Abstract

Rumors spread among the public that there was fraud occurring during the ongoing flash sale Shopee process. In order to answer the problems found, this study aims to find out how the public feels about the flash sale activity. Data was taken using the Twitter API, and the tweets used started from January 2021–June 2021. As a result, there were 3,467 Twitter data points. After passing through the text preprocessing stage, the data becomes clean data, which amounts to 457. The research results obtained using the Nave Bayes Classifier method show the results of public opinion on Twitter with positive sentiment categories of 19.4%, negative sentiment categories of 43.1%, and neutral sentiment categories of 37.4%, with an accuracy rate of 98%.

Abstract

Web telah menjadi kebutuhan penting diera kehidupan modern saat ini. Hal tersebut mendorong lembaga pendidikan formal untuk mempersiapakan tenaga kerja terampil yang siap pakai. Salah satunya adalah Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Jurusan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak(RPL). Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan keterampilan web programming menggunakan framework Laravel bagi siswa jurusan RPL di SMKN 7 Pekanbaru. Melibatkan 34 peserta, kegiatan dilakukan dengan memperkenalkan serta memberikan pelatihan praktis dalam penggunaan Laravel. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan mencakup pengenalan konsep dasar Laravel, pembuatan aplikasi web sederhana, dan penerapan praktik terbaik dalam pengembangan web. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui tes keterampilan dan penilaian hasil proyek yang telah dibuat oleh peserta. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam penggunaan Laravel sebagai framework pengembangan web. Kesimpulannya, pengabdian ini berhasil memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa RPL SMKN 7 Pekanbaru dalam bidang pemrograman web menggunakan framework Laravel.

Abstract

Penerapan sistem komputerisasi tidak hanya mengubah metode kerja tradisional tetapi juga secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi. Komputer dan perangkat lunak berkualitas tinggi yang dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan spesifik telah terbukti memberikan manfaat nyata, seperti mengurangi kesalahan, mengatasi keterlambatan, mengoptimalkan aset perusahaan, dan meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Ketidakhadiran sistem absensi yang efektif di CV Jaya Mobilindo 2 telah menyebabkan masalah operasional, termasuk potensi kecurangan di antara karyawan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, sebuah sistem informasi absensi karyawan berbasis web dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Sistem ini memungkinkan karyawan untuk dengan cepat dan akurat mencatat kehadiran mereka, serta menghasilkan laporan yang akurat tanpa perlu pencatatan manual. Desain sistem mencakup Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram dengan dua aktor utama yaitu Admin dan Pegawai. Diharapkan, rancangan sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional CV Jaya Mobilindo 2, mengurangi risiko kecurangan, dan menyediakan laporan yang lebih akurat.

Abstract

A website is now a destination for crucial information in the contemporary digital era. Among the necessary educational resources for any school or institution are libraries. Because knowledge and information can be readily found by students at the library. People believe that as technology advances, they can operate more productively and successfully. Converting an analog system to an electronic one is one of them. By using the website Libraries that have internet access can operate more effectively and efficiently in carrying out bookkeeping. In this research, a web-based information system was designed using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language. The linear sequential research method was chosen because it is very suitable for projects with clear needs and limited resources and time. By creating It is hoped that this approach will be able to solve a number of issues. the need to look for books and facilitate the distribution of book loans and report writing for the school administration. Based on the findings of the conducted research, the author incorporated the study's findings into the creation of an online library information system SMKN 5 Pekanbaru library.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah Bangkinang High School. SMA Muhammadiyah Bangkinag is one of the schools under the Muhammadiyah organization. The Learning Management System (LMS) owned by this school is Muhammadiyah Online Learning (MOLA). The method used in this research is the Electronic Service Quality (E-Servqual) method. This e-Servqual method has seven dimensions, namely efficiency, reliability, responsiveness, privacy,fulfillment, compensation and contact. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the quality of the online MOLA exam LMS on user satisfaction. The sampling technique in this research is using random sampling technique. From the resultsof the F test as a whole, the calculated F value is 34,159 > F table 2,10, so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted which means that there is an effect of the E-Servqual variable (X) having a simultaneous (simultaneous) effect on the user satisfaction variable (Y). ). For the results of R square has a value of 0.727, this means that the effect of the E-Servqual variable together or simultaneously in explaining the dependent variable, namely the user satisfaction variable (Y) is 72%. Based on the results of data processing, it shows that the level of user satisfaction with the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) online exam according to students is not satisfactory because there are variables that have negative values.

