Abstract

This research was used to determine the influence of Brand Imgae, Trust on La Omvi Product Purchasing Decisions. This research is a quantitative research where the objects used are consumers who have purchased La Omvi products. The data used in the research are primary data using a questionnaire and secondary data sourced from books and journals by looking at the results of previous research. Determining the number of samples in this study used purposive sampling with the criteria of having purchased La Omvi products. The number of samples used in this research was 81 respondents. Data was processed using SPSS version 25 for Windows data analysis software. The results of this research show that Brand Image and Trust simultaneously influence the decision to purchase La Omvi products. The variable that has a more dominant influence on purchasing decisions is the Trust variable, this is shown by the Trust regression coefficient which is greater than the regression coefficient on Brand Image

Abstract

Sumi Lala.202010325238. Portofolio Construction On The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) Using The Markowitz method (Empirical Study Of Kompas 100 period December 2014 – September 2023). Investment development is currently very rapid. Ownership of 2 or more items can called a portofolio.Investments will experience increases and decreases in the portofolio. This research aims to understand the level of  return of portofolios formed through Markowitz and also a comparison between portfolios returm with market capitalization and weighting. The shares in the portfolio are shares listed on the Kompas 100 Index. This research uses end of month data for the period December 2014 to September 2023.The results of this research found that 61 shares included in the portolio did not have a negative weight.the next result of this research is that the market rate of return portolio (IHSG) Significantly influences the rate of return of the portfolio that has been formed based on market capitalization significantly 1% Other macro variables US Dollar exchange rate.Interest rates and oil prices do not significantly affect the rate of return portfolios formed based on Market Capitalization.

Abstract

One of the barometers used by investors to invest in the capital market is by looking at the high level of liquidity. The higher the liquidity of a market, the easier it will be for investors to sell and buy assets according to their portfolio needs and market developments. By evaluating and analyzing the determinants of market liquidity in Indonesia, it can be concluded which factors can affect market liquidity positively or negatively. This study aims to analyze whether variables such as return volatility, market return, and foreign ownership have an influence on market liquidity recorded in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from January 2012 to December 2023. This research uses secondary data as a data source and a quantitative approach method. The population used in this study is companies listed in the Business-27 index. The sampling technique used in this study is a purposive sampling method. The results of this study show that return volatility has a positive and significant effect on market liquidity, market return has a negative and insignificant effect on market liquidity, and foreign ownership has a negative and significant effect on market liquidity.

Abstract

This research aims to research, test and assess the influence of the independent variables Speed, Accuracy and Delivery Costs on the dependent variable customer satisfaction for products from CV Konita Agro Putra. The sample for this research was 110 customers who had used products from CV Konita Agro Putra. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected directly from respondents using research instruments in the form of questionnaires via Google Form and purposive sampling techniques. then the data results are processed using the SPSS 24 data processing application. The results of this research prove that there is a significant and positive influence of Delivery Speed on Customer Satisfaction, there is a significant and positive influence of Delivery Accuracy on Customer Satisfaction, there is a significant and positive influence of Delivery Costs on Satisfaction Customers, there is a simultaneous influence between Delivery Speed, Delivery Accuracy and Delivery Costs significantly and positively on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the ease of access to information for Gen Z investment decisions. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and literature reviews. Qualitative research is also intended to understand how someone thinks, acts and obtains information from a phenomenon. The data used is narrative and qualitative, obtained from previous research documents and obtained novelty in this research. Data analysis used in this qualitative research is the Miles and Huberman interactive model. This qualitative research is exploratory in nature. The type of data used is secondary data. The focus of this research is ease of access to information. The results of this research are: 1) That the use of technology and digital platforms for easy access to information for Gen Z in investing is quite good, where Gen Z uses social media as a platform to gain knowledge regarding good investment instruments, a means of discussion and exchanging views between Gen investors. Z, then the platform that provides easy access to information for Gen Z in investing is quite varied, from the Bibit, DANAeMAS, Ajaib, Tokopedia to Shopee applications, apart from that, payments made can also utilize digital banking and digital wallet payments; 2) Generation Z or Gen Z chooses forms of investment instruments with (high risk high return) high risk high returns such as stocks and cryptocurrencies, while generation Y and generation X choose forms of investment instruments with (low risk low return) low risk low returns such as jewelry gold and mutual funds; and 3) The amount of investment made by Gen Z varies, where in the July 2023 period it was IDR 7,658,506, while in the August 2023 period it was IDR 7,645,956.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, solvency, and audit opinion on audit report lag. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis using a quantitative approach with purposive sampling method. In this study, secondary data is used in the form of an annual report published successively during 2018-2020 on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. A total of 96 companies are data samples. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression. This study uses data analysis methods that include descriptive statistical analysis and classical assumption test to test the feasibility of using the regression model. The classical assumption test used in this study includes the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Multiple regression analysis in this study was used to examine the effect of the independent variables, namely profitability, solvency, and audit opinion on the dependent variable, namely audit report lag. In this study, SPSS version 23 software was used to obtain the results of the tests carried out. So the results of this study indicate that profitability, solvency and audit opinion have no effect on audit report lag.

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of Price, Brand Image and Service Quality (independent variables) on Purchasing Decisions (dependent variables). This type of research is quantitative using a questionnaire via Google Form. Sampling using the purpose sampling method so that the number of samples is set at 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study uses SPSS version 25. The results of this study explain that, in management students of the 2020 intake at the University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya Bekasi, the variables of price, brand image, and service quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for the Tri (3) provider. The study has object limitations on management students of the 2020 intake at the University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya Bekasi and combines the variables of price, brand image, and service quality on purchasing decisions for the Tri (3) provider.

Abstract

This research using a quantitative research method where the sampling technique used is simple random sampling with the calculation of the sample size using the Slovin formula. The sample size used in this research was 120 respondents and focused on Miniso consumers who were students at Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya. The results of this study show that there are variables that have an effect and that have no effect, as brief explanation: 1) The shopping lifestyle partially has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. 2) Fear of missing out partially has no effect and is not significant on impulse buying. 3) Partial price cuts have no effect and are not significant on impulse purchases. 4) Shopping lifestyle, fear of missing out and price cuts simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether compensation and work motivation have a partial and simultaneous effect on job saticfaction of driver employees at Perum Damri Soekarno – Hatta Airport Branch. This research uses quantitative methods to distributing questionnaires. The population of this study consisted of all 100 employees of Perum Damri Soekarno – Hatta Airport Branch. For identification, saturated sampling technique was used as the sampling method. The research results show that the compensation variabel partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In some cases, fluctuations in work motivation can have a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction. And at the same time compensation and work motivation influence the job satisfaction of driver employees at Perum Damri Soekarno – Hatta Airport Branch

Abstract

This research aims (1) to find out whether price has a partial effect on purchasing decisions (2) to find out product quality has a partial effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions (3) to find out between price, product quality and brand image the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The results of the research are the multiple linear regression equation Y = 8.636 + 0.337 + 0.014 + 0.117 + ε partially, price has a significant positive effect with a tcount of 4.696, ttable of 0.198045, product quality has a significant positive effect with a tcount of 0.199, ttable of 0.198045, brand image has a positive and significant effect with a t value of1.243 ttable is 0.198045. Simultaneously, price, product quality and brand image influence purchasing decisions with a calculated F value of 9.762. The variable with the most dominant influence in this research is price with a value of 4.696.
