Abstract

Play Group (KB) is an initial education level that prepares students for higher education levels such as TK / RA, SD / MI. The success of the Play Group (KB) education will contribute greatly to the development of students in the future. Of the 50 educators in the Play Group, there is a large majority (62%) educators in the Play Group in Babadan Sub district, Ponorogo Regency in teaching are not equipped with a daily work plan (RKH) in advance so that it will have an impact on the implementation of unplanned teaching and learning interactions and tends to ignore the assessment student achievement. The attention of most managers to educators such as internal communication has not been carried out to the fullest due to the rush of other tasks. This type of research is quantitative conducted on 21 Play Groups (KB) in Babadan District, Ponorogo Regency. The population and sample are all educators in the Play Group (KB) in the Babadan Sub district of Ponorogo Regency, amounting to 50 people. The independent variable is situational leadership and internal communication. The dependent variable is teacher performance. Data Quality Test with validity and reliability. Data analysis with Multiple Linear Regression, t test, F test and Coefficient of Determination. The results showed that all educators were female, 46% were aged 20-30 years, most (64%) had an undergraduate education and most (58%) had less than 5 years of service. Situational Leadership has positive but not significant effect on Teacher Performance, Internal Communication has positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance in Babadan Subdistrict, Ponorogo District. It is recommended that managers improve situational leadership so that a harmonious working atmosphere will be created.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) to analyze the significance of the influence of leadership style on employee performance in BKPPD Ponorogo Regency. 2) to analyze the significance of the influence of leadership style on work motivation in BKPPD Ponorogo Regency. 3) to analyze the significance of the effect of work motivation on employee performance in BKPPD Ponorogo Regency. 4) to analyze work motivation mediating the influence of leadership style on the performance of BKPPD Ponorogo Regency employees. The results of the research instrument show that indicators of leadership style, employee performance and work motivation indicators for validity testing are valid and invalid, for the results of the test of the relativity of leadership style, performance and motivation are reliable. The classical assumption test results show that the data are free of multicollinearity, free of autocorrelation, free of heteroscedasticity and normally distributed data. The sobel test results in this study indicate that motivation does not mediate the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Suggestions in this study employees are expected to increase employee motivation, especially staff, although these variables are not proven capable of mediating the influence of leadership style on performance

Abstract

The marketing mix in tourism marketing includes 8P, which is an extension of the generally accepted traditional 4P. The eight "P" are product, price, place, promotion, packaging, programming, people and partnership. Some of these factors have a significant influence on the desire of tourists to visit the place or tourist destination concerned (Purnamasari, 2011: 15). This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, accessibility, and physical evidence the interest or decision of tourists visiting Mount Beruk Tourism Object Karangpatihan Village Balong District Ponorogo Regency. The data used in this study are primary data with data collection methods using questionnaire techniques. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with data analysis performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This research concludes that promotion influences tourist visiting decisions. Accessibility has no effect on tourist visiting decisions and physical evidence has an effect on tourist visiting decisions and all have a positive relationship with tourist visiting decisions. Based on the value of the coefficient of determination, when compared with a predetermined standard, it is in the current position.

Abstract

Associated with the function of the local tax, the local government of Ponorogo need to better exploit the resources of local taxes to increase tax compliance in Ponorogo in paying local taxes. Tax compliance in paying taxes can be determined by factors such tax knowledge to yourself taxpayer, the taxpayer awareness, the quality of tax service, as well as the penalties for taxpayers who commits an offense. This research aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of tax knowledge, taxpayer awareness, quality of taxation services and tax sanctions simultaneously to the taxpayer compliance in paying other local taxes in Ponorogo Regency. The population of this research is all taxpayers with a sample of 148 taxpayers. The sampling procedure used in this study is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires that have passed the validity and reliability tests. Test the regression requirements using the classic assumption test. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analyses with absolute difference tests and hypothesis testing conducted through Test T and Test F. The results of this study show that: 1) Tax knowledge positively affects the taxpayer's tax compliance in paying other local taxes in Ponorogo Regency. 2) Taxpayer awareness positively affects the taxpayer's tax compliance in paying other local taxes in Ponorogo Regency. 3) Tax service quality positively affects the taxpayer's tax compliance in paying other local taxes in Ponorogo Regency. 4) Tax sanctions positively affects the taxpayer's tax compliance in paying other local taxes in Ponorogo Regency. 5) Tax knowledge, taxpayer awareness, quality of taxation services and tax sanctions simultaneously influences to the taxpayer compliance in paying other local taxes in Ponorogo Regency.

Abstract

This research is conducted in order to find out the significance of the influence of Organizational culture, organizational commitment and Job satisfaction on teacher performance, implemented in SMK Warga Surakarta. With a total population of 65 teachers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire through validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, t test, F test and R2 test which was previously tested using the classic assumptions. The results of the analysis coefficient determination R2 = 0.550 test means that the contribution of organizational culture, organizational commitment and job satisfaction to the performance SMK Warga teachers 55% is influenced by other factors. The analysis result shows that: organizational culture, organizational commitment significantly influenced the job satisfaction. Organizational culture organizational commitment and Job satisfaction significantly influenced on teacher performance, Job satisfaction does not significantly mediate organizational culture on teacher performance, Job satisfaction significantly mediates organizational commitment on teacher performance.

