Abstract

Kehadiran agama saat ini dituntut untuk terlibat secara aktif dalam memecahkan berbagai persoalan yang dihadapi umat manusia. Agama tidak boleh hanya dijadikan sekedar lambang kesolehan, tetapi secara konsepsional mampu menunjukkan cara-cara yang efektif dalam memecahkan masalah. Tuntunan terhadap agama seperti itu dapat dijawab manakala pemahaman agama yang selama ini banyak menggunakan pendekatan teologis normatif dilengkapi dengan pemahaman agama yang menggunakan pendekatan lain yang secara operasional dapat memberikan jawaban terhadap masalah yang timbul. Berbagai pendekatan tersebut diantaranya pendekatan teolegis normatif, antropologis, sosiologis, psikologis, historis, kebudayaan dan pendekatan filosofis. Pentingnya pendekatan sosiologis dalam memahami agama dapat difahami karena banyak sekali ajaran agama yang berkaitan dengan masalah sosial. Melalui pendekatan sosiologis, agama akan dapat dipahami dengan mudah, karena agama itu sendiri diturunkan untuk kepentingan sosial.

Abstract

Agama dan budaya adalah salah satu unsur yang tidak terpisahkan dalam kehidupan masyarakat yang melahirkan berbagai macam penilaian. Sebagian masyarakat menganggap agama harus steril dari budaya, sementara sebagian lain menganggap agama bisa berdialog dengan budaya. Hal ini terkait erat dengan fenomena perubahan pola pemahaman keagamaan dan perilaku keberagaman pemeluk agama (Islam). Dalam jurnal ini akan membahas tentang bagaimana hubungan antara agama dan kebudayaan.

Abstract

Kehidupan masyarakat saat ini nampak tumbuh dan berkembang sifat-sifat materialistik dan hedonisme, gejala ini ditandai dengan menjadikan materi sebagai tolak ukur untuk mencapai kesuksesan dan kebahagian. Masyarakat berlomba-lomba mencari dan mendapatkan materi sebanyak-banyaknya. Dorongan seperti ini berdampak kecenderungan masyarakat bertindak tanpa kontrol demi mendapatkan apa yang diinginkan dengan menghalalkan segala cara tanpa memperdulikan sesama, hilangnya kepedulian sosial, kecenderungan individualistis, materialistis, kapitalis dan hedonis. Tasawuf dalam kehidupan sosial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dalam menuntaskan permasalahan dan penyakit sosial yang ada, amalan yang terdapat dalam ajaran tasawuf akan membimbing seseorang dalam mengarungi kehidupan dunia menjadi manusia yang arif, bijaksana dan profesional dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan memberikan nilai-nilai spiritual dan sosial yang jelas. Bentuk ajaran yang ditawarkan untuk membersikan jiwa dan penyakit sosial tersebut dalam ajaran tasawuf dapat dilakukan dengan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu Takhalli membersihkan diri dari sifat-sifat tercela, dari maksiat lahir dan maksiat batin yang mengotori hati manusia seperti iri dan dengki, buruk sangka, sombong, membanggakan diri, pamer, pemarah dan sifat-sifat tercelah yang lain. Tahalli mensucikan atau menghiasi diri dengan sifat-sifat terpuji, dengan ta’at lahir dan taat batin. Tajalli terungkapnya nur ghaib untuk hati.

Abstract

Memahami Islam melalui pendekatan filosofis dimaksudkan agar memberi makna terhadap sesuatu yang dijumpai, menangkap hikmah, hakikat atau inti yang terkandung dalam ajaran Islam sehingga dalam melakukan amal ibadah tidak merasa hampa, kekeringan spiritual serta menimbulkan kebosanan dalam menjalankannya. Selain itu dapat meningkatkan sikap, penghayatan dan daya spiritualitas sehingga tidak terjebak dalam pemahaman agama yang sekedar formalistik dan tidak menemukan nilai-nilai didalamnya. Pendekatan filosofis diibaratkan sebagai pisau analisis untuk membedah Islam secara mendalam, integral dan komprehensif untuk melahirkan pemahaman dan pemikiran tentang Islam yang senantiasa relevan pada setiap waktu dan ruang atau shalih fi kulli zaman wal makan. Pentingnya pendekatan ini, pendekatan filosofis juga digunakan dalam memahami berbagai bidang lainnya selain agama. Misalnya filsafat hukum Islam, filsafat sejarah, filsafat kebudayaan, filsafat ekonomi, dan lain sebagainya. Meskipun secara teoretis memberikan harapan dan kesejukan, namun secara luas belum dapat dipahami dan diterima kecuali oleh sekelompok kecil saja, terutama bagi kaum tradisionalis formalistis yang cenderung memahami agama terbatas pada ketetapan melaksanakan aturan-aturan formalistik dari pengalaman agama.

