Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) sebagai tes kompetensi Bahasa Inggris yang dapat digunakan sebagai ukuran kemampuan seseorang dalam berbahasa Inggris. Meskipun tes yang diberikan berupa listening dan reading saja namun hasil skor nya tetap dapat digunakan sebagai patokan seberapa mahir seseorang berbahasa Inggris saat itu. Kegiatan ini yang merupakan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan di sekolah vokasi SMKN 1 Cibatu. TOEIC yang merupakan tes kompetensi Bahasa Inggris dalam lingkup kerja, menjadi sebuah tes keahlian yang cocok diberikan kepada siswa-siswi sekolah terapan seperti SMK, karena lulusan SMK biasanya menjadi calon tenaga kerja di industri. Skor hasil tes TOEIC di sekolah SMKN 1 Cibatu tersebut dianalisis sesuai gender berkenaan dengan siswa SMK yang mayoritas laki-laki. Adapun hasilnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa laki-laki pada saat itu memilliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris lebih tinggi dari siswa perempuan. Ini dibuktikan dalam analisis 10 skor tertinggi yang diperoleh siswa laki-laki memiliki rata-rata skor 65,96. Sedangkan rata-rata skor siswa perempuan sebesar 50,58.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of flipped classroom-based blended learning on students' critical thinking skills. This study is a type of meta-analysis research. Data sources come from 14 national and international journals published in 2018-2023. The process of finding data sources comes from Google Scholar, ERIC, DOAJ, EBSCO, ProQuest, ScienceDirect and PLoS ONE. Keywords search for blended learning data, blended learning based on flipped classroom, and the effectiveness of blended learning based on flipped classroom on students' critical thinking skills. Data analysis techniques with the help of JSAP applications. The results of the study concluded that the average value of effect size (ES = 0.838) high sizeeffect category and standard error of 0.109 . These findings explain that the flipped classroom-based blended learning model has a positive influence on students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

For This study aims to determine the effect of technology-assisted management learning on children's organisational skills. This type of research is quantitative research with a meta-analysis approach. The inclusion criteria in this study are a) publications come from Google Scholar; ERIC, ScienceDirect, DOAJ, Wiley and Taylor of Francis, b) publications must be indexed by SINTA, Scopus and Web of Science, c) research topics must be relevant, d) research published in 2022-2024, e) publications must have complete data to calculate the effect size value. Data analysis with the help of the JASP application. The results of this study concluded that 1) 21 studies analysed were heterogeneously distributed; 2) there was a significant effect of technology-based management learning on children's organisational skills (p < 0.05; rRE = 1.25; 3) in this meta-analysis there was no publication bias. These findings indicate the effect of technology-based management learning on children's organisational skills with a very high effect size category.