Abstract

The study was conducted at the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries of Ponorogo Regency, the types of data used were qualitative and quantitative. Data sources used are primary and secondary data. With the survey method with a population of 291 people. The sample method uses a purposive sampling method that is structural ASN and a total of 94 people is obtained. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis which was previously tested for validity and reliability of the questionnaire. In this study shows that job characteristics and job satisfaction do not significantly influence performance. Job stress has a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: ditemukan sebuah desain Model Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di Era media digital sebagai pendukung Implementasi pendidikan karakter. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development (R&D), yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji validitas dan keefektifan produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan prosedural. Prosedur dalam penelitian ini mengadaptasi model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluation). Sampel dalam penelitian ini, melibatkan Perguruan Negeri Negeri dan Swasta di Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut: pertama Analisis yaitu melakukan analisis kebutuhan, mengidentifikasi masalah (kebutuhan), dan melakukan analisis tugas. Kedua, Design, Tahap desain ini, merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran. Ketiga, Development adalah proses mewujudkan blue-print dengan inovasi media digital. Keempat, Implementation adalah langkah nyata untuk menerapkanĀ sistem pembelajaran yang sedang kita buat. Kelima, Evaluation yaitu proses untuk melihat apakah sistem pembelajaran yang sedang dibangun berhasil, sesuai dengan harapan awal atau tidak. Evaluasi merupakan langkah terakhir dari model desain sistem pembelajaran ADDIE. Berdasarkan pengembangan instruksional model ADDIE tersebut kemudian diadopsi dalam tahapan pengembangan model pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, dengan kebaharuan "MPC"Ā (Modification of Project Citizen) yang relevan di era media digital dan dikembangkan berdasarkan implementasi pendidikan karakter dan ketercapaian kompetensi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This research aims to find out a design of Citizenship Education Learning Model in the era of digital media as a support for the implementation of character education. The research method uses research and development (Research and Development (R & D), which is a research method used to produce specific products and test the validity and effectiveness of the product. This study uses a procedural development model. The procedure in this study adapted the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluation) The sample in this study involved State and Private Universities in Central Java. The results of the study showed the following: first Analysis is to do a needs analysis, identify problems (needs), and perform task analysis. The design phase is to formulate learning objectives Third, Development is the process of creating blueprint with digital media innovation Fourth, Implementation is a real step to implement the learning system that we are making Fifth, Evaluation is a process to see whether the learning system successful according to initial expectations or not. Evaluation is the final step of the ADDIE learning system design model. Based on the ADDIE model instructional development, it was later adopted in the stages of developing the Citizenship Education learning model, with the modification of "MPC" (Modification of Project Citizen) relevant in the era of digital media and developed based on the implementation of character education and achievement of competencies in Citizenship Education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of tax incentives on MSME performance and sustainability in the city of Surakarta. Data was collected through a survey of MSME players and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The research results show that tax incentives have a positive and significant influence on MSME performance (path coefficient = 0.506, p < 0.001) and business sustainability (path coefficient = 0.253, p = 0.040). In addition, the performance of MSMEs contributes significantly to sustainability (path coefficient = 0.381, p = 0.002). These findings underscore the importance of supportive fiscal policies, such as tax incentives, to improve operational efficiency, strengthen liquidity, and facilitate sustainable investment. The implications of this research include the need for more specific fiscal policies to encourage sustainability, educating MSMEs about the benefits of sustainability, and further research on less accessible sectors, such as the creative economy and technological innovation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh leverage, fixed asset intensity, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap revaluasi aset tetap perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif, sumber data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini berjumlah 44 perusahaan, penarikan sample menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Peneliti menggunakan metode dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data yang diperoleh dari web resmi www.idx.co.id dan web resmi perusahaan yang terdaftar di sektor finance. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi logistik. Dari hasil uji yang telah dilakukan dapat dikatakan bahwa leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan revaluasi aset tetap perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023 sektor finance. Sedangkan fixed asset intensity dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023 sektor finance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competencies onthe quality of local government financial reports and the influence of internalcontrol systems in moderating the relationship between human resourcecompetencies on the qualiy of local government financial statements in OPDWonogiri Regency. This research is a quantitative study using primary data. Thesampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniqueused is simple linear regression with moderating variable testing using MRA(Moderated Regression Analysis) with absolute difference value testing and dataprocessing using SPSS 23. The results show that human resource competency hasa positive and significant effect on the quality of local government financialstatement. The results of the moderation regression analysis with the absolutedifference value test indicate that the internal control system is not able tomoderate and strengthen the relationship of human resource competencies to thequality of local government financial reports.
