Abstract

This type of research and development aims to identify the need for digital math books, design digital math books, and measure the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of digital math books. The digital book development process refers to the ADDIE model, which includes five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research was conducted at SMPN 5 Watansoppeng with the whole research subject to see the effectiveness of digital math books, 2 experts to get the validity of the digital math books developed, learning achievement tests in large group trials to see the effectiveness of digital books, and teacher response questionnaires to see the practicality of digital books. The results of the study show that the validation of material experts is in a good category and that media experts are in a very good category so that digital math books can be used in the learning process. The results of individual and small group trials by distributing questionnaires to each student's responses were in a good category, while in the large group trials by giving pretests and posttests, scores were in a significant category so that scores were obtained in the effective category. Then an analysis of the level of practicality was carried out by giving the value of the teacher's response to the mathematics subject teacher in the very good category so that a value was obtained in the practical category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di UPT SMAN 17 Luwu Utara dalam kerangka Kurikulum Merdeka. Program P5 dirancang untuk membentuk karakter siswa yang sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila, mencakup dimensi spiritualitas, kemandirian, gotong royong, kebinekaan global, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan kreativitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, di mana data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan P5 mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif dan relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Namun, terdapat tantangan terkait keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan fasilitas. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk meningkatkan program melalui pelatihan guru dan penyediaan sarana pendukung yang memadai.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to develop a Digital Leadership Synergy Model that serves as a theoretical framework to address disruptions caused by the technopedagogical competency gap between principals and teachers in elementary schools. Through a theoretical study method involving analysis and synthesis of the latest literature, this study successfully identified the fundamental elements of digital leadership and technopedagogical competency. The results of the study map the profile of technopedagogical competency disruption, including the anatomy of the gap and its impact on the learning ecosystem. Based on these findings, a theoretical model was designed that visualizes the synergistic relationship between the main constructs of principal digital leadership and teacher technopedagogical competency, with collaborative mechanisms as the driving force. This model is also equipped with operationalization strategies, anticipation of challenges, and factors supporting its successful implementation in the context of elementary schools. As an outcome, this study formulates theoretical propositions that can be further tested. Thus, this study contributes a clear and applicable theoretical framework for stakeholders in building synergy to overcome digital competency disruption in elementary school environments.Keywords: Digital Leadership, Technopedagogical Competence, Synergy, Theoretical Model, Elementary School

Abstract

Education is a fundamental right for every citizen, including children with special needs (ABk), which is expressly mandated in Law no. 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system. This study was designed to delve deeper into the implementation of inclusive education at the UPT SPF SDN IKIP I Makassar City. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with the principal and class teachers who handle students with special needs (ABK). The research findings indicate that the implementation of inclusive education still faces significant challenges, such as the absence of specific policies, an unstandardized PPDB process, an unadapted curriculum, limited facilities, a lack of teacher training, and minimal collaboration with external parties. These findings indicate the need to strengthen the management of inclusive education, improve the quality of human resources, provide adequate facilities, and strengthen collaboration with parents and external parties. This study recommends the development and implementation of comprehensive inclusive policies and the improvement of teacher competency through continuous training.

Abstract

Transformasi digital global telah menciptakan kebutuhan mendesak akan tenaga kerja terampil di bidang teknologi informasi, sementara pendidikan formal belum sepenuhnya mampu memenuhinya. Kondisi ini membuka ruang bagi lembaga pendidikan nonformal untuk berperan sebagai alternatif strategis dalam pengembangan kompetensi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model pendidikan nonformal di Makassar Coding, mencakup aspek kurikulum, strategi pembelajaran, sistem evaluasi, serta jaringan kemitraan industri. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Makassar Coding menerapkan kurikulum berbasis industri dengan proporsi 80% praktik dan 20% teori melalui metode project-based learning. Sistem evaluasi berbasis portofolio dan sertifikasi ganda terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan penyerapan lulusan di dunia kerja. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kompetensi instruktur, perluasan jaringan industri, serta pengembangan dukungan alumni sebagai upaya menuju pendidikan nonformal yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan terhadap dinamika kebutuhan industri.

