Abstract

Bahan Bakar Gas (BBG) merupakan gas alam dengan komponen utamanya methana, jenis bahan bakar ini banyak ditemukan di Indonesia. Keuntungan dari penggunaan bahan bakar gas adalah lebih murah dari BBM, lebih ringan dari udara, usia mesin lebih lama, perawatan lebih murah dan tidak mencemari lingkungan. Salah satu penggunaan dari BBG adalah pada kenderaan roda dua. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan merancang sebuah alat yang digunakan untuk melakukan perubahan sehingga bisa memanfaatkan bahan bakar yang berbeda yang disebut dengan alat konversi (Converter). Pengujian dilakukan pada mesin sepeda motor injeksi berbahan bakar gas LPG 3 kg menggunakan alat uji dynotest dengan variasi putaran mesin. Hasil pengujian torsi maksimumnya adalah 8,55 Nm pada putaran mesin 5500 rpm dan daya maksimumnya 7 Hp diputaran mesin 6000 rpm. Untuk pengujian suhu pada putaran stasioner adalah 770c dan hasil uji sistim pembakaran pada busi dengan jarak tempuh 244 km warna busi abu-abu kemerahan hal menunjukan hasil pembakaran yang sempurna. Pada pengujiaan pengukuran emisi gas buang menggunakan alat Gas Analyzer Stargas mod 898 kadar CO 0,06 %, kadar CO2 2,1%, kadar O2 20,53% dan kadar HC 3234 ppm. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian ini maka bahan bakar bakar gas LPG dapat digunakan untuk motor injeksi sebagai bahan bahan bakar alternative dan ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance in SMAN 1 Air Sugihan. The method used is a quantitative research method with a population as well as a sample of 33 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. The data analysis used descriptive analysis, simple regression, and multiple regression with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25,0 Program. The results showed that; (1) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership on teacher performance, (3) there is an influence which is positive and significant between teacher work motivation on teacher performance, and (4) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance.

Abstract

Abstract

Heavy equipment in particular is one of the supporting tools for mining or industry which is very important in the production process. During the excavation process, the Rear attachment, especially the actuator, namely the hydraulic cylinder, works continuously during the process. This will of course cause problems that cannot be avoided. However, problems that occur can be minimized with preventive measures and maintenance. It is hoped that the existence of preventive and maintenance steps will make it easier for mechanics to carry out preventive and maintenance steps on hydraulic cylinder components. The main method used in this report is comprehension. The data obtained is taken from an understanding that refers to the problem. Second, the observation method. This method is taken when carrying out work practices. The final method is interviews, by asking questions about problems that often occur to employees who are experienced in their field. Common problems in hydraulic cylinders such as leaks and contamination can be minimized with preventive and maintenance measures, starting from choosing the right oil, preventive maintenance, and operating the unit correctly. If preventive and maintenance steps are carried out properly, repairs to components will of course be easier.

Abstract

An efficient and reliable fuel system is key to maintaining optimal performance of construction machinery, and fuel filters play an important role in maintaining fuel quality and preventing contaminants from entering the system. In this research, modifications were made to the fuel filter with a focus on increasing filtering efficiency and contaminant retention capacity. Modifications involve the use of more effective filter materials, and increased dirt retention capacity. Experimental methods were used to evaluate the performance of the modified fuel filter, through field trials. Field trial results show that the modified fuel filter is able to increase filtration efficiency and has a higher contaminant retention capacity compared to the original filter, and the modified fuel filter is successful in improving the overall performance of the 570 SV backhoe loader engine, by reducing the risk of damage to the fuel system and improve machine responsiveness.

Abstract

In the conventional machining process, production costs are essential to know to determine the cost of making a product in any industrial manufacturing such as the SMK N 2 PEKANBARU machining workshop. Machining production costs are calculated based on machining time per product and machining operation costs. In calculating conventional machining costs, the VBA Excel macro is an application that can be used to calculate production costs. The Ø65mm × z24 umbrella gear product which is the research case study is a product that is machined by two conventional machining processes, namely lathe machining and milling machining. From the results of the research, the cost of conventional lathe machining, namely making gear wheels, is IDR 47,841/product, and the conventional milling process, namely making Z24 gears, is IDR 40,002/product, while the machining cost for lathe mastercam simulation is IDR 33,187/product and the machining cost for milling mastercam simulation is IDR 20,340/product. Machining costs are the product of operating costs per minute (cm) and machining time (tm). So, from the results of calculating machining and production costs, it is known that the product manufacturing costs or production costs for Ø65mm × Z24 umbrella gears are in the range of IDR 111,827 - IDR 146,143/product.

