crisis, policy implementation, and internet quota subsidy in Indonesia. The sources were collected from articles, reports, and mass media. The results show that looking at the output and the initiation, this policy has been running quite well as part of the government's agility response. However, this policy was not effective enough to support distance learning during the pandemic as a whole in Indonesia. Several findings indicate there is inequality of internet access in some outlying areas where the benefits of this policy cannot be felt.

Abstract

Research on BUMDes management aims to see how the village government implements village management policies for community economic activities, this article can be used to study village management governance through the several stakeholders involved. The study used is a concept in collaborative governance to identify the challenges faced in managing the economic activities of rural communities, so that they can provide some suggestions for strengthening the village economic sector. The research method chosen in this research is a case study qualitative research method, with primary data sources from informants of governance actors at BUMDes Tugu Kuning. This study shows how the role of government actors in carrying out village economic activities. The results of the study show that the role of the Director of BUMDes Tugu Kuning dominates in the process of managing the village economy accompanied by the formation of new business units. As a result, the community is less involved and involved in the BUMDes institutional structure which is dominated by the BUMDes Director.

Abstract

This study evaluates the performance of public websites in Malang City, a heavily digitizing government. Using content analysis, we determine the extent to which the availability of public information has been met and what records still need to be corrected by the Malang city government. This study examines five criteria: information quality, usability, privacy and security, interaction, and accessibility. As a result, the Malangkota. go. id website met the evaluation criteria for general public information availability. However, the government still needs improvement in terms of security and citizen-centered values. Thus, in the future, this research can be used as a basis for policy considerations by the Malang City government to improve the performance of its public services through the provision of good public information.

Abstract

Keterampilan penulisan karya ilmiah merupakan kompetensi inti dalam pendidikan tinggi, tetapi seringkali mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola dan mengutip referensi dengan benar. Mengatasi hal tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui serangkaian pelatihan dan praktik, dengan fokus pada penulisan karya ilmiah yang efektif dan penggunaan aplikasi manajemen referensi. Proses pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan "learning by practice", memungkinkan peserta untuk belajar melalui praktik langsung. Tahap awal melibatkan perencanaan, di mana tim penyelenggara berdiskusi dengan pihak kampus STAH Santika Dharma Malang untuk memastikan kebutuhan peserta dan tujuan pelatihan terpenuhi. Selanjutnya, dilakukan tahap pelaksanaan yang mencakup penyampaian materi, pelatihan dan diskusi interaktif serta praktik nersama dengan narasumber. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta tentang penulisan karya ilmiah yang efektif serta manajemen referensi, dengan penekanan pada penggunakan aplikasi seperti Mendeley. Hasilnya, kegiatan ini dinilai telah meningkatkan wawasan peserta pelatihan dalam penulisan karya ilmiah dan manajemen referensi.

Abstract

This research delves into the multifaceted nature of publicness, offering insights into areas in the field of public administration. In times, the importance of publicness has grown significantly as it plays a role in shaping interactions among the public sector, private organizations, and civil society. Despite the available literature on publicness, there remain a few underexplored aspects that merit further investigation. This study reviewed the existing literature to identify and analyze gaps in research on publicness. By examining various perspectives, theoretical frameworks, and relevant aspects related to publicness, we discovered domains where scholarly discussions have notably lacked attention. The results of this study demonstrate that the concept of publicness encompasses a diverse range of theoretical perspectives, such as the management of publicness, public-private partnerships, governance, and the provision of public goods. Each element provides a distinct contribution to the comprehension of publicness in public administration. Moreover, this study highlights issues discussed in publicness, including public enterprises, public leadership, public facilities, public interest, public-private partnerships, governance, public goods, public space, public organizations, public value, and public service. These findings lead to a proposal for further research initiatives in publicness.

Abstract

Since discrimination and labeling of ethnic Chinese are still embedded in society. The goal of this paper is to encourage different policies that try to solve racial conflicts, especially through education as a preventive measure to raise a generation with a lot of knowledge and a lot of patience. This paper reviews various alternative efforts to eliminate the issue of racism among ethnic Chinese. This review finds that reconciliation can be achieved through education and other methods. It is also demonstrates that efforts have been made by the government to initiate anti-racism education as part of the conflict resolution process. Nevertheless, this implementation is a long way from being adequate or successful. There are still many records that need to be corrected and evaluated by the government to encourage anti-racism education policies.

Abstract

The digitalization of public services is a critical component in the evolution of government administration in the digital era. The purpose of this study is to conduct a comparative study of digital public grievance platforms in three Indonesian cities: Malang, Surakarta, and Bogor. This study employs qualitative method with content analysis via an in-depth examination of official city government websites related to public grievance platforms in the three cities. Information service quality, user engagement and grievance handling are assessed. The findings of this study reveal the pluses and minuses in the three cities' use of digital public complaint platforms. Our findings reveal how Ulas By Surakarta City is the best among these three cities because of its high levels of engagement, with quick response times and a focus on transparency. Meanwhile in Malang City and Bogor Regency, while functioning well, faces challenges in increasing user engagement and transparency levels. These findings shed light on the role of digital citizen grievance platforms in connecting governments and citizens. The findings of this study suggest that adequate resources, digital literacy, effective communication, and a supportive organizational culture are critical for maximizing the positive impact of digitalization in public administration.

Abstract

The economic dynamics in RW 05 and 06 Bakalankrajan, Malang City, have found new light through an innovative strategy that combines halal certification with the integration of digital technology. MSMEs in this region are the main focus, with the aim of strengthening the foundations of the local economy and increasing their competitiveness in the global market. Through a multidisciplinary approach, the empowerment program explores local potential and encourages broader market penetration with halal certification. In line with this, E-Commerce training provides additional tools for MSMEs to seize opportunities in the increasingly developing digital realm. With an inclusive approach and data-driven strategy, the project foresees a significant transformation in the local economic landscape. The hope is that this effort can create a new pattern of economic empowerment for local communities and provide encouragement for sustainable growth in RW 05 and 06 Bakalankrajan.

Abstract

Looking at how the government implements creative economy policies for the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector during a pandemic, this article aims to see how they are implemented and draw lessons that can be used to prepare for future crises. This study aims to identify the challenges that the creative economy in MSME will face in the future, so that a number of suggestions can be provided as capital for defense and strengthening of the national economic sector. This study's research chosen method is a literature review, with primary sources consisting of scholarly journal articles from various sources. This study demonstrates how government economic policies can increase MSMEs' product sales. According to the findings of the analysis, there are two tailed of issues that will be confronted in the future, systemic and dynamic challenges. As a result, the MSME sector should be ready to improve the system and adapt it to the market environment.