Abstract

Education plays a strategic role in developing high-quality and competitive human resources. However, the challenges of globalization and technological advancements require educational institutions to reform through innovation in educational management. This study aims to analyze the role of educational management innovation in improving the quality and effectiveness of education, identify challenges in its implementation, and formulate relevant strategies to address changing times. This study employed a library research method, reviewing various literature and previous research findings related to educational innovation and management. The results indicate that educational management innovation plays a significant role in improving the quality of the learning process, the professionalism of educators, and the effectiveness of the education system. Through the application of technology, integrated quality management strategies, and collaborative leadership, educational institutions can create adaptive, creative, and student-centered learning environments. Key challenges in implementing innovation include limited resources, low digital literacy, and resistance to change. Therefore, innovative strategies are needed that focus on strengthening educator competencies, cross-stakeholder collaboration, and government policy support. In conclusion, innovation in educational management is the primary foundation for realizing a high-quality, effective, and sustainable education system in the digital era.

Abstract

Transformasi pendidikan menuju era Society 5.0 menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk memperkuat manajemen tenaga kependidikan melalui digitalisasi yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. Proses ini mencakup seleksi, penempatan, pembinaan, hingga pengembangan karier yang seluruhnya berbasis teknologi digital agar layanan pendidikan menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan adaptif. Pemanfaatan sistem informasi sekolah, LMS, aplikasi administrasi digital, serta pengarsipan berbasis data memberikan peluang besar untuk meningkatkan akurasi, transparansi, dan produktivitas. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi tantangan seperti kesenjangan digital antarwilayah, rendahnya literasi teknologi pada sebagian SDM, kendala teknis, keterbatasan infrastruktur, serta isu privasi dan keamanan data yang semakin kompleks. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi penguatan kompetensi digital, pelatihan berkelanjutan, pendampingan teknis, serta kebijakan yang mendukung agar tenaga kependidikan mampu beradaptasi dan menjalankan perannya secara optimal. Secara keseluruhan, digitalisasi manajemen tenaga kependidikan berpotensi menjadi fondasi utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan, tata kelola, dan daya saing pendidikan di era modern.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed many aspects of everyday life, including the field of educational management. Previously, educational administration processes were carried out manually, but they have now shifted to digital systems that are more efficient, transparent, and accountable. This article explains various forms of innovation in educational administration in the digital era, the benefits gained, and the challenges that arise during their implementation. This study employs a literature review approach by analyzing various sources and previous research related to digital educational management. The results show that innovations such as education information systems, administrative services through applications, and the use of cloud computing and big data technologies can improve the effectiveness of managing educational institutions. However, several obstacles still persist, including inadequate infrastructure, low digital literacy among educational staff, and data security issues. Therefore, developmental strategies focused on enhancing the competencies of educational personnel, improving facilities, and strengthening government policy support are needed. In this way, innovation in digital educational management can provide real benefits for improving the quality of educational services sustainably.

Abstract

The transformation of educational administration through digital service centers has emerged as a strategic innovation for enhancing the effectiveness of Guidance and Counseling (BK) services and career guidance in the digital era. This article is a theoretical review that examines the paradigm shift from conventional service systems to more responsive, integrated, and data-driven digital platforms. Through an analysis of recent literature, this paper explores the concept of digital educational administration, service innovation models, and the implementation of technology in counseling and career development. The review findings indicate that digital service centers improve accessibility, service speed, intervention personalization, and data-based decision-making quality. Additionally, digitalization enables real-time student monitoring systems, strengthens stakeholder collaboration, and supports administrative automation. However, challenges such as digital literacy, data security, and infrastructure readiness must be addressed throughout the transformation process. This study concludes that digital service center innovation plays a significant role in enhancing educational administration and improving the quality of guidance and counseling as well as career services in modern educational environments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in educational administration structures by emphasizing three main aspects: management functions, institutional coordination, and strategic decision-making. This study offers a contextual and empirical analysis of how school or educational institution leaders carry out their goals in directing, synergizing, and determining operational policies that impact each institution. This study presents an in-depth analysis through a qualitative descriptive approach in educational units, focusing on the interaction between leaders and work units in carrying out administrative tasks. The research findings indicate that leadership plays a strategic role in program planning, facilitating interdisciplinary coordination, and providing data- and regulatory-based decision-making. Effective leadership practices have been shown to improve work synchronization, policy accountability, operational efficiency, and a collaborative culture within educational organizations. These findings imply the need to strengthen managerial leadership capacity and develop participatory governance models within educational institutions to support sustainable quality improvement.
