With the development of technology, screen time has become a behavior that can have a negative effect on children and adolescents if it is associated with being overweight. One in three internet users in the world are children and adolescents under the age of 18 years. Asia has the highest rates of child internet use globally. Several studies in Asian countries reported high screen time in children and adolescents. On average, children and adolescents in Asia have screen time duration > 2 hours per day outside of study/school time. This study aims to analyze the effect of screen time duration on overweight children and adolescents in Asia.Subjects and Method: This research is a systematic review and meta-analysis conducted using PRISMA flow diagrams. Search articles through journal databases including: Google Schoolar, Science Direct, Researchgate and PubMed by selecting articles published in 2010-2021. “Screen Time” OR “Sedentary Behavior” AND “Overweight” OR “Body Mass Index” OR “BMI” OR “Weight” OR “Obesity” AND “Children” OR “Child” OR “Adolescent” OR “Teen” AND “Cross Sectional". Abstract

The aging process is a natural process accompanied by a decline in physical, psychological, and social conditions that interact with each other. This condition tends to pose health problems for the elderly. The increasing tendency of pathological conditions in the elderly leads to increased medication consumption, thereby enlarging the risk of drugs related problems (DRPs), including side effects, drug interactions, or toxic reactions. The problems found are inappropriate drug use and a lack of understanding of how to use, store, and dispose of medicines correctly. Additionally, other issues include the inappropriate use of antibiotics among the elderly, caused by a lack of understanding and incorrect behavior in medication use. The purpose of this service is to socialize with the elderly about self-medication. The method used is counseling directed at the elderly. The results obtained from this service show that the elderly became more careful in self-medication.

Abstract

Background: Optimal healthcare services at community health centers require effective logistic management to ensure adequate availability of medical devices. At Puskesmas X, there are several issues related to the availability and management of medical devices that affect the quality of healthcare services. This study aims to analyze the logistic management of medical devices at Puskesmas X as a basis for planning a logistic management improvement program. Method: This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with community health center staff and direct observation at the research site. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis. Results: The results show that the logistic management of medical devices at Puskesmas X is not yet optimal. There are deficiencies in planning, procurement, and storage of medical devices, as well as frequent delays in reporting. The main factors influencing this are the frequent turnover of goods treasurers and the lack of training for logistics staff. Conclusion: Improvements in the logistic management of medical devices at Puskesmas X are needed through enhancements in planning, procurement, and storage systems, as well as training for logistics staff to ensure adequate availability of medical devices and improved quality of healthcare services.

Abstract

Abstract The quality of health services is one of the indicators to assess the success and satisfaction of patients related to the service system while determining the loyalty and image of health institutions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the assurance dimension in the quality of health services on the satisfaction of inpatients and outpatients in hospitals. This study is a meta-analysis and systematic review study using the PRISMA diagram. Article searches used databases from Google Scholar published in 2015-2025. Article search keywords include "Service Quality" AND "Assurance" OR "Guarantee" AND "Patient Satisfaction" AND "Inpatient" AND "Outpatient" AND "Cross Sectional". Articles were analyzed using the PRISMA diagram and the Review Mager 5.4 application. The meta-analysis consisted of 14 cross-sectional articles, namely 6 articles on inpatients and 8 articles on outpatients. Good assurance/guarantee increases inpatient satisfaction by 3.96 times compared to service quality with poor assurance/guarantee (aOR= 3.96; 95% CI = 2.02 to 7.73; p = 0.02) and the results are statistically significant. Good assurance/guarantee increases outpatient satisfaction by 3.96 times compared to service quality with poor assurance/guarantee (aOR= 5.18; 95% CI = 2.50 to 10.70; p = 0.005) and the results are statistically significant Keywords: meta-analysis, assurance, patient satisfaction, hospital