Abstract

College students are a special group who are going through a critical transition period from adolescence to adulthood and are trying to adjust, maintain good grades, plan for the future, and be away from home, so they are at risk of developing Mental Emotional Disorders (GME) such as depression, anxiety, and other psychiatric comorbidities. Based on this, college students who feel indications of mental problems should immediately talk to a psychologist. But in general, the difficulties faced by college students when conducting consultations, for example, the lack of mental health facilities in their environment or on their campus, shy to do the consultation, and the consultation fees. Based on these problems, an early detection process using an expert system is needed to assist college students in recognizing their mental health disorders. The Rule-Based Reasoning method focuses on expert rules that are entered into the system. Based on expert system testing using the Rule-Based Reasoning method on 10 experimental cases, almost all system results are in accordance with the detection made by the expert. Based on this, it is hoped that this system will help detect mental health disorders experienced by college students.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, education in Indonesia faces new challenges and opportunities to enhance the quality of learning. Therefore, it is crucial for teachers to upgrade their knowledge of digital-based learning methods. One solution offered is the use of interactive learning methods. In this community service project, the interactive learning medium to be explored is Kahoot. This activity collaborates with SDN 011 Lenggadai Hilir and is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, August 14, 2024. The workshop aims to improve the understanding and skills of the teachers at SDN 011 Lenggadai Hilir in utilizing Kahoot as an interactive learning medium. Kahoot is a quiz-based platform capable of creating a fun and engaging learning atmosphere for students. The research method employed in this activity is Participatory Action Research (PAR), chosen because it involves active collaboration between researchers and participants to address real-world problems and create relevant solutions. This method consists of several stages: preparation, pre-test, training, post-test, and evaluation. A pre-test is conducted to measure participants' initial knowledge of using Kahoot, followed by training that includes material presentations and hands-on practice with Kahoot. A post-test is then conducted to assess the improvement in knowledge after the training. The results of the workshop showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding. The average post-test scores were higher than the pre-test scores, indicating an increase in participants' skills in using Kahoot. The workshop also received positive feedback from participants, who felt that Kahoot could enhance student engagement in learning. This training successfully enhanced the teachers' ability to use Kahoot and motivated them to actively incorporate technology into their teaching activities.

Abstract

Program penguatan psikologis ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan interaksi sosial peserta melalui metode interaktif dan dukungan emosional. Kegiatan ini melibatkan diskusi kelompok, dan simulasi sosial yang dirancang untuk membangun kepercayaan diri peserta dalam berkomunikasi. Selain itu, fasilitator dan peserta lainnya memberikan lingkungan yang suportif, sehingga peserta merasa lebih nyaman dalam mengekspresikan diri. Pelatihan pengelolaan emosi dan teknik komunikasi yang diberikan membantu peserta dalam memahami serta mengontrol emosi mereka, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kualitas interaksi sosial mereka. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam partisipasi aktif, keberanian dalam berbicara, serta keterlibatan peserta dalam kegiatan sosial. Keberlanjutan program serupa dan dukungan dari lingkungan sosial diperlukan agar dampak positif ini dapat bertahan dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut generasi muda memiliki keterampilan dalam desain dan pengembangan aplikasi web. Namun, banyak siswa SMA sederajat di Kota Pekanbaru yang masih kurang memahami bidang ini akibat keterbatasan kurikulum dan akses pelatihan. Tujuan: Workshop ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dasar kepada siswa mengenai konsep desain User Interface , User Experienxe (UI/UX) dalam pembuatan aplikasi berbasis web. Metode: Workshop ini berlangsung dalam dua hari, mencakup pengenalan desain UI/UX, pelatihan koding dasar, implementasi JavaScript, serta praktik pembuatan proyek aplikasi web secara kelompok. Pre-test dan post-test dilakukan  untuk untuk evaluasi dan mengukur pemahaman siswa. Hasil: Hasil post-test yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pemahaman menjadi lebih baik 75,56%. Peserta mampu menyelesaikan proyek akhir dengan baik, beberapa di antaranya menunjukkan kreativitas dalam mengembangkan fitur tambahan. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulannya, workshop ini memberikan manfaat signifikan bagi siswa SMA dalam meningkatkan keterampilan digital mereka.

Abstract

This study evaluates the performance of five optimization algorithms in Artificial Neural Network (ANN) models for predicting house prices in Pekanbaru. The optimizers tested include Adam, AdaDelta, Stochastic Gradient Descent (SGD), Nadam, and Adaptive Sharpness-Aware Minimization (ASAM). A total of 3,149 house sales records were collected from rumah123.com between January and December 2024. After cleaning 148 incomplete entries, 3,001 valid records remained. The dataset included seven features: price, location, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, land area, building area, and garage capacity, with the location encoded using one-hot encoding. The research involved a literature review, problem formulation, data acquisition, preprocessing, model development, and evaluation. Model performance was assessed using the Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). The results show that SGD consistently achieved the best performance, particularly at a 90:10 train-test split, with the lowest MAPE (1.74%) and MSE (0.3279). Adam and Nadam also performed well, while ASAM had the highest error (MAPE 6.14%). These findings indicate that SGD was the most effective optimizer for this dataset. Future research should explore larger datasets and advanced hyperparameter tuning to improve the generalizability of this model.
