Abstract

A sakinah family is the hope for Muslim believers. However, to create it is not an easy case due to the community's low knowledge of sakinah family so that this factor can disturb the household. For the sake of providing explanations concerning this problem, this library research seek to find out a depiction of the sakinah family concept in the perspective of Qur’an. This study draws the following conclusion: First, the Sakinah family of course becomes a dream for every human being because this greatly has an impact on the levels of calm and comfort in the household. Having a sakinah family is the main choice in a household. Sakinah family has a number of criteria in the Qur'an, namely: Belief, responsibility, mutual forgiveness, and Mua'asyarah bil ma'ruf. Second, the factors contributing to the embodiment of sakinah family fall into the following: husband and wife must understand each other's rights, and they also accept each other's strengths or weaknesses.Keywords: Sakinah Family, Al-Quran Perspective

Abstract

Perjanjian perkawinan merupakan langkah persiapan untuk memasuki bahtera rumah tangga, yang harus mematuhi prinsip-prinsip syari'at Islam.Fungsinya adalah untuk mengurangi potensi perselisihan antara suami dan istri serta memberikan kerangka hukum yang jelas mengenai hak dan kewajiban mereka. Dalam Islam, hukum memiliki tujuan tertentu yang disebut maqasyid syari'ah, yang bertujuan untuk kemaslahatan manusia, terutama dalam konteks perkawinan. Sementara dalam hukum negara, tujuan utamanya adalah kebaikan dan kepentingan masyarakat secara umum. Dengan mempertimbangkan kedua tujuan ini, penelitian ini akan mengeksplorasi pertanyaan mengenai peran perjanjian perkawinan dalam mencapai tujuan-tujuan tersebut: (1) Bagaimana urgensitas perjanjian perkawinan dalam sebuah perkawinan, (2) Bagaimana urgensitas perjanjian perkawinan dalam membentuk keluarga sakinah perspektif hukum keluarga islam. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut, penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan penelitian pustaka(library research), dengan data penelitian yang diperoleh melalui metode kualitatif, mengandalkan pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumen.Setelah data terkumpul, dilakukan pengolahan dan analisis menggunakan teori maqashid syari’ah. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menemukan bahwa dalam literatur fiqh klasik, istilah "Persyaratan dalam Perkawinan" sering digunakan untuk merujuk pada perjanjian perkawinan dengan makna yang sama. Menurut pandangan mayoritas ulama fiqh, termasuk Imam Syafi'i, Imam Hanafi, Imam Maliki, dan Imam Hambali, perjanjian perkawinan diperbolehkan asalkan syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan tidak bertentangan dengan prinsipprinsipsyari'at Islam. (2) Urgensitas perjanjian perkawinan dalam membentuk keluarga sakinah persfektif hukum islam dalam nikah itu hukum nya mubah (boleh) dalam arti tidak semua yang melakukan pernikahan harus membuat perjanjian. syarat-syarat yang tidak menyalahi tuntutan perkawinan dan ada larangan secara khusus namun tidak ada tuntunan dari syara’ untuk dilakukan.

Abstract

This study focuses on discussing the Islamic view of career women, and the implementation of the rights and obligations of wives for career women of female state civil servants, at the Ministry of Religion Office of Lubuklinggau City. The spectrum that is highlighted, of course, explores the position of Career Women, whether they can carry out their obligations in a balanced way, both as wives and as ASN employees. This study uses sociological normative analysis. This normative analysis uses a study approach that examines a problem that arises by referring to religious benchmarks. In this study, the author also refers to the Marriage Law in Indonesia and the Compilation of Islamic Law. The findings in this study indicate that the wife's next obligation is to organize and manage daily household needs as well as possible. From the data above, the wife's responsibilities as stated in the Compilation of Islamic Law in Indonesia for wives who have the status of ASN at the Ministry of Religion of the City of Lubuklinggau have not been implemented properly. The wife has not fully done household chores, starting from taking care of the house, shopping for the house, cooking, or arranging the entire layout of the house is not fully done by the wife, but still involves household assistants and most of them cooperate with each other in household chores, both in terms of household chores. raising children, educating or doing housework

Abstract

As a messenger of Allah, the personality of the Prophet Muhammad is very worthy to be emulated, which is reflected in his hadiths, both in the form of his words, deeds and decisions. This article aims to explore the meaning contained in the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad related to humanistic psychology and then contextualize them with character building in Indonesia. Exploration of meaning is carried out using the Hermeneutics of Hassan Hanafi, in which the hadiths are analyzed historically, eidetically, and practically. This study found that based on a study of the hadiths related to the humanistic psychology of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, character building in Indonesia should be implemented by applying several principles and forms that he has exemplified, namely: 1) given gently and based on compassion, 2) carried out with the aim of providing convenience to others, 3) guiding by providing comfort and pleasure to others, 4) exemplifying and implementing noble morals.

Abstract

The reason for opposing polygamy is because it is considered to have many negative effects and is considered to discriminate against women. While those who agree, argue that Islam does not prohibit polygamy, under certain conditions polygamy is one solution to overcome household problems. This research is a library research. So based on the results of the research the authors conclude that the sirri polygamy practiced by the community today does not contain mashlamat because: first, sirri polygamy is legally flawed, both religious law and state law; second, polygamy sirri does not achieve the purpose of marriage in sharia, namely so that human life in this world is full of peace and love; third, sirri polygamy is detrimental to women and their offspring.

