Abstract

Parents are the main figure in the family, especially for children. The future of children also depends on the role of parents, especially in children who have special needs, in this case children with slow learner (slow learning). They need extra attention in everything, one of them in terms of learning. Providing motivation or encouragement to slow learners is an important role for parents. This study aims to determine how the role of parents in increasing learning motivation in slow learner children in SDI Al Huda 2 Full Day Program Kediri in the 2018/2019 school year. The type of research used is a qualitative approach using case studies. The research subjects were parents (guardians of students) and slow learner children at SDI Al Huda 2 Full Day Program. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained by interviews, observation, and documentation. Data obtained by researchers, analyzed by means of data reduction and conclusion. The results of the study are that the role of parents (father and mother) is a task and responsibility for their children to educate, guide, assist, provide good examples, and in the formation of character. The role of parents determines the level of motivation possessed by slow leraner children. Slow learner children need special attention and assistance in achieving learning goals. Abstract

Humanization of learning emphasizes a responsive and inclusive learning environment and interpersonal relationships between teachers and students are very important for the development of children with autism. The TEACCH method is often used for educational interventions for autistic children in various schools. Without realizing it, SLB Bhakti Pemuda has implemented this method by structuring the school environment to support the learning and development of autistic children. This research aims to determine the learning process of autistic children at SLB Bhakti Pemuda Kediri City and to determine the application of the TEACCH method to autistic children at SLB Bhakti Pemuda Kediri City. The type of research used is field research, namely the author conducts research in the field to obtain data and information. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, namely the researcher describes the conditions that exist at the research location which are related to the research focus. The results of the research show that the humanization of learning at SLB Bhakti Pemuda Kediri City can be seen from the use of laptop media in mathematics learning for autistic children which is quite effective in supporting their development, although there are several obstacles. Teachers feel that the application of the TEACCH method, which involves environmental planning, has a positive impact on the development of autistic children in the teaching and learning process, such that students more easily accept instructions tailored to their needs and ability level which can increase understanding of the material that has been provided.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya untuk memberikan analisis komprehensif tentang integrasi AI dalam pendidikan yang menyoroti potensi transformasinya serta tantangan yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai penerapan Artificial Intelligence dalam pembelajaran seperti personalisasi pembelajaran, tutor virtual dan penilaian adaptif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis literatur, dengan menelaah artikel-artikel ilmiah, buku, dan sumber-sumber akademis lainnya yang relevan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI memiliki potensi besar untuk merevolusi pendidikan melalui kegiatan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, efektif dan efisien diantaranya adalah personalisasi pembelajaran, tutor virtual, pengembangan konten pembelajaran interaktif dll. Selain itu terdapat berbagai tantangan yang perlu diatasi dalam pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence adalah privasi data, ketergantungan siswa terhadap Artificial Inteligence dan kesenjangan digital.

Abstract

School engagement plays a vital role in supporting students’ academic achievement. This study investigates the contribution of grit to school engagement and examines the moderating role of teacher support in this relationship. Unlike previous studies that often explore internal and external factors in isolation, this study adopts a moderation model to analyze the interaction between grit and teacher support simultaneously. A total of 237 junior high school students (94 males, 143 females) from Islamic boarding schools in Malang, Indonesia, were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using standardized scales and analyzed using moderated regression analysis in JASP 18.3. The results indicate that grit significantly predicts school engagement (β = 0.433, p = .001). Moreover, teacher support significantly moderates this relationship, increasing the effect to β = 0.497 (p = .043). Gender-based analysis shows that male students demonstrate higher levels of school engagement than females. These findings suggest that school engagement can be strengthened by enhancing students’ grit and providing supportive teacher-student interactions. The study contributes to the literature by highlighting the joint influence of personal and contextual factors on student engagement and offers practical implications for fostering academic motivation in culturally unique educational settings.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital dan meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial telah mempengaruhi cara remaja membentuk persepsi tentang seksualitas. Melalui konten yang diproduksi dan disebarkan oleh influencer, remaja mendapatkan berbagai pandangan dan norma yang berpotensi memengaruhi perkembangan identitas seksual mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak pengaruh influencer terhadap persepsi seksualitas remaja melalui kajian literatur yang mendalam. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan metode telaah literatur dari sumber-sumber terpercaya yang dipublikasikan dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa konten influencer, baik yang bersifat edukatif maupun permisif, memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi remaja melalui mekanisme observasi, identifikasi, dan internalisasi norma sosial. Faktor-faktor seperti kualitas konten, tingkat kepercayaan, kedekatan emosional, serta literasi digital turut memoderasi pengaruh tersebut. Dampak positif termasuk peningkatan pengetahuan seksualitas yang benar dan norma yang sehat, sementara dampak negatif berpotensi memunculkan persepsi permisif dan perilaku berisiko. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pengembangan kebijakan dan edukasi berbasis literasi digital serta kolaborasi antara pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan influencer untuk mengoptimalkan pengaruh positif dan meminimalisir dampak negatif. Keterbatasan studi ini adalah kurangnya data empiris yang mendalam, sehingga disarankan penelitian lanjutan melibatkan responden langsung dan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk memperoleh gambaran yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

This study investigates the enduring impact of KH. Abdi Manaf’s transformational leadership on the self-efficacy of educators at Yayasan Darul Ulum Rebalas Pasuruan after his passing. Addressing the gap in existing literature, it explores how Islamic spiritual and charismatic leadership values persist within organizational culture. Using a qualitative intrinsic case study design, data were collected through interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, and analyzed thematically. Four key themes emerged: exemplary conduct, inspiration and motivation, adaptation and innovation, and the inheritance of leadership values, supported by contextual factors such as intergenerational challenges and external assistance. The findings reveal that KH. Abdi Manaf’s leadership fostered a sustainable value system that continues to guide educators’ professional identity and confidence. The study extends transformational leadership theory by integrating spiritual-cultural dimensions specific to Islamic education, offering both theoretical contributions and practical implications for leadership development and organizational sustainability

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the technological inventions that attracts attention because it has the potential to revolutionize the world of education. The rapid advancement of technology has become a fundamental aspect and important instrument in managing human resource needs and maintaining social values. Digital ethics education is important to equip people with the knowledge and skills needed as a foundation for safe and responsible use of digital technology. This research uses a library research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection in this research is done by collecting various kinds of studies and literature in the form of scientific journals. This research will describe the context of AI ethics education, analyze the framework of AI ethics education and its evaluation of challenges and solutions in the implementation of AI ethics education.
