Abstract

ABSTRACTIndonesian Tobacco Farmers Association (APTI) was an organization which was formed for facilitating tobacco farmers. This association had been conducting various efforts on farmer empowerment.This research was aimed to described the forms and mechanism of tobacco farmer’s empowerment developed by the APTI Temanggung to supported economic resilience’s farmer,This study used mixed research methods, with strategy of concurrent embedded (qualitative and quantitative method).The research results showed that there were 4 (four) programs which were successfully established and implemented by APTI Temanggung, namely (a). the empowerment program of APTI Central Java chapter to took care of farmers’ education, (b). Business Credit for Tobacco Farming (KUMPT) program, (c). mentoring, coaching and assisting tobacco farmers program, and (d). the main developmental program of APTI to advocated farmers about tobacco’s regulation. All forms of empowerment done by APTI were facilitated by using different empowerment mechanism for each program.ABSTRAK Asosiasi Petani Tembakau Indonesia (APTI) sebagai organsiasi dengan tujuan untuk memfasilitasi petani tembakau dengan melakukan berbagai upaya pemberdayaan petani. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menggambarkan bentuk dan mekanisme pemberdayaan petani tembakau yang dikembangkan oleh (APTI) Temanggung guna mendukung ketahanan ekonomi petani tembakau. Penelitian ini menggunakan mixed methods dengan strategi embedded konkuren (kualitatif dan kuantitatif).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program-program pemberdayaan yang berhasil dibentuk dan dilaksanakan APTI Temanggung ada 4 (empat) yaitu (a) program pemberdayaan APTI DPD Jateng peduli pendidikan, (b) program Kredit Usaha Mandiri Pertanian Tembakau (KUMPT), (c) program pembimbingan pembinaan dan pendampingan petani tembakau, dan (d) program pemberdayaan utama APTI adalah advokasi regulasi pertembakauan. Semua bentuk pemberdayaan yang dilakukan APTI Temanggung adalah fasilitasi dengan mekanisme tiap program berbeda-beda.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  In the era of the second new media, where technology is very fast and reaches a wider audience, new media has become a mandatory choice as a means of promotion for the world of business, industry, and even education. One of the BUMDES efforts to increase village income is to build village parks. The emergence of village parks simultaneously makes the competition more intense, therefore a strategy is needed on how to utilize new media so that the results are maximized. One of the village parks that is currently being promoted to attract more residents is the Lazuardi Park located in Susukan Village, Sumbang, Banyumas. This study will look at how the strategy of using new media is carried out by the Susukan BUMDES for community empowerment and increasing the number of visitors to Lazuardi Park, so that it can strengthen the economic resilience of rural communities.This research was conducted in Susukan Village Park, Sumbang, Banyumas using descriptive qualitative research methods, using data collection techniques in the form of FGDs, in-depth interviews, and literature studies.The results showed that the promotion carried out by the manager of Lazuardi Village park was by utilizing social media, namely fb, instagram, and websites. The efforts made by the manager of Lazuardi Park are one of the efforts to increase the economic resilience of Susukan Village, including by diversifying promotions, improving infrastructure, managing human resources and funding.    Keywords: New Media, Promotion, BUMDes, Village Park, Economic resilience ABSTRAK Pada masa era media baru kedua, dimana teknologi bersifat sangat cepat dan menjangkau khalayak lebih luas, media baru menjadi pilihan wajib sebagai sarana promosi bagi dunia bisnis, industri, bahkan pendidikan. Salah satu usaha BUMDES untuk menambah pendapatan desa adalah dengan membangun taman desa. Kemunculan taman desa yang secara serentak membuat persaingan semakin ketat, oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah strategi bagaimana memanfaatkan media baru sehingga hasilnya maksimal. Salah satu taman desa yang saat ini sedang melakukan promosi agar dikunjungi banyak warga adalah taman Lazuardi yang berada di Desa Susukan, Sumbang, Banyumas. Penelitian ini akan melihat bagaimana strategi pemanfaatan media baru yang dilakukan oleh BUMDES Susukan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat dan meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung taman Lazuardi, sehingga bisa menguatkan ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat desa.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Taman Desa Susukan, Sumbang, Banyumas dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa FGD, wawancara mendalam, dan studi pustaka.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi yang dilakukan oleh pengelola taman Desa Lazuardi adalah dengan memanfaatkan media sosial, yaitu fb, instagram, dan website. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh pengelola taman Lazuardi adalah salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi Desa Susukan, diantaranya adalah dengan diversifikasi promosi, perbaikan infrastruktur, pengelolaan SDM dan pendanaan. Kata Kunci: Media Baru, Promosi, BUMDes, Taman Desa, Ketahanan ekonomi

Abstract

Development and validation of the instrument to assess patient satisfaction to pharmaceutical care is important to be conducted. It will provide a reliable tool so that research to measure patient satisfaction regarding to pharmaceutical care could be further developed. First, content of the questionnaire was developed based on the literature review and focus group discussion of the panel. Then, the draft was tested to 5 respondents as a readability measurement. After received input from readability test’s respondents and made some changes, panel re-tested the questionnaire as content validity analysis. Finally, the questionnaire was distributed to other 30 respondents to get data for factor analysis, construct validity test and reliability test. Thirteen items was found as important factors that inuence patient satisfaction to pharmaceutical care based on literature review and focus group discussion activity. The questionnaire was further tested on 30 respondents. In the factor analysis assessment, categorization of items could not be made. Validation test using Pearson correlation and reliability test using Cronbach’s Alpha toward each item on the questionnaire showed that all items were valid and reliable, except one item in the “hope” section. Further study with greater number of respondents is required to re-validate this questionnaire.