Abstract

This research is motivated because there are study programs in the IAIN Curup postgraduate program that have not been nationally accredited. However, in 2019 this accreditation problem can be overcome with the issuance of B accreditation for the MPI, PAI, and HKI programs, while the BKPI study program is still at minimal accreditation, as a study program that has just received an establishment permit. Another problem is that there are some students who are dissatisfied with the postgraduate services of IAIN Curup, especially the performance of several lecturers. There are lecturers who do not provide information regarding absenteeism, and some students admit that they tend to experience difficulties when conducting thesis guidance. This study aims to determine the quality of academic and learning services on student satisfaction of the IAIN Curup postgraduate program. The sample used was 30 respondents from each study program in the IAIN Curup postgraduate program with non-probability sampling. The data analysis technique used is linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of academic service and learning had a significant effect on student satisfaction of the IAIN Curup postgraduate program. The results of this study are expected to provide a positive significance for academic services and the learning process so that students can complete their studies on time and students become more total in carrying out the learning process.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, telah membawa perubahan krusial dalam pendidikan , Guru BK dituntut menguasai dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam layanan BK. Fakta dilapangan menunjukan masih banyak guru BK belum mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan media teknologi dalam layanan konseling. sehingga berdampak pada efektifitas dan efisensi bimbingan konseling di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi guru BK dalam memanfaatkan media teknologi pada layanan bimbingan konseling di Sekolah Tingkat Menengah Kepahiang, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriftif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian adalah guru BK, kepala sekolah, dan siswa di Sekolah Tingkat Menengah Kepahiang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah teknik triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, bahwa kompetensi guru BK dalam memanfaatkan media teknologi pada pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan konseling di sekolah Tingkat Menengah Kepahiang sudah memanfaatkan media teknologi berupa Whatshapp, Google Classroom, Google Form dan Vidio Pembelajaran. Pemanfaatan media teknologi untuk melaksanakan kegiatan layanan klasikal, layanan konseling individual dan asesmen bimbingan konseling.

Abstract

This study focuses on the application of the values of Surah Al-Insyirah in counseling guidance to help individuals overcome life's difficulties. Life's difficulties are an indispensable part of the human journey that requires mental, emotional, and spiritual resilience. In the modern context, the pressures of life are increasingly complex with challenges such as work, social relationships, health, and the economy. Effective counseling guidance can help overcome such difficulties, and approaches that incorporate spiritual values are often more effective in providing inner peace and long-term solutions. Surah Al-Insyirah, which was revealed to give encouragement and motivation to the Prophet Muhammad, contains important messages about optimism, firmness of faith, and trust in Allah SWT. This research uses descriptive method with library research approach, collecting and analyzing data from various relevant literature. The results showed that the values in Surah Al-Insyirah can be applied in counseling guidance through techniques such as relaxation, meditation, journaling, group guidance, and spiritual activities. This approach not only helps clients better deal with difficulties but also strengthens their mental and spiritual resilience. The integration of the values of Surah Al-Insyirah in counseling guidance provides a holistic dimension that enriches the counseling process and provides more in-depth support for the client. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan nilai-nilai dari Surah Al-Insyirah dalam bimbingan konseling untuk membantu individu mengatasi kesulitan hidup. Kesulitan hidup adalah bagian tak terpisahkan dari perjalanan manusia yang memerlukan ketahanan mental, emosional, dan spiritual. Dalam konteks modern, tekanan hidup semakin kompleks dengan berbagai tantangan seperti pekerjaan, hubungan sosial, kesehatan, dan ekonomi. Bimbingan konseling efektif dapat membantu mengatasi kesulitan tersebut, dan pendekatan yang menggabungkan nilai-nilai spiritual seringkali lebih efektif dalam memberikan ketenangan batin dan solusi jangka panjang. Surah Al-Insyirah, yang diturunkan untuk memberikan semangat dan motivasi kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW, mengandung pesan-pesan penting tentang optimisme, keteguhan iman, dan tawakal kepada Allah SWT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan library research, mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari berbagai literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai dalam Surah Al-Insyirah dapat diterapkan dalam bimbingan konseling melalui teknik-teknik seperti relaksasi, meditasi, journaling, bimbingan kelompok, dan aktivitas spiritual. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya membantu klien menghadapi kesulitan dengan lebih baik tetapi juga memperkuat ketahanan mental dan spiritual mereka. Integrasi nilai-nilai Surah Al-Insyirah dalam bimbingan konseling memberikan dimensi holistik yang memperkaya proses konseling dan memberikan dukungan yang lebih mendalam bagi klien.

Abstract

Islam said that labeling in counseling courses must refer to Islamic teachings which are rahmatan lil 'alamin and are closely related to the Al-Qur'an and Hadith as primary sources of law seeking. Therefore, the integration of the values ​​of the Koran and hadith is a necessity for both ontology, epistemology and axiology. Thus the Islamic counseling referred to in this description is different from conventional counseling originating from the West. Western Counseling talks about Self-Concept and Beliefs. More than just self-concept and self-confidence, Islamic counseling talks about the concept of the Qur'an and Hadith which emphasizes monotheism as a servant in the right position and position of proportion. By using a literature study method that refers directly to the Al-Qur'an, the following series of paragraphs will focus more on elaborating on the basics of the Qur'an in counseling.

Abstract

Sumber data penelitian adalah guru BK, kepala sekolah, dan siswa di Sekolah Tingkat Menengah Kepahiang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah teknik triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, bahwa kompetensi guru BK dalam memanfaatkan media teknologi pada pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan konseling di sekolah Tingkat Menengah Kepahiang sudah memanfaatkan media teknologi berupa Whatshapp, Google Classroom, Google Form dan Vidio Pembelajaran. Pemanfaatan media teknologi untuk melaksanakan kegiatan layanan klasikal, layanan konseling individual dan asesmen bimbingan konseling.