Abstract

Perkembangan anak merupakan fase yang sangat penting, kritis serta memiliki pengaruh besar pada kehidupan selanjutnya. Usia 6 hingga 11 tahun adalah masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak tidak hanya secara fisik tetapi juga perkembangan sosial dan emosional mereka. Peran orang tua terhadap perkembangan anak sangat signifikan, keluarga adalah media pertama setelah lingkungan sekolah dan kemudian di masyarakat. Perkembangan sosial emosinal anak adalah faktor yang sangat penting dan perlu dipertimbangkan, ketika perkembangan emosional terhambat, perkembangan sosial dapat berpengaruh. Anak-anak dengan masalah perkembangan sosial emosional cenderung memiliki hambatan besar dalam persahabatan, penyesuaian sosial, perilaku dan akademis, gangguan dianggap berisiko tersisih secara sosial, terisolasi, penarikan diri, rasa malu dan kesepian. Suasana kekeluargaan atau lingkungan yang nyaman, tenang, dan penuh pengertian, membuat anak berkembang dengan ceria, lincah dan bersemangat. Kemampuan berpikir juga berkembang dengan baik. Sebaliknya, orang tua atau pengasuh yang sering mengkritik, memarahi dan memukul anak, menyebabkan perkembangan sosial emosional negatif

Abstract

Parent plays an important role in children social and emotional development. Most of the parents lay the students education and taking care of the Islamic boarding school from an early age. Children who live in the boarding have a demanding schedule from memorizing, studying and Islamic practices continually in a long period. This could lead the children to a psychological problem. This research is aimed to know the psychology condition of the children who lived in a boarding house since early age troubled in social and emotional development. The research design and approach is descriptive qualitative. The research setting is Hidayatul Muta'alimin Islamic boarding School Gurah Kabupaten Kediri. Most of the students are children and the advanced program is tahfidz Al-Qur'an. The data sampling is the interview, observation, and some school documents. The research finding shows that no serious psychological problem for children. The social-emotional development of the children is also fine. It is caused by a friendly environment for the children and a free hand of playing on the spare time makes them away from feeling lonely, bored and they are also cheerful although live away from their parents. Moreover, the school management gives an example of how to interact socially to the students in the boarding school.

Abstract

Pesantren-based Vocational Schools are educational institutions with advantages expected to have intellectual, skilful graduates ready to work and uphold morality. This study aims to determine how self-esteem affects the future optimism of Pesantren-based vocational high school students. The study used quantitative methods with a sample of 50 students of SMK Al-Mahrusiyah Pondok Pesantren Lirboyo. Random sampling technique with simple regression analysis. The results showed an influence between self-esteem and optimism of 12.2% with a significance of 0.013, meaning that there was a significant contribution of self-esteem and optimism for the future of SMK Al-Mahrusiyah students. The self-esteem level of SMK Al Mahrusiyah students, the majority of students are at a moderate level of self-esteem of 64%, some others have high self-esteem of 20%, and a smaller portion has a low level of self-esteem of 16%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal how character education is built based on tarekat as a self-strengthening student not only physically but also mentally with the aim of the character being formed from within the student. This study used a qualitative phenomenological approach. Obtained the data sources from the head of the foundation, the principal, the head of student affairs, the director of religious extracurricular activities, teachers and parents, and students who participated in mujahadah activities. The study results reveal the formation of character in the cognitive aspect using a teaching model or ta'lim by providing knowledge of the nature of faith, worship, ethics, as well as wisdom and wisdom. Sharpening the psychomotor aspects of students using the ta'dib or habituation model to improve themselves and provide awareness to students and affective aspects with the irsyad model or spiritual guidance in forming attitudes from within not only with feelings and emotions but added with strengthening the spiritual element or spirituality through dhikr and mujahadah activities which are believed to be a process of character building from within to become better and raise awareness from within students

Abstract

This research is motivated by the reality of today's education. The decline in the quality of education that pays less attention to the character education of students which results in the decline of the morality of the younger generation, some actions that are not in accordance with values ​​and norms have become commonplace, such as brawls, juvenile delinquency, cheating, and so on. Therefore it is necessary to integrate the values ​​of character education, especially in the learning process of Islamic religious education which incidentally has the aim of forming akhlaqul karimah. This research includes questions. How to plan, implement, and evaluate Islamic boarding school-based character education in PAI learning.The implementation of character education in Islamic religious education learning at pesantren-based schools at SMK Al-Mahrusiyah is carried out in the planning stage by making a syllabus and lesson plans by inserting character values ​​in each learning material. The implementation is by integrating character values ​​into all PAI materials. Then an evaluation is held to assess the child's character. carried out include tests and non-tests. Evaluation by means of tests to determine the extent of cognitive abilities. while the non-test evaluation is assessed from the daily lives of students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the mustaqilli method on the understanding and proficiency of the Arabic language of MTS Al-Islam Nganjuk students. This research used interviews, observation, documentation, questionnaire, and test methods. At the same time, data analysis uses quantitative techniques with bivariate analysis. Bivariate analysis is applied because the variables analyzed consist of two kinds, namely dependent and independent. The statistical test used in this study is the Chi-Square test, while to test hypotheses 1, 2, and 3, the N-Gain Score test and the T-test are used. The results of this study indicate that the Arabic language learning process using the Mustaqilli method obtained data for class 1 by 26.4%, class 2 by 27.7%, and class 3 by 27.7%. Student motivation and teacher attention obtained data of 63.7%, class 2 of 60.4%, and class 3 of 57.6%. It concluded that 90.40% of respondents responded positively to learning Arabic using the Mustaqilli method. The pretest and post-test data of students in Control and experimental classes showed that in class 1, the ability and proficiency of the Arabic language of MTS Al-Islam using Control (Lecture) was 40% rated ineffective, and 60% rated less effective. While using the Experiment (Mustaqilli), 40% rated it adequate, and 60% very effective. For class 2 using Control (lecture), 10% rated ineffective, 70% were less effective, and 20% were quite effective. While using experiments (Mustaqilli), 20% were effective, and 80% were very effective. For Class 3, using Control (lecture) 100% is less effective, while the experiment (Mustaqilli) 30% is quite adequate, and 70% is very effective.