Abstract

The process of developing the Nujek application is carried out by PT Tekno Karya Nusa (Nujek) in Banyumas by promoting it through social media using either Facebook, Instagram or Tiktok social media. The results of this study are to see the implementation of Nujek Banyumas social media content as a marketing communication strategy in promoting the Nujek application. There are several indicators of social media, such as Facebook has a dominance to interact with audiences, Instagram social media has the characteristics of visualizing content to communicate, and Tiktok social media is used to disseminate promotions regarding Nujek products or applications. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of social content Nujek Banyumas media in conducting promotions as a form of marketing communication strategy.

Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara karena menjadikan angka DO (Drop Out) pasien Rehab Medik (pasien Instalasi Rehabilitasi Medik) meningkat tajam dan atau jumlah kunjungan pasien yang terapi menurun drastis. Untuk itulah, strategi komunikasi menjadi hal yang sangat penting guna menanggulangi permasalahan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivisme. Peneliti melakukan observasi mendalam pada Instalasi Rehabilitasi Medik dengan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara informan. Pemilihan informan dengan purposivesampling untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai karakteristik pasien Rehabilitasi Medik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan satu atau sejumlah keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Instalasi Rehabilitasi Medik RSUD Hj. Anna Lasmanah menerapkan strategi GERAI JAMU YU DARMI (Gerakan Ramah Anak & Geriatri Untuk Jaga Mutu Maka Mayuh Daftar Mriki) yang merupakan pendaftaran mandiri di Instalasi Rehabilitasi Medik RSUD Hj. Anna Lasmanah yang bisa langsung dikunjungi pasien yang akan menjalani terapi, tanpa melewati pendaftaran umum rawat jalan, sehingga memangkas waktu tunggu dan kemungkinan adanya cidera bagi pasien. Komunikator yang dipilih tepat dengan SDM yang kompeten, selain itu sosialisasi melalui media sosial juga cukup efektif memberi pemahaman kepada khalayak akan adanya inovasi di Instalasi Rehabilitasi Medik RSUD Hj. Anna Lasmanah. Rangkaian proses dalam inovasi GERAI JAMU YU DARMI sejalan dengan tujuan strategi komunikasi yaitu memberitahu (announcing); memotivasi (motivating); mendidik (educating; menyebarkan informasi (informating); dan mendukung pembuatan keputusan (Supporting Decision Marketing).

Abstract

Violence against women is increasing every year. One type of Gender-Based Violence (KBG) against women that will become a concern in 2021 is Online Gender-Based Violence (KBGO). In the current era of digitalization, where everything can be done easily using the internet, violence against women is easy to find. Regulations that have been issued as a legal umbrella, actually make it difficult for women as victims and think that this problem occurs because of women's mistakes. Victims of sexual violence do not report it because in reality, sexuality is still considered a taboo subject. The Instagram account @perempuanberkisah through one of its contents, namely story content, exists as a forum for women victims of violence to share their experiences. The content provides space for women who cannot talk about their experiences in other forums. This study aims to analyze how female victims of KBGO tell about the violence they experienced through story content on the Instagram account @perempuanberkisah. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out using the content analysis method on the research object, namely the story content of the Instagram account @perempuanberkisah. The data analysis method used is content analysis by Philipp Mayring. The results of this study are that the Instagram account @perempuanberkisah provides a safe space for female victims and survivors of KBGO. Through story content, women victims and survivors of KBGO can talk about the violence they experienced without fear of being judged.

Abstract

Taman Lazuardi as one of the tourist destinations of Susukan Village, of course it requires promotion in order to attract tourists to come to Taman Lazuardi. Taman lazuardi promotion team has used several social media platforms as promotional tools, but the results are still not optimal. One of the reasons is the lack of skills to create interesting content. One of the content that according to the promotion team is not yet attractive is content in the form of promotional videos. Therefore, it is necessary to provide training in create videos for promotional purposes through social media which can ultimately attract tourists. The service implementation team in this case will cooperate with the Taman Lazuardi promotion team in Susukan Village, Susukan, Banyumas. The method used to overcome partner problems is to do some training sessions and accompaniment. The result of this activity was the creation of 7 promotional videos made by Susukan residents and uploaded to Taman Lazuardi's social media.

Abstract

The Muffin Song is a music video that sparked debate regarding the contents of the lyrics and visuals and how social media users used it as background music of unrelated videos. Thus, we studied the interaction between social media users, focused on Twitter, to understand, map and describe the occurred interactions between users. In this study, we used quantitative approach based on Social Network Analysis (SNA). The results showed that most users have limited interactions with other users and is separate from each other. Although, many users interacted with each other strongly in a group of users. Group to group interactions also occurred, with one or more users acted as intermediary between groups.
