Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung kepatuhan, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) serta motivasi kerja dan kemudian mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung kepatuhan, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja melalui risiko kecelakaan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang pada dasarnya menggunakan pendekatan deduktif-induktif. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan Smart PLS menganalisis outer model, inner model dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap risiko kecelakaan kerja dan kinerja. Kepatuhan, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui risiko kecelakaan kerja. The purpose of this research was to determine the direct effect of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and work motivation and then determine the indirect effect of compliance, occupational safety and health and work motivation on performance through the risk of work accidents. The research method used is to use a quantitative research approach. Quantitative research is a study that basically uses a deductive-inductive approach. The data analysis used to use Smart PLS analyzes the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. The results showed that compliance, occupational health and safety and work motivation affect the risk of work accidents and performance. Compliance, occupational health and safety and work motivation also affect performance through the occupational accident risk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penempatan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT PLN (Persero) Unit Pelayanan Pelanggan Parepare, dengan rotasi sebagai variabel intervening. Metode yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian asosiatif dan pendekatan kuantitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, tinjauan pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sementara penempatan tidak memberikan pengaruh yang berarti ketika rotasi diikutsertakan sebagai faktor intervening. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya kebijakan rotasi yang lebih baik dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, guna meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Implikasi penelitian ini penting untuk manajemen dalam merumuskan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif. This study aims to analyze the influence of placement and work environment on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit Parepare, with rotation as an intervening variable. An associative research design and quantitative approach were employed, utilizing questionnaires, literature reviews, and documentation for data collection. The findings reveal that the work environment significantly impacts employee performance, while placement shows no substantial influence when rotation is considered an intervening factor. These results highlight the necessity for improved rotation policies and a supportive work environment to enhance employee performance. The implications of this research are vital for management in formulating more effective human resource development strategies.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi, Motivasi dan Disiplin kerja Pada Kantor Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (PPSDM) Kemendagri Regional Makassar yang dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (PPSDM) Kemendagri Regional Makassar dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang digunakan untuk mengolah data. Metode dalam pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan analisis Regresi linear berganda yang digunakan untuk mengukur Pengaruh Kompetensi, Motivasi dan Disiplin kerja Pegawai Pada kantor PPSDM. Berdasarkan olah data variabel bebas (Kompetensi, Motivasi dan Disiplin kerja) baik secara Parsial maupun Secara Simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (Kinerja pegawai). Melalui pengujian koefisien korelasi (R) diperoleh bahwa tingkat korelasi atau hubungan antara Kompetensi, Motivasi dan Disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kompetensi merupakan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor PPSDM Kemendagri Regional Makassar. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of competence, motivation and work discipline at the Human Resources Development Center (PPSDM) of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Makassar Regional, which in this study were employees at the Human Resources Development Center (PPSDM) of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Makassar Regional, with a sample size of 60 respondents used to process the data. The methods of data collection in this study are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method uses descriptive methods and quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis used to measure the Influence of Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline of Employees at the PPSDM office. Based on the data processing of independent variables (Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline) both Partially and Simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable (Employee Performance). Through testing the correlation coefficient (R) it is obtained that the level of correlation or relationship between Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on employee performance. Competence is the most dominant factor influencing Employee Performance at the PPSDM Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Makassar Regional.

Abstract

Indonesia’s retail SMEs face growing pressure to maintain competitiveness amidst economic uncertainty and increasing demands for financial transparency. This study examines how internal strategic capabilities, specifically market orientation and strategic financial practices, shape competitive advantage, with a focus on the mediating roles of innovation, resource allocation, and financial reporting quality. It also explores how Shariah Compliance Orientation moderates the relationship between financial practices and reporting quality. A quantitative, cross-sectional survey was conducted with 500 SME owners and managers across Java, Sumatra, Bali, and Sulawesi. Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 4 was applied to assess the hypothesized relationships. The findings confirm that both market orientation and strategic financial practices significantly enhance competitive advantage. Strategic financial practices are also found to improve financial reporting quality, positioning it as a vital intangible asset. Innovation and resource allocation further mediate the effects of internal capabilities on firm performance. Moreover, Shariah Compliance Orientation strengthens the influence of financial discipline on reporting outcomes. By integrating Islamic ethical principles into the Resource-Based View and Dynamic Capabilities Theory, this study provides a culturally grounded and practically relevant framework for enhancing SME competitiveness in emerging markets.