Abstract

The development of automotive technology is very fast, we can find this in today's vehicles that use a lot of very sophisticated technology, namely in terms of engines, electricity, and its newest features, especially on two-wheeled vehicles. Therefore, the user community is required to be more selective in choosing a vehicle both in terms of quality and quantity. Including in the selection of spare parts on vehicle engines must use good quality, this is useful as a motorbike power booster, especially in the ignition system, namely spark plugs as a vital tool that sprinkles sparks in the combustion chamber. Recently, many spark plugs have been found that are not good enough so that the power generated by the vehicle is reduced. The purpose of this test is as a Comparative Test of the Endurance of Various Motorcycle Spark Plugs by using a spark plug tester so that it can be seen that the spark plug is suitable or not used in the vehicle which aims to get maximum performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada desain penggerak sepeda motor listrik dimana sepeda motor yang digerakkan oleh motor bakar dikonversi menjadi sepeda motor yang digerakan oleh dinamo listrik BLDC (Brushless Direct Current) serta menghitung berapa torsi dan daya yang dihasilkan pada dinamo bldc. Langkah pertama adalah studi literatur dan pemilihan konsep yang dimana sepeda motor tipe matic yang digerakan dengan motor bakar di konversikan menjadi penggerak yang digerakan oleh dinamo listrik bldc. Mendesain rangka kedudukan penggerak motor listrik menggunakan aplikasi desain, kemudian mendesain penggerak motor listrik,mendesain wiring sepeda motor listrik. Hasil yang didapatkan pada torsi motor bldc adalah 3.8 n.m,dan daya pada motor bldc adalah 2.7 hp, dan putaran pada motor bldc ialah 3750 rpm, torsi pada pulley adalah 6.3 n.m dan torsi pada gear 2 adalah 22.3 n.m dan torsi pada gear 4 adalah 79.19 n.m. Hasil akhir pada penelitian ini adalah pembuatan desain konversi penggerak sepeda motor listrik dengan beberapa urutan desain meliputi,desain kedudukan rangka,desain penggerak listrik,desain wiring dan bodi.

Abstract

Fungsi rem pada kendaraan adalah untuk membatasi gerakan pada komponen rem yang bertujuan untuk memperlambat serta menghentikan roda penggerak sehingga kendaraan jadi berhenti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Failure Mode Effect Analisis ( FMEA ) untuk mengetahui penyebab kegagalan pada system pengereman kendaraan berat jenis mobil trailer, hasil analisis perhitungan nilai FMEA dengan RPN (Risk Priority Number) di dapatkan 2 componen pneumatik yang paling sering mengalami kegagalan yaitu Componen Control valve trailer brake sebesar 189, dan component Chamber Brake 147, hasil analisis dengan menggunakan FTA(Fault Tree Analysis) faktor yang mempengaruhi kegagalan pada komponen pneumatik brake system adalah faktor manusia & mesin.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi otomotif sangat pesat sekali, hal ini dapat kita jumpai pada kendaraan saat ini yang banyak menggunakan teknologi yang sangat canggih, yaitu dari segi mesin, kelistrikan, maupun fitur-fitur terbarunya, terutama pada kendaraan roda dua. maka dari itu masyarakat pengguna dituntut untuk lebih selektif memilih kendaraan baik dari segi kualitas maupun dari segi kuantitas. Salah satu contoh permasalahan yang dialami mekanik disaat bekerja adalah memisahkan ban dari velg secara manual, dikarenakan dibengkel pada umumnya memisakan ban dari velg masih menggunakan 2 besi pipih, ini kurang efisien dikarenakan akan merusak velg, memakan waktu yang lama dan mengeluarkan tenaga yang besar. Dalam hal ini peneliti membuat inovasi baru yaitu Alat Press Ban Pneumatik, yang dapat memisahkan ban dari velg yang lengket.
